Camelia Rahma: You are my soul mate

Camelia Rahma: You are my soul mate
The Meeting of Two Families

"Don't you go to Delia's house today? Why did he come here?" camelia asked in surprise with Abra who suddenly appeared uninvited.

"Well! Oh that, I just don't want to go. Besides, Atha called me earlier, she asked me to help you get home because she seemed to have some sort of sudden business."

"Emm so, but I can take a taxi. It's important that you go there. This is your future!"

"But to me, you are more important than anything" Abra said.

"What's wrong. Everything went well without me. So you don't have to worry. Hbs."

"At least you're gone, Ab. What later Delia said when she knew you didn't come there, but instead came here. You go, I'll take a taxi. I'm better anyway."

"Cam, I seriously want you to come home."

Camelia was silent, she did not know what else to say to persuade Abra to leave here. Abra who saw Camelia was silent also took the initiative to bring her back to talk.

"Oh yeah, where are your things you want to take home? Let me put it first in the trunk of the car."

"That's a lot, that's all." Point it at the bag that is on the table.

Not long after, Mama Lia came after she finished paying Camelia's hospital fees.

"Cam, is Atha coming?" ask Mama Lia.

"Mas Atha did not come. He said Abra was going to drive Camelia home" he said, turning to his mother.

"Yes tan. Atha asked me to help bring Camelia home."

"Once, okay. Be prepared. Hospital work is done, too."

"Yes ma."

After everything was done, they stepped out of the hospital. Upon reaching the car park, Abra opens the actual front door for Camelia. Camelia opened the back door. So, Mama Lia was the one sitting in front with Abra.

Along the way, Abra occasionally sees Camelia from the middle glass of the car. He always saw Camelia if there was a chance. He looked at Camelia with a sad feeling. How not, he felt that Camelia was starting to stay away from him again. Although Camelia had asked him to speak, but in fact it could not guarantee that Camelia would not stay away from him again.

Moreover, Camelia blatantly refused to sit in front with him. That, in fact, made him feel uneasy. She was afraid later, Camelia did not even want to meet him.

Abra stopped his car when he found a red light at the intersection of the highway. He was busy with his own world as the red light that had turned green. He gasped in shock as Camelia called his name.

"Eh, sorry. I'm not so focused."

After that, the situation returned to silence until they arrived at the circle of Camelia's house. Once again Abra got out of the car and opened Camelia's door. Abra smiled, thankful that Camelia did not reject her good intentions anymore.

"Thank you" Camelia said.

"Together."

Mama Lia took her luggage and got out of the car.

"Son Abra stopped by first, yes" asked the mother.

Not yet Abra answered the invitation of mama, Camelia had already responded to him while looking at Abra. "Abra can't stop by. He has other business. Suddenly again. Aye, Ab?" said Cemelia raised her eyebrows.

Abra is shocked to hear Camelia's voice. But in the end, he nodded as well. Justifying the words of Camelia.

"Yes tan. Sure," said Abra reply to see Camelia. He wanted to tell her that it was not easy to give up. "If so Abra pamit go home, assalamualaikum," he continued.

"Waalaikumsalam," replied Camelia and Mama Lia together.

Abra leaves the grounds of Camelia's house for her office. About meeting about his match, he will not go there. After all, he did not have the intention to go there even a little bit.

He could guess what would happen if he were there. For this reason, he prefers to go to the office, busying himself with documents stacked on the work desk rather than going to discuss the problem of his betrothal with a woman who only he considers as a friend no more.

During the trip, he took the initiative to find a way to make the conversation about their future matchmaking no longer exist. Instantly the idea popped into his head. But he did not know, whether the idea that came suddenly could be as smooth as when he wanted to cancel the match.

He also encourages himself to not be easily discouraged in his future. Yes, he is Abraham Fauzi. A man who will defend his decision despite the problems that will come like the size of a mountain. The height of the mountain can still be climbed, let alone his love.

"Must!" he said to himself while gripping the steering wheel until his nails turned white.

Abra, who is still cool with his own world, is now inversely proportional to the condition of his family who just arrived in front of Delia's house. Not inversely because of what! it's just that, Abra who should be there is even like exchanging positions with Atha who joined Mama Rania's invitation.

Of course, Atha could not refuse when invited. Moreover, it was his own tantric request, his papa brother. How could he refuse his tantric first request. After all, his request was not a difficult thing to do either.

They were in Delia's living room. Papa Samuel and the rest of the family were also present at the initial discussion. They smile at each other. Until, Delia's grandmother who was curious about her future granddaughter also spoke up.

"He wants Abra?" the grandmother asked, pointing to Atha, whom she considered to be Abra.

"No, Ma. He's our nephew. Cousin Abra," replied Mama Rania.

"So, where's Abra's son?"

"That's, he's been doing a lot of work at the office so he didn't have time to attend."

"Well, this is important talk! How would I hand over my granddaughter to your son if the first impression is like this. Maybe she's more concerned with her job than my granddaughter" my grandmother wrote.

"Sir," said Delia admonished her grandmother gently as she stroked her hand gently so that grandmother would not speak further, which might make their conversation end up void.

Mama Rania smiled in response, as did the other family. It was true what the grandmother of Delia said, but as a mother, she could not impose her own will.

"I as his mother apologize to your family."

"So, can we start talking now?" cut Papa Samuel fast.

"Of course" Papa Fauzi said in response.

Talks about Abra and Delia's matchmaking began to be discussed by both families. Sometimes the grandmother also responded that she felt there was something less than the talk of the two parents.

Of course, as the oldest person in both families, his opinion is very important. Given he has eaten a lot of salt (experienced) of them all. Of course everything has been considered carefully.

An hour later, talks were finally set for Abra and Delia's engagement in the next week. From both sides no one wants to refute when the grandmother gave the idea. Even Mama Rania who originally wanted to delay so could not speak anymore.

The conversation was over, the Abra family was on their way back home. But there was something different about Mama Rania. He was always silent after the car was driven. Was it because of Papa Fauzi's previous talk to Mama Rania?
