Elena was sprawled, she slept face down, weak from Merrik's actions. I don't know how many times they missed today. Merrik played on Elena's plain back, down from shoulder to waist and straight down. "Because of what? Because my service is satisfactory? You have to pay a lot for that, let alone me in booking all day!" teasing Elena, she was still annoyed by Merrik's words last night that considered her thirsty caresses.

Merrik drew closer to Elena and hugged her, he knew Elena was still heartbroken by her words. "I'll pay with my whole life, I'll fight for you. I'm sorry for what I said last night, I'd be crazy to see you with another man! Not that I don't believe in your love, but I don't trust other men."

Elena picked up the phone from Arka. "Hello, Ark!"

"El, today is my flight, I want to tell you." Arka breathed out slowly. "Truly I still miss you" Arka added.

Merrik hears Arka missing his wife, his heart growling with a deliberate snarl of Elena. Elena endured the pain, wanting to scream yet she held it back, she simply gave Merrik a sharp look. Merrik did not care and continued his activities without a sound.

Arka continued speaking. "This morning I've met your parents and explained everything. They understand, I don't owe you and Bastian anything. Whether you're together or not is none of my business."

"Arka, I don't know what to say to you. I can only thank you."

"Here you go, pray I meet the right woman."

"Sure," said Elena.

"Well, good-bye, Eleanor."

Before disconnecting the phone, Merrik took Elena's phone. "Thank you for keeping your promise! And if you want to meet the right woman, you must first throw your longing on someone's wife!" merrik said after he hung up the phone.

"Why are you like that to Arka?" ask Elena.

"Because he's gonna miss you!" reply Merrik.

"You should thank him! If not, I might have married her."

"Don't you hear me thanking him?"

"Yes, listen but there's no need for you to commemorate her like that! You have to remember, there is still Madam Amel that you have to ignore!" elena's Light.

Merrik was speechless, which Elena said was true, he had not yet melted his heart-in-law.
