Chapter 13 - First Success
Shareholders' meetings and several boards of directors are still ongoing. Hearing the opening of Arman, which regarding the development in the village and in the city, get a pro and con reaction. “Doing CSR is a waste of company money. Where it is also our money that is invested in the company. What will make us profitable if we do that,” whispered Damar but in a loud enough voice.
Arman smiled and approached his desk. His hands he piled on the table and stared intently at Damar.
“This large project is requested by clients to be done optimally in terms of company performance and quality. Therefore, I do not want any rush thing anyway the project is aimed at the citizens are not able to have a decent place to live in the sense that they now also still have a place to live in his village,” said Arman and made everyone speechless.
“Why should we do that? Which obviously will not bring big profits for the company?” damar continued to oppose Arman's decision.
