chapter 19 - Approach With Employees

After the meeting, Arman and Alexa return to their room. As he was about to enter his room, Arman who heard the sound of Adzan stopped and looked at Alexa who had just sat in her chair.

“It's time to pray, yuk pray together inside,” said Arman with his leisure.

However, Alexa was silent and did not immediately answer Arman's invitation. To make Arman wonder.

“Why ... not answer? Are you ... in a hitch?” tanya Arman tried to think positively.

“I just want to remind you to set aside time for English tutoring as well as what Bu Alexa has scheduled for you, too,” Jo said and provided the document that Arman had to sign.

“Ah you are right, of course I did not forget. But, it seems like I can't come there. It's better that private tutor comes here. Because my time is quite dense,” said Arman and directly contact Alexa.

“Ah I am a private tutor in English. Ingrid, I have made an appointment with Mr. Arman,” replied Bu Ingrid. And right then Damar was in the lobby listening to all that.

“Wah what is this ... Big boss can not speak english? Ironic once,” muttered Damar who was very happy to hear the news.

“Alexa, I'm sorry but it looks like we can't then noon outside this afternoon. I want you to take all the employees to company lunch. Everything has to come along, okay,” Arman said and left the confused Alexa alone.

Apparently Arman went to book a restaurant not far from the office. All employees were already there and were very nervous because they did not usually do a company lunch.

The lunch was awkward and uncomfortable. Arman can feel it himself but tries to continue to blend in with the other employees by asking this.

“Don't mind me, but we'll relax. There's something I want to ask you all here. Is there any of you who also have the same desire to learn English?” ask Arman and make everyone feel guilty for being caught talking about Arman secretly.

“Just relax, we consider the conversation just a casual chat. So do not be too tense,” said Arman again but still get the impression of awkward.

“Then what if our company also held a kind of training so as not only to target income but also employee empowerment?” arman said again and made all shocked and did not expect the words of his Boss in a positive sense.
