Chapter 18 - The Success of Arman
In a restaurant located on the edge of the village right at the crossing, the entire village gathered with a pretty happy feeling. Arman promises to treat them to a full meal.
All residents were sitting in rows at all available tables. They sat down with a simple menu of village food. However, it is luxurious for all villagers who are not all from among them.
Arman who was accustomed to the nuances of the village was easily get along and adapt. However, in contrast to Alexa who never feel the food by sitting on the floor. What's more when the menu is all lined up on the table.
Village-style grilled fish with grilled rice and sambal that is so appetizing. Alexa who is the first time to eat food like this is very confused. What else they should eat by hand.
Arman and Jo had already started eating by enjoying that lunch. However, not for Alexa who is not accustomed to eating without a spoon or fork. Alexa looked at the food on her plate and looked at everyone who was there who seemed to enjoy the dish.
Arman realized that Alexa did not eat her food and just stared at her from earlier. Arman drew his face closer and whispered to Alexa.
“Why not eat?” asked Arman in wonder. Alexa was a little surprised by their closeness. However, he tried to calm down because many eyes saw their closeness.
“I am still full, if you want to add please just eat mine,” said Alexa relented and prefer not to eat and push the plate towards Arman.
“You want a spoon and fork?” ask Arman who is aware of Alexa's constraints. Alexa looked in surprise but immediately turned her eyes away.
“No, I'm not too hungry. You alone eat, it seems like everyone seems to enjoy this food very much,” replied Alexa still wants to maintain her pride compared to her starving stomach.
“Maklum, they are from the poor, so fitting invited to eat for free, they are easily interested. Sorry for making you eat in a place like this. Because after all we have to take the hearts of the citizens. And after making them happy with us, it will be very easy to persuade them. At least, we can talk calmly,” obviously Arman feels bad with Alexa and also Jo because they have to feel the standard of eating below them.
“No problem Sir, I can adapt very quickly. So, don't think too much of me,” said Jo understand.

“I don't mind either, I really understand what you're doing is to attract their hearts. So, it is not a problem for me either,” said Alexa smiling understand. Arman can easily launch the action because of the support of Alexa and Jo who is very helpful himself.
The meal was finished, now is the time for Arman to take the hearts of the residents by explaining his intentions and plans to come to their village.
“So, this development will not be done if the residents do not approve this development. But that doesn't mean I'll give up easily. If you may know, what are the concerns and fears of the residents here when they hear about the development that we will do here?” arman asked very clearly and easily understood.
Mr. Heru stood up from his seat and began to express his opinion representing all citizens.
“Good, I accept his opinion. However, I will explain if this project we have taken into account the surrounding area and it is not possible to deliberately block sunlight. If even later it is true until then, it means that it is indeed the home of mothers and fathers who are now less habitable. And we, offer you to move on to the flats we're about to build. And of course with an easy process and cheap installments because the building is specifically built for villagers who really need healthy housing,” said Arman and very easy to understand.

Alexa is quite fascinated by the workings of Arman which is somewhat smarter than the people who are even high education.

“Sure, and we will work even harder than this,” said Arman with a big smile.
Time passed quickly too. All the projects that Arman does are growing rapidly because he is increasingly trusted by partners and governments to build underdeveloped regions. Arman who only comes from the village is always good at taking the hearts of the citizens because he understands the wishes and needs of the villagers.
