Doctor Mila had never thought before if someone might one day propose to her and meet her two masters.
Doctor Mila then shook her head because she was confused.
"I live alone." Doctor Mila said at the end.
"I'm sorry Auntie,"
"No aunt papa." Mila said because she saw the guilty face of her doctor Irwan.
Dr. Irwan immediately switched the conversation.
"Oh yeah, Irwan almost forgot, if now there is an appointment with the patient. We'd better get back to Dr. Mila." Said Irwan who saw the atmosphere become a bit awkward.
Doctor Mila nodded her head in agreement to return to the hospital.
His mind suddenly became chaotic as soon as he remembered his two parents who had somehow lived where.
"Mom, papa, we'll take care of you." Doctor Irwan said.
His mother and father nodded, and smiled at the two of them.
"Doctor Mila, come here next time." Mother Said.
"Yes Auntie, we'll excuse you." Doctor Mila said goodbye.
After they left her mother doctor Irwan sat next to her husband and whispered to him.
"I've made his lunch messy." His wife complains with a troubled face.
"No. They are indeed doctors. They should be concerned about their patients."
"Isn't that so pa, didn't you just see doctor Mila's face change?"
"Change how did mom mean?"
"Doctor Mila was shocked and distressed as she asked about her master's person."
"That's because he said he lived alone. So maybe he's confused because we can't meet them." His father tried to think positively and objectively.
"Are they gone?"
"No. Mila's doctor didn't say they were gone. It's just that there might be other problems, so he doesn't want to and is heavy to reveal to us." Papa said.
"If so, should we get Irwan to ask him directly?"
Her husband looked surprised at his wife.

In the car Doctor Irwan looked at Doctor Mila who became silent and awkward after talking about her master's person.
"May I ask you something?" Ask Dr. Irwan slowly.
"Please."
"Are you alone in your house? I don't see anyone else living with you." Ask Irwan's doctor while his hands remain focused on driving.
"Yes, I'm sorry, I never told you." Doctor Mila said.
"No papa. I'm not forcing you to say what you don't want to say."
"But I should have talked to you. We've been close friends, and even I accept you as my fiance."
"But I won't force you, if you don't want to say it. I love you for who you are, I don't want you to be burdened with stigma."
Yes, the stigma of the past has disturbed my current calm.
"One day I'll tell you."
"Well, you can say it and you can keep secrets about yourself. That is a right to privacy. I appreciate that." Doctor Irwan said with a smile to Dr. Mila.
"Thank you." Doctor Mila said.
They arrived at the hospital. And they went back to their own rooms to work.

In the evening, after dropping off Dr. Mila, Dr. Irwan went straight home.
He went into his room.
After she finished her bath, her mother knocked from the outside.
"Iranian!" Call mommy.
"Yes, come in."
Her mother sat next to her son.
"Mama hasn't slept?" Ask Dr. Irwan.
"Yet, my mom's still thinking about it this afternoon."
"What's the matter ma?" Ask Irwan's doctor gently when talking to his mother.
His mother did manage to educate him to be a polite and respectful child to parents.
His mother had accustomed him since Irwan was a teenager, to always put adab forward and then the knowledge he had.
"On Doctor Mila. Are his parents still alive?" Ask mother.
"Irwan also doesn't know ma. But Mila promised to tell me when she was ready."
"Mama is worried." Mother said.
"Don't worry ma'am, just calm down. Trust Irwan, everything will be fine."
Her mother nodded and tried to be calm.
"In the proverb of married people, seedlings bebet weight is important. Because the environment and family are good, will affect the character and way of thinking of children as offspring."
"Irwan understands it Ma. And Irwan believes that if Dr. Mila was born into a good family." Irwan.
"Yes, mama also saw if she was a good girl." Mother said.
"Yes, if you want to rest, mama's out." Mother said.

While arriving at home, Dr. Mila was pensive and did not immediately take a shower.
He's still thinking about the question from Dr. Irwan's parents.
"Can they accept this reality?"
"If one day they find out about my father and my mother, will they still respect me?"
Dr. Mila muttered to herself while looking outside her bedroom window.
