Doctor Mila waits for news from Regan who says she will pick him up for lunch. But until lunchtime ends, Regan doesn't come either.

"Why should I wait for him?"

"He's a married man, of course he'll eat with his family. Why would he have lunch with another woman?"

"Surely right now they were eating while joking and laughing. While I was so stupid, for continuing to wait for him and starving."

Suddenly the door was knocked and Irwan's doctor came in to bring a rice packet for Dr. Mila.

"You haven't eaten yet, have you? I brought you lunch." Doctor Irwan said.

Doctor Mila's eyes are glazed. He was so disappointed that when he saw the kindness and attention of Doctor Irwan, his tears almost fell.

"You crying?" Ask Dr. Irwan who suddenly saw doctor Mila's eyes wet.

"Why are you crying?" Ask Dr. Irwan with his gentle demeanor.

"I'm just thinking of someone. And remembering it makes me sad."

"Is he your ex-lover?"

Doctor Irwan asked Mila his lover.

"He's not a close friend of mine, I miss him a lot."

"Was he your friend back then?"

Ask Dr. Irwan.

Doctor Mila nodded.

"Yes, we usually share things and share stories. But now I. Suddenly I miss her so much." Doctor Mila said.

"What if I take you to see him?" Asked the sad Irwan doctor to see Mila suddenly crying.

"All right." Mila said while wiping her tears.

"I'll go first. There's a patient I need to see." Doctor Irwan said.

Doctor Mila nodded and tried to act calm.

"Why am I crying in front of him? I had to lie because he asked. And today I look really bad in his eyes. I cry for a married man. I waited for him, because he promised to have lunch with me. And somehow my heart hurts, when she doesn't come."

Doctor Mila opened the food. He was so hungry that he ate very well.

A few days later Catrine had already woken up from her coma, she opened her eyes slowly.

There was only his father in his room at the time. Regan stone alone came home because she chose to be outpatient. Nadiya took her home and continued her home treatment.

"What happened to me Pa? Why am I here?" Catrine asked by feeling aches on each of her limbs.

His father looked at the Princess happily. Unknowingly her papa shed tears from being moved.

"You're in a coma, son." His father said while wiping his tears.

"Koma?" Catrine asked in surprise. He doesn't remember anything. How did he get into a coma and where did Regan go? Did he tell his parents that his wedding was a charade?

"What do you think, son?" Asked his father when he saw his daughter's sad face.

"What happened to Catrine? Can you tell me?"

Ask Catrine who wants to know if her papa already knows if their wedding is only on paper or if everything has not been revealed.

"Papa is not sure what happened before. But what you know from Regan's confession is that you crashed your car after you fought." His father explained what he knew.

The rest of Regan did not say anything including their household problems to make them quarrel.

"Is that all?" Catrine asks and slowly her anxiety goes away when she finds out that Regan didn't say anything.

This means that until now they are still legal husband and wife. And Regan hasn't revealed the secret of her marriage to anyone.

Suddenly the police came when they found out that Catrine was dead.

"Pa, why are there cops here?" Catrine asked her papa.

He was scared and trembling. Catrine held onto her papa finger until sweat drenched her forehead in anxiety.

"Don't be afraid, Miss Catrine." A policeman said it was because he saw Catrine's frightened face.

"We just need a little information on how the accident happened."

"Is that all, sir? You're not going to arrest me, are you?" Ask Catrine.

His father looked at his daughter's face and could see her face that was so anxious and fearful.

"Don't be afraid son, give a clear answer. How did the accident happen."

Catrine then recounts her quarrel with Regan and suddenly it comes to Catrine's mind to stop her car.

"Alright, because your answers are the same. Then nothing is covered here and all this is purely because of family matters. Thank you, I hope you get well soon. Tomorrow we'll be here again." The police said they said goodbye to Catrine and his papa.

Regan was alone in her house.

Regan then remembered that she had promised to have lunch with Mila, and she had forgotten not to preach it for days.

Regan immediately grabbed her phone and looked for Mila's doctor's number.

"Hello."

"Mila, sorry, I promised you lunch, but I didn't come." Said Regan.

"No papa. I wasn't waiting for you either. I also forgot to tell you that I'm very busy." Mila said she was lying.

"Alright, if so," Regan hasn't had time to hang up her phone and suddenly heard Mila talking to someone.

"Yes.doctor Irwan. Let's have dinner together." Mila said and hung up the phone.

Regan hung up the phone quietly. Regan heard what Mila had just said to her fiance.

"They're going to dinner. It seems like Mila looks very happy. I thought I was going to get into his life. But seeing her happy, I better not destroy her happiness. Doctor Irwan may be better than me and love him more." Regan said sadly.

Suddenly his mom comes in and tells Regan that his wife is awake.

"We're going to the hospital now. Catrine is dead. You're coming, aren't you?" Nadiya asked her favorite son.

"I don't think I can come with you."

"You know how you were her husband, when you didn't go there. How will your father-in-law respond if you don't go there."

"Tell me if I'm not feeling well." Said Regan lazily.

Doctor Irwan's parents are preparing an event for his son's wedding.

Because Irwan's doctor promised to have a wedding next month. Because Mila has agreed that they will get married next month.

Tonight they were having a romantic meal at a restaurant.

Suddenly from the entrance is Regan and her extended family except Catrine.

When they got home from the hospital, they decided to eat out.

And they happened to eat the same restaurant as Doctor Mila and Doctor Irwan.

Mila looked at them and chose to pretend not to see them.

They were sitting a bit away from where Mila and Doctor Irwan were sitting.

Doctor Irwan is also unaware of their presence because he is eating with happiness tonight.

Regan sees Mila being fed by Irwan's doctor. His heart ached at the sight. But then he was heartened and dismissed all the feelings he shouldn't have.

"I'm not his soul mate."

Regan said unintentionally.

"What did you say?" Ask Oma.

They all laughed seeing the two of them fighting continuously for the entire day.

"Tomorrow I'll go home." Said Regan.

Regan just answer. Because there was actually something he wanted to talk to Catrine about without anyone hearing it.

There were too many people in her mother's house and if they fought, they would be heard.

There is a problem that needs to be solved immediately. And only he and Catrine will decide. Without involving a large family.

Regan keeps glancing at Dr. Mila's desk. But he was shocked when the table was empty. They went home and left the restaurant.
