Changing Fate: Monster Girl
Chapter 37 - Don't Believe It

"Rara, how come you go home alone? Where's Kalisa?" Albert caught his personal assistant coming home snuggling.

"Oh! Holy jeez!" Kalisa held onto his chest to calm his nearly dislodged heart.

"Kalisa again went to the real Kalisa house with the man" Rara said after her breathing returned to normal.

"Go with that guy? Why'd you let her go with a stranger? What if something happens to him?" albert protest.

"Relax, doctor. Kalisa is fine. He didn't go alone because Niel was with him" Rara said.

"That's dangerous. We don't know the guy yet."

"That man was Kalisa's best friend. Maybe later we need his help, to solve this mystery," said Rara.

Albert took a deep breath, "Do you have a photo of the man?"

"It." Rara shows a picture of a handsome man, who is talking to Khalisa.

Albert looked at him very carefully. Rara hurriedly pulled back her phone, "She is indeed handsome. But don't have a crush, doctor."

"Heyy... Goddamnit?" swear Albert. The man immediately took his jacket and car keys.

"Doctor, where are you going?" ask Rara.

Albert didn't answer he was just rushing away in a hurry.

...🌺🌺🌺...

Chequek! Taps!

Kalisa stepped inside the house, and turned on the lights. His body felt very tired, but his heart was a little carefree.

"You're home yet?"

"Oh my goodness, doctor! You're in here? Why dark?" Kalisa's breathing was hunting, hearing the sudden voice of the man.

"Why did you come home so late? Did you forget, today's your check-up schedule?" albert said with a very unfriendly face.

Kalisa frowned. Mood Albert looks like a woman who's another PMS.

"So I went with Arslan to some places, and I found out some important things about Kalisa" she said.

"Don't trust him too much. You just knew him" Albert scolded.

"I'm different. My intention is to return the favor. That her?" Albert gave an argument.

"Oh... Yep... Yep... I forgot that Doctor Albert Candra Putra was the best person" Kalisa said.

"Thank you for all the help, doctor." The woman approached Albert, until their distance was less than two centimeters.

Albert felt his chest tight. It is rare to be close to a woman at such a distance. But the man could no longer retreat, being blocked by the wall.

"Kalisa, you..."

"Sstt... Don't forget, doctor. Anyone can do evil, but there are also those who are sincere in helping" Kalisa said, pointing her index finger at the man's lips.

Dugm! Dugm! Dugm! Albert's heart was pounding, "What else happened to my heart? Did I take any supplements wrong today?" thought the handsome doctor.

"So I mean, don't be too suspicious of him. Who knows, we'll need it later" Kalisa said while fixing the collar of the man in front of him.

The deg! The deg! The deg!

The young doctor's breathing grew heavier. His body warmed up a little. Serotonin in the body reacts.

"It's not my weird heart. But there's something wrong with this woman. Usually I never think that I'm close to a woman" Albert murmured in his heart.

Slowly Kalisa returned to his original position, away from Albert.

Fuhooh! Albert breathed a sigh of relief. If Kalisa had stayed in that tight enough position for another minute, maybe his heart could have stopped beating.

"alright. Just so you stay careful, you can work with that handsome guy" Albert said.

"Who's handsome?" ask Kalisa while holding back a laugh. "How could the doctor have found out about him?"

"Yes, sure, I was. I don't want you to do anything. Remember, you still have a research cooperation contract with me. Your body can't be damaged until the project is over."

"Ah, I'm so sad, yeah. As if I were just needed as an object of research. Though I was already feeling a bit happy when I was worried about me," Kalisa said.

"I hope, doctor my first brother after a new identity," Kalisa continued while bowing his head deeply.

"Ah, sorry. I didn't mean to." Grep's! Albert wrapped his hand around Kalisa's body. He also close the head of the beautiful woman whose chest is fielded.

"Well?" kalisa murmured in the heart.
