Episode 20: Annoyed

I followed Steven into the car and I sat in Steven's back seat. The sound of the car rang out in my ear and the car walked away from the restaurant. Vehicles passing by on my left and right side.

Krrriinnggg

The sound of my phone ringing loudly, my hand picked up my phone in the bag and I picked up the phone

"Annyeong appa" I said

"Annyeong" replied my father

"What's dad?"

"All I've done, you take it easy"

"Gomawo appa"

"Yes my son, oh yes your friend Nana now lives with dad, he's very nice and he doesn't bother you at all"

"Oh. Thank goodness"

"Alright, take care of yourself, son" muttered the father hanging up the phone

"Huumm.." I sighed putting my phone next to mine

"What's wrong?" asked Steven glanced at me in the car rearview

"Nothing, just my dad calling"

"Oh yeah" muttered Steven back to driving focus

The sound of the phone ringing loudly that makes me surprised because I think my phone sounds but it turns out Steven's phone that reads and Steven presses the button in the driver of his car

"Hallo" said Hasasi firmly

"Hallo sir" said a man on the phone

"What's wrong?"

"Can you go to your usual place now, there's something I want to talk to you about"

"Now so?"

"Yes, you should come here now"

"Alright" muttered Steven pushing the button back

"Who?" muttered

"My subordinates, we stopped by somewhere first

"Oh well" I continued to stare at the vehicle passing from outside the window

My phone rang back and I saw the notification turned out Asri who called me, tumben he called me night - night like this

"Hallo" I muttered

"Hallo Sani"

"Well, what's up, Asri?"

"Nothing, I just wanted to call you"

"Tumben called me for no reason?" muttered

"Is your mood bad?"

"Yes a little" I muttered

"Excite Sani"

"Yes... You didn't call your dream guy?" muttered

"Who?"

"Steven, who else?" my mutters and Steven glanced at me with confused facial wrinkles

"No, he's not exciting... Oh yes I have a handsome boy friend who might suit you"

"Why did you set me up with a strange man?" ptotesku

"No, he's not weird"

"That's not what you think I'm"

"I just want you to have Sani's girlfriend"

"No ah, no need" I murmured

"Don't Sani, how do you know he can be your soul mate"

"No, just for you. I'm bothered, then again... Bye" I muttered, hanging up the phone

"Who?" steven looked at me

"Generic"

"Why did I listen to my name called - say!!" steven Protest

"Yes he said he was lazy with you because you're not exciting"

"Oh good"

"Aren't you disappointed?"

"No"

"Why not?, can't you guys match each other"

"He's far from my ideal woman"

"Oh yeah?, what would that woman be like?"

"Yes you'll know for yourself" muttered Steven deflecting the car into a dark, deserted road

"Where are we going?" muttered

"Walking to my subordinates for a moment"

"In this dark and lonely place?"

"This is the only way and this is the way to the beach"

"Beach?... Malem - malem?"

"Yes, just talk to my subordinates for a while" Steven murmured focused on the dark and lonely road

"Oh well" I said

Not long after, I saw a quiet beach and it was moving very quietly, Steven parked his car and got out leaving me alone in the car. With the lights off I could see Steven talking to a man wearing a black suit and a black hat covering his face. They chatted for a while and Steven got back in the car with a black bag

"What's that?" I stared at the black bag that was placed on the chair

"Something stuff"

"Oh." I stared out the window again and Steven stepped on the gas leaving the beach again.

"Sani.." call Steven.

"Yes, why?"

"If for example you knew my true identity would you not be afraid of me?"

"Do I care who you are? The most important thing is that I do my job as your secretary" I muttered

"Oh yes, you if angry scary too yes"

"Not really"

"Yes pretty good, but I deserve to be CEO of a famous company" Steven murmured

"Oh yeah? thank goodness" my sigh

"We had dinner first yuk"

"Tumben invited me to dinner, I ate already" I murmured

"So you ate a little, if you're sick I'm the hard one"

"Hmmm it's up to you" I exhorted and Steven steered the car back to the highway and deflected it to a very fancy restaurant and parked his car in the car park in front of the restaurant

"We've come down" muttered Steven down from the car and I also got out of the car

"Why eat here?"

"Yes I want to eat a desert again" muttered Steven walking ahead of me

"Oh well" I sighed following Steven from behind

As we sat at one of the tables near the window of the restaurant, a handsome man dressed as a waiter came to us

"Good night ladies and gentlemen, this is the menu book"

"Thank you" I muttered and received the menu book

"What do you want to order?" steven looked at me

"I want this special menu" I muttered showing one of the food menu to the waiter

"Well, which menu do you want?" the waiter looked at Steven

"I want this soft cake" Steven murmured and closed the menu

"Okay ladies and gentlemen please wait a moment" said the waiter and left us

"You're going to college tomorrow?"

"Yes, what's wrong?" muttered

"Nothing, I can't pick you up tomorrow. I have a need, leave tonight"

"All right" I muttered

"Aren't you angry?"

"No, just normal" I murmured and suddenly came two servants who brought us both food

"Excuse me ladies and gentlemen, this is the food" the waiter muttered and placed some dishes in front of us

"Thank you" I muttered and the waiter bowed for a moment and left in front of us

The food I ordered tonight was a special ramen steak, I took my chopsticks and ate it voraciously

"When are you taking the semester exam?" steven scoops his soft cake

"Don't know yet"

"But your vacation is soon, right?"

"Yes, what's wrong?"

"No one, just wanted to take you on vacation"

"Where?"

"Let's see" Steven murmured

"Is your mood still bad?" steven asked, looking at me who was eating seriously

"Yes a little"

"Well, those words bother you?"

"You think?" muttered

"Hmmm.." sighed Steven lifting one corner of his lips.

"Cute woman yes, but it's been mocked but angry" muttered Steven laughed softly and I was shocked to hear that

"You mean?" I'm upset

"Yes I mean when I've been but in reality ridiculed even angry" explained Steven who makes me more upset

"So?" I muttered irritatedly while grasping the chopsticks tightly

"Yes, why are you angry - anger is not clear if it turns out the reality like that" muttered Steven relaxed while continuing to eat his soft cake

"I'm done" I muttered, throwing chopsticks in a ramen bowl and walking away from Steven

"Hey where are you going?, your food hasn't run out yet" cried Steven

"I don't have an appetite" I muttered out of the restaurant and got into the car irritatedly

Tookk.

The sound of Steven knocking on the windshield of the car from outside the car, I pressed the button lowering the window and the window went down slowly

"Your food hasn't run out yet, spend it first"

"No, I want to go home" I muttered, closing the car window. Steven sat in the driver's seat

"Come here, sit next to me here"

"No want"

"Don't argue, sit here" protested Steven and I was forced to move to the front seat

"You're right!!" I protested and Steven stepped on the gas and drove the car out of the restaurant

I kept silent wordlessly next to Steven, daydreaming about my current self that was the subject of Steven's ridicule because he knew my secret past

"You mad?" muttered Steven

"No" I mumbled, but in my heart I was very upset

"Why is your face like that?"

"There's nothing" I muttered playing my phone"

"I know what you're feeling" Steven murmured stroking my hair with his right hand and I just fell silent

"Oh yeah I might be out of town in a few days, it's my credit card if you want to buy something" Steven muttered in handing over a gold-colored credit card

"You gave me a card first"

"What's wrong, pack this one. Use as you like"

"Hmmm alright" I exhorted to receive the gold card

"Where are you going?"

"I'm going to a meeting overseas" Steven said, parking his car at the door

"You didn't ask me?"

"You want to come?, if you come along you don't go to college for a few days..."

"No need, thank you" I muttered down from the car and went to the room to rest

I was actually upset that he should be my boss to comfort me but instead mocked me like that, he didn't know the truth of what the real events were like. But instead of making up a story that never existed, but quite enough he will leave me in the next few days
