Episode 29: Steven Kingdom

I grabbed the sofa next to me and tried to sit on the sofa. I don't know what I just did. I instead made a choice that cost me dearly, I planned to cancel the contract agreement but instead willing the soul agreement with Steven

"God, why am I always stupid to be told to choose a choice and always have the wrong choice" I murmured, how many liters of tears came out today

Suddenly my phone rang loudly in my bag, I took my phone and it was written my father was calling me

"Hallo my son" said the father in his distinctive voice

"Dad forgive me, I have broken your message" I murmured sadly

"Why are you crying?" muttered Steven standing in front of the door

"Your father explained the consequences of the soul's covenant to you?" steven asked walking towards me and I just kept quiet without seeing her scary face

"You should be thankful that you signed a contract with me, only that I told you to be my personal secretary and I paid for it and I told you to stay in my house too, but instead you tried to cancel the contract" muttered Steven coldly

"Do you know what the true consequences of the soul covenant are?" steven muttered, raising my chin, which made me look into Steven's angry eyes

"You and your extended family have vanished from this world and there is no longer a name for the Lan family in this world" Steven muttered with an eerie face that made my tears come out again without me noticing

"But yes even so, you should be thankful I didn't ask you weird - weird. I'm just asking you to go to college and not do anything weird out of context even if I let you work and do what you want" Steven said staring at me

"Why are you doing this to me Steven? What's my fault with you?" I murmured softly, Steven took off my chin and walked towards the door of my room

"I did it for a reason"

"What reason?"

"Sometimes you'll find out" muttered Steven opening my door

"If you love me you shouldn't be doing this Steven" I yelled annoyed

"Oh you know it" said Steven closing the door to my room

"But the reason I made a soul covenant to you is not for that reason. Why would I make a soul covenant to you just out of love, that would hurt me, too"

"Then you did it because of what?"

"Sometimes you'll know for yourself, oh yeah I'll wait downstairs. We're going out" Steven muttered out of the room

"Hmmm" I wiped my tears and walked towards the bathroom

I washed my face with the water flowing from the water tap and went straight out of the room to meet Steven who was sitting on the sofa while reading a daily magazine

"Are you ready?" steven murmured shut the magazine and stood up immediately

"Where are you taking me?"

"Something" muttered Steven walking ahead of me out of the house and into the parked car at the door

"Come in" muttered Steven and I got in the car

"Why are you taking me?"

"Can't you? You're mine now"

"What do you love me for?"

"You want to know?" asked Steven and I nodded

"Because you've made a soul covenant with me. I will tell you all about me, my family, my society, and my kingdom"

"Your kingdom?"

"Yes, my kingdom"

"Don't - don't you .. demon prince or don't - don't be the vampire prince you told me about" I stared at Steven and Steven just silently without a word

"Answer Steven!"

"Later I'll answer it" Steven muttered focused on driving

Steven's car was walking quickly into the forest - the forest was shady and lush even one vehicle no one passed next to us

"Why through the woods?"

"This is indeed the way to my kingdom" Steven murmured, arriving in front of us there was a large gate and when the car passed through the gate the weather changed which was daytime now night. Along the way I saw high forests lined up on our left and right and looked so creepy

"Couldn't it be night, not last day?" I looked at Steven

"This is not your world" muttered steven casually

"Mom... Not our world?"

"Yes" muttered Steven focused on driving

Not how long we drove, I saw a huge and majestic kingdom yet it was very creepy. Many bats are spinning around above the kingdom that even looks like a kingdom that was never inhabited by humans. Steven stopped in front of the royal entrance and got out of the car

"We're there, get out" Steven murmured coldly and I got out of the car

As Steven and I stood in the middle of the driveway, there appeared several bats flying above us and changed their shape into ordinary humans

"Welcome, my majesty" said a man dressed as a servant in front of us

"Please prepare a human dinner for my women" Steven murmured coldly and walked past the servants

"Okay sir" muttered the waiter and turned them back into bats

Steven walked ahead of me to the old, worn-out door. When we got to the front door, suddenly the big door was open to look all black room decoration and combined with blood red even I think it looks strange and creepy. Steven pulled my hand up a strange, artful staircase in front of a door

"You rest first" muttered Steven letting go of my hand and turning away

"Say you want to tell me" my protest held back my fear

"Later on"

"Now"

"Later on"

"No need now!!" my protest

"Yes later I tell you everything, I have a business for a while" muttered Steven walking away from me.

I opened the door in front of me and went into a very creepy bedroom like an old room that was never cleaned

"This room? Why it looks so strange yak" I looked around the room like an underground detention room

"Indeed, it was never renovated what this room was until it was very stuffy" I was upset while sitting on the bed

I'm still wondering who Steven really is? and why would he do anything weird like this to me?
