Chased Brondong

Chased Brondong
Drunken

I would love to go home, but the situation is not supportive at the moment. The day was getting late, the rain was pouring down on everything in front of him. I looked out the window and saw the scenery outside, I didn't want to sleep because I wasn't sleepy. I was afraid that if I slept in one bed, Ariel would take her chance.

I exhaled a rough breath, deliberately opening the window and letting it hit my face. I closed my eyes and felt a calm, troubled past at a glance. I was afraid to close my eyes, seeing the fact that my mother was in deep depression when my father brought the mother of Blue and White home. I was a little girl, I knew nothing about adults, but my father came with a pregnant woman and asked me to call her a mother. I certainly refused it, because my mother was only one and never would I call another woman my mother.

"What are you doing?" Ariel suddenly came and closed the window that I had opened, she saw me worried but I did not press. "What you do, you can get sick later."

"Heh, a fever won't make me die, don't overdo it." I replied without looking at him, a flat expression created on my face that returned bland.

"You can tell me!" Ariel sat down next to me, thrusting a cup of coffee that was perfectly suited to the situation and atmosphere.

I sipped the coffee he gave me, I forcefully smiled thanking him. "I envy you, you get a lot of affection from both your parents."

"Dear?"

I grimaced to see him frowning, as an entertainer. "From childhood I have lived independently, without the affection of my parents."

"Do you believe in God?"

"Yes and no."

"Why?"

"There must be a time when your prayers will be answered."

"Hem, I don't know." I went back to sipping the coffee that was in the cup. "I'll go to the kitchen first!"

"Yes." Yeah."

The rain was getting so heavy that my stomach was rumbling fast, I went to the kitchen to see what I could eat without cooking. My attention was distracted by the display case in which was composed of alcohol drinks from various famous brands, I did not think it turned out that the boy consumed it.

"It turns out he's not who he looks." I wonder what it's like to drink alcohol, although I know the various types but never touch the unclean stuff.

My mood is not very good right now and thinking whether alcohol can take away my burden. I don't know why I was interested in wine, I took it without the owner knowing, of course took two small glasses so he didn't know I stole the drink.

"I don't think two little glasses of wine are gonna make me drunk." My monologue poured it over and gulped it in one gulp, a taste so strange on the tongue but it made me want to try it again and again. My head feels heavy, I try to keep my consciousness awake.

While Ariel who was curious about what Iren was doing in the kitchen made her approach immediately, her eyes widened when she saw the woman singing in a false and discordant tone but so full of confidence.

"Oh my goodness .. he's drunk!" Ariel ran over to Iren, trying to stop the woman's actions that really made her ears hurt.

"Don't stop me, at least for today." Iren said pushing Ariel's body to sit on the sofa, then he returned to singing and his appearance was like a kuntilanak hit the power pole.
