8. Contrition
After saying the word talak, Benzo turned around and came out of the room leaving Fitria. While Fitria who had time to peck at Benzo's words earlier seemed to blink his eyes before finally screaming as loud as he could.
The screams of Fitria sounded terrifying. Fitria was like a demon possessed person because in addition to screaming she also slammed all the objects that were nearby. Benzo who knows if Fitria rampaging in the room appears to go down the stairs while covering both ears with the palm of his hand. It was then that Benzo saw Aprilia staring at him with a questionable gaze and a face wet with tears. Apparently Aprilia deliberately welcomed the father at the bottom of the stairs.
"Why Pa ?. Why Papa Talak Mama. What's wrong Mama ?" aprilia asked while crying.
"Sorry Papa, April. This is Papa's decision. There are too many things you won't be able to understand right now. But you don't have to worry. Papa remains in charge of your future, Banyu and Cheri" Benzo said, hugging Aprilia.
The shaken Aprilia seemed to cry even louder. Soon after, Cheri, Benzo's youngest child, appears to be running towards the father. Apparently the toddler was frightened to hear the screams of the mother who was different from usual.
"Father ..., Cheri takuuttt ...!" call Cheri while crying.
Benzo grabbed the youngest and hugged him tightly. For a moment Benzo remained standing while hugging his two crying daughters.
Soon Benzo and his two daughters broke into each other's arms. Benzo tries to calm Aprilia and Cheri down while occasionally helping to wipe away the tears on their faces.
Suddenly the three turned their heads when they heard the sound of objects rolling down the stairs. How surprised Benzo, Aprilia and Cheri when they found out that the object that rolled down was the body of Fitria. Yes, it turns out that Fitria desperately dropped down on the stairs just to get Benzo's attention.
A shrill scream came out from the mouths of Aprilia and Cheri. And it made everyone including Adam run over out of curiosity as to what was happening. As Adam and all of Benzo's house assistants approached, Fitria's body had reached the bottom of the stairs in appalling conditions.
"Mamaa ...!" call Aprilia and Cheri together.
"Don't Kids. Danger !. Let Mr. Sadri check first, yes" Benzo said while blocking Aprilia and Cheri's wrists.
Sadri called Benzo seemed hesitant to approach Fitria. Adam eventually succeeded Sadri.
"Still breathing. It's best to be taken to the hospital immediately" Adam said.
Sadri nodded, rushing to help Adam lift Fitria's body and put her in the car. After that Sadri drove a car to the Hospital that Benzo asked for.
Meanwhile Benzo and his two daughters got into another car and followed the car that Sadri was driving.

Years later.
Aprilia and her siblings grew up in the care of the father. Benzo did not allow his three children to live and take care of Fitria. In addition to her handicapped condition after falling down the stairs, Fitria also had no job. That was the main factor in the court's decision to grant Benzo's lawsuit during the first child custody battle.
Although his three children are in his care, Benzo still allows Aprilia, Banyu and Cheri to see Fitria regularly. And that keeps their relationship intact until now.
Taking the name of Benzo's ex-wife, it doesn't make Fitria live on a life of treasure. Fitria actually lives with her parents who she had neglected when she was Benzo's wife.
Initially, Fitria hoped to take advantage of the living given by Benzo to his three children if they were in his care. But apparently Benzo can read the bad intentions of Fitria and apply for child custody first to the Court.
Since the children were under his care, Benzo intervened directly in regulating and controlling the finances of his three children.
Fitria had also sued for her rights as Benzo's wife in the company but failed.
Apparently Fitria did not know if the company not only belongs to Benzo but also Wulan. Although they have divorced, but the company's profits still flow into Wulan's personal account every month. And when Fitria filed a lawsuit because she felt she did not get her rights as the wife of the owner of the company, Benzo laughed.
"Which treasure do you want to trouble Fitria. It all belonged to Wulan. He is the owner and holder of fifty percent shares in PT. DIAMONDS. So it's natural that profits every month go into his account" said Benzo.
"But you haven't told me all this time that the company is yours and Wulan's" said Fitria.
"I think you know because you're like a shadow of Wulan who goes with her everywhere she goes" Benzo said, sneering.
Benzo's answer made Fitria both annoyed and embarrassed.
If remembered again to the back, Fitria always followed Wulan wherever the woman went. His goal was only one so that he could participate in enjoying the wealth that Wulan had.
Because Wulan is a good person, then he does not mind financing all the needs of Fitria including asking him to shop for branded goods.
But Wulan's kindness makes Fitria big-headed and starts wanting Wulan's position as Mrs Benzo. Fitria felt it would be more perfect if he had the financial resources of Wulan, Benzo. Even in a dirty way, Fitria finally won Benzo's heart and managed to have the man completely.
As the saying goes, no ivory is not cracked, no one is perfect in this world including the evil of Phytria. Gradually the black magic that Fitria used no longer had any effect on Benzo. Although later Fitria tried more extreme ways to use Benzo, but nil. Let alone bend his knees hoping for love like before, Benzo actually caught his action and immediately dropped a talak on him.
"I suggest it's better to stop demanding something that's not yours. Although painful but Fitria realized he was on the wrong side. But considering Benzo shares in PT. DIAMOND is as much as Wulan, Fitria still hopes if his children will inherit the company because Wulan has no children.
But Fitria's hopes must be dashed because Benzo and Wulan have chosen Adam to assume the position of chairman of the company when Benzo leaves later.
"Compared to Adam, April is more entitled to the position because she is your biological child. Is this Wulan's crazy idea so you take it for granted ?!" ask Fitria not to accept.
"Adam is Wulan's nephew. Compared to April, I trust Adam more. Besides being a man, Adam has also helped me in the company for a long time. He knows the ins and outs of the company. I believe Adam will bring better company later. Precisely I'm wrong to entrust the company to April who only know shopping and spend money like you !" sahut Benzo ketus's.
Again Benzo's speech cornered Fitria. He regretted why he did not provide his children with a good education early on so that Benzo entrusted his company to his children.
