Cherophophobic
Travelling Anggi

Kafka and his friends sat in the cafeteria for lunch. They were busy chatting while eating their food, in contrast to Kafka who had been silent since then because he was still shocked by the birthday gifts given by his friends because it was expensive. Especially the gift from Yohan that costs more than 100jt.

"Lo why did you, from just now dumbstruck?" ask Arzel wonder.

Kafka shook his head. "You're not upset that your parents made that kind of money?' kafka asked hesitantly. "Gue doesn't taste good to you guys. I'm afraid I can't repay your kindness." said Kafka quietly.

All his friends were staring straight at him.

"No, I'm glad that I'm good to my friend" Nathan said.

"He'em, anyways we give it sincerely." said Azam.

"True Azam, we say it sincerely. Don't feel bad or afraid of not being able to reply" said Yora.

"Just accept and use our gifts well that makes us happy" continued Hazel.

Kafka smiled happily. He's very happy today. This was the first time he felt like a friend. When Kafka Junior High had a friend, but he never remembered Kafka's birthday. He is also a hypocrite and spreads bad rumors about Kafka in school so Kafka has absolutely no friends at his school.

He was grateful to have made such good friends with him. Friends who do not mind the economic level, who do not mind the lack of complete Kafka family.

"Once again, thank you very much. I'm really happy today" Kafka said.

Kafka is very happy today. But he was also afraid that after all this happiness had passed there would come sadness to him. Because for Kafka like that cycle, every time he feels happy afterwards he will feel sad. But he hoped it wouldn't happen this time.

After school, Kafka went to Yohan's house to practice martial arts again. The guy goes on a new bike ride given by Yohan. Emm, errata. He's actually in Yohan's bell. He said he still did not have the guts to ride such an expensive motorcycle.

They practice until six in the afternoon. Kafka deliberately stopped his training because he wanted to go home soon. She was very sure her mother had prepared a little surprise for her at home. Because Anggi always celebrates Kafka's birthday. Even if it was in a simple way, but Kafka remained happy.

"Mother! Kafka's home!" kafka exclaimed as he walked into the store.

The atmosphere of the flower shop was very dark. The lamp is not on. The guy put all the gifts he got on the couch in the store. Then walk into the living room. When she had just opened the door her mother was already standing in front of her holding a birthday cake and singing happy birthday to her.

"Ahh, ma.." Kafka hugged Anggi.

"Haha, blow up the candle dong" said Anggi while releasing Kafka's embrace.

Kafka nodded then immediately blew out the candle. After the candle in the inflatable Anggi put the cake on the table and light the living room lamp.

"Let's cut the cake" Anggi said as he handed her a cake knife.

Kafka smiled and nodded again. The guy squatted down and immediately cut his birthday cake. The first mouthful of the cake was given to his beloved mother.

"Happy birthday yes, beloved mother." said Anggi while giving the card.

Kafka accepted it with pleasure. Not forgetting that she also thanked her mother. Kafka soon opened a birthday present from his mother. The man rounded his eyes when he saw the contents of the gift.

"Use it well huh" Anggi said as she gently stroked Kafka's cheek.

The guy immediately hugged Anggi and thanked him many times. "Thank you very much, ma'am. Thanks.." said Kafka.

After a while hugging Anggi, the guy frowned as his mother's embrace slowly loosened. Kafka immediately let go of his embrace and instantly his mother collapsed again into his embrace.

The woman was unconscious. Kafka is really panicking right now. In her carriage the woman headed for the highway, she did not care about her feet that were not even wearing footwear. Stop the taxi.

"Sir, to the hospital!" kafka said in a panic.

The taxi drove as fast as it knew it was an emergency. During the trip Kafka continued to hold his mother's hand, patted her many times on the cheek of her mother hoping that the woman would soon come to her senses. But to no avail, his mother remained unconscious.

"Mom, Kafka please wake up Ma'am." said Kafka shrieked in Anggi's ear. The guy's eyes had already turned red holding back his tears.

Arriving at the hospital. Kafka immediately shouted for help to the officers and doctors who were in the IGD.

It just so happens that Anya is on the IGD. Because he knew very well the condition of the mother of Kafka, the woman immediately told the nurse to bring Anggi into the operating room.

"You wait outside first. Aunty will try her best" Anggi said before entering the operating room.

Kafka was sitting limp on the hospital floor leaning against the wall. He was really worried about his mother. What disease did his mother suffer to the extent that she had to be operated on. He was afraid that his fear had come true all along.

"No, no... Mother must be fine." Kafka muttered. The man lowered his head and cried without a sound.

Three hours passed. Hearing the door open Kafka immediately rose from his current position. Look Dr. Anya who came out of the operating room with her head lowered.

"How's my mom doing, Doc?" kafka asked with a worried face.

Anya did not answer.

"Aante!" call Kafka.

Anya sighed then looked at Kafka. "Sorry, aunt failed to save your mother" Anya said with a heavy heart.

Like being struck by lightning in a hole. Kafka's legs instantly squeezed so that it could not support his body in balance. The man took a few steps back and sat in the hospital chair. Her tears that had been held back since then finally fell down her cheeks.

"No, it's impossible. Mommy!!!" kafka cried with tears.

He could not believe what he had just heard. His mother was still smiling and stroking his cheeks gently a few hours ago. Even the woman was still singing and laughing with him. And now he heard that his mother was gone.

"No way. I must be just a dream. It's just a dream! Build bego! Don't sleep! Wake up!" Kafka slapped his cheek repeatedly with tears constantly flowing.

Grep's! Suddenly someone held her hand.

"Stop, don't hurt yourself" said someone who is none other than Yohan.

Kafka stopped beating himself up. But the guy still couldn't stop his tears from flowing.

Yohan looked at her mother, and hinted to leave them first. Anya who understood immediately left from there.

"No, I must be just a dream.please anyone wake me up.." said Kafka with a soft voice and hoarse voice.
