In the afternoon under the rain, Kafka led his bicycle home. The guy was unable to ride his bike because his body was completely battered. Geo and his friends beat Kafka mercilessly until Kafka collapsed and they stopped beating the poor boy.
Kafka looked up at the sky that was pouring down rain. "It's always like this." Kafka murmured. Whether by chance or fate, it used to be like this. When Kafka is sad or has just been hit by problems like this, it must be raining heavily. After that Kafka fell ill.
When he almost got to his house. Kafka stopped because he saw many people taking shelter in front of the flower shop. Some people also buy flowers. The guy looked at himself. His face, hands, and feet were full of bruises. His clothes are so messy.
"If I enter through the front door, it will surely attract attention." Kafka.
The guy chose to turn the road and enter the house through the back door. Kafka immediately went into the bathroom and cleaned his body. Kafka didn't want his mother to see him in such a mess.
Up ahead, his mother is not calm because Kafka has not come home. Anggi had called the school, and he was told that the students had been sent home since one o'clock this afternoon. It's five in the afternoon now, and Anggi hasn't seen Kafka.
Anggi goes inside intending to change clothes and goes looking for Kafka. But how surprised he was when he found his son sitting bare-chested in the living room was treating his scarred and bruised body.
"Astaghfirullah, Kafka why are you?!" ask Anggi with a face full of worry.
"Father Ma'am, fell off the bike" Kafka replied with a cry.
Anggi shook his head. The woman took the cotton from Kafka's hand. Then he painstakingly treated the wounds on Kafka's face, hands, feet, chest, and back.
"Don't lie to mom. Who are you fighting with?" ask Anggi.
Kafka. Her mother really cannot be lied to. "Geo Ma'am." replied Kafka finally telling the truth.
"He again?! Is he sane? Lose even to hit you. Take it easy, I'll go to her house tomorrow. Let him scold his parents." said Anggi.
Kafka held his mother's hand. Their eyes looked. The guy nodded slowly. "No, he's not sane. You know what a sane sentence is?" ask Kafka.
Anggi grunted annoyedly. Then he softened his son's forehead. "So if mom hit her, you're going crazy?" ask Anggi while treating Kafka's wounds.
Kafka just laughed at his upset mother. But she is grateful for successfully preventing her mother from hitting Geo. If it doesn't work out, maybe Geo will hate him even more because he will definitely be angered by his parents again.
While treating his wounds, they talked.
"What was school?" ask Anggi.
"Seru Ma! Kafka has many friends." Kafka said excitedly.
"Oh yeah? Are they good, like Kafka?" ask her mother again.
"Good one! Their characters are just a little bit, like Kafka." said Kafka while grinning.
"What are their characters?" ask Anggi.
"If her son Arzel is cheerful and kind, it is like Kafka. Nathan's friendly just looks like a badboy. If it's Yohan, it's really polar. Rarely speaking, rarely motion is like a statue. There's also Kafka's friend who's a girl of two. One is Yora, her hair is blond as a bule. The guy is outspoken by the way. The other Hazel. Tomboy. Looks like a guy. Her eyes are unique, too. The color can change." Kafka tells his new friends with passion. He also told me about all the activities he did today. During the story the smile did not fade from Kafka's lips.
Anggi smiled happily hearing the story of his son. Meaning his son made such good friends. Though previously he was worried that his son would be humiliated again because he did not have a father, and also came from a simple family.
"Well, it's done" Anggi said after finishing treating Kafka's wounds.
"Seriously? How fast is Mom?" ask Kafka. It felt like he had just sat down for a while and told his mother while being treated, it was suddenly finished. Maybe because it's too good to tell a story.
Anggi just smiled. The woman stroked Kafka's wet hair. "Dry your hair. Keep eating, mom is ready for your favorite fried rice." said Anggi who was immediately nodded by Kafka.
After saying that Anggi returned to the front to help his employees take care of customers who kept coming.
"Oh, Kafka is in the new bu coming home from school" Anggi replied kindly.
"Yahh, Kaka's brother is tired does that mean?" ask the little girl who was with the customer.
Anggi looked down. "Wahhat? Who'sisthis? Kaila right?" ask Anggi while pinching softly on Kaila's cheek.
Kaila nodded, then the girl opened her bag and took out two lollipops and gave them to Anggi.
"This auntie loves Kaka huh?" kaila Pinta.
"Yeah, Auntie will love him." Anggi replied while receiving the candy that Kaila gave.
"Well, yeah. Now we go home." Take Kaila's mother.
After giving the candy, Kaila just wanted to be brought home. Yep, actually they have come since then and have finished buying flowers. But Kaila does not want to go home because she wants to meet Kafka, the little girl waiting for Kafka to come home from school. After learning that Kafka had come home, then he wanted to go home.
"Wahh, Miss Anggi! Make me yes!" knock one of his employees while trying to take the candy held by Anggi.
"Eh! Wasn't it! This is for Kafka! I will buy you guys myself." said Anggi while putting candy in his pocket so as not to be taken by his employees.
"Promise Mom!"
"Yes promise! Later after the store closed your mother treat because today many customers." said Anggi.
The three employees that Bu Anggi owned immediately cheered happily at hearing that. That's what Anggi is like. If the store is crowded and the number of customers who come exceeds the exact estimate he will treat his employees.
In the evening, exactly after the store closed and of course has fulfilled its promise to treat its employees. Orchid back inside. The woman is looking for her son. The room, the living room and the kitchen were checked. But there's no Kafka there.
"Where's the kid?" anggi Gumam.
Kafka is studying behind the house. Unlike most back houses people are dark, creepy and a lot of mosquitoes. Behind Kafka's house in the garden, many flowers and trees are wrapped in decorative lights so as not to be creepy. The atmosphere behind the house is very beautiful and comfortable to learn.
"Here it turns out.." said Anggi while sitting next to his son. Place a warm tea to accompany Kafka learning.
"Hehe, find the wind" replied Kafka.
"Drink the tea first."
Kafka immediately complied and immediately drank the tea.
"Thank you Ma'am." said Kafka.
Anggi remembered something. The woman reached into her pocket and pulled out two lollipops. Put the candy in the tea dean.
"Candy?" ask Kafka.
"Yes, from Kaila. Her son's a mother customer who yesterday you love candy. Remember right?" tanya Anggi reminded Kafka if her son had forgotten..
Kafka nodded, his hand moved to take one candy and eat it. "Remember Mom. Tomorrow Kafka will pass in front of his house and say Thank you." replied Kafka with a sweet smile.
