Cherophophobic
Twilight

A few days later, there was a semester day. The Kafka class cheered happily because in all the races held by the school class they got the first champion. From this we can see that besides being ambitious in terms of lessons, the XI MIPA 2 class is also ambitious with this kind of thing.

Now it's time for a break to eat, clean and everything else. Kafka and his friends gather at the rooftop after cleaning themselves up. They were going to eat together while watching the sunset.

"Crazy class Lo Kaf!" chirp Yora.

"Ho'oh, yakali all the first champions are embat." said Hazel.

Kafka laughed a little at it. "Where do I know, maybe my class is again hockey times." replied Kafka followed by a crisp laugh.

"But, even though your class won so many trophies, you're not too happy?" asked Arzel while eating his food.

Kafka shut up for a moment. He was confused as to what to answer. If he said he was afraid of being happy, his friends would be worried. And it would certainly ruin a warm atmosphere like this. Lucky at a time like this, suddenly the door of the rooftop opened someone.

"Hello everything!" the one who was none other than Natasha.

"Oh, sister Natasha? Here brother!" take Yora along while patting her side.

Natasha walked over and sat down beside Yora. In the past few days, Natasha managed to get close to her friends Kafka. And the result was now that they were quite familiar, as if they had been friends for a long time.

"No need to call me sister, just relax" Natasha said.

"Not polite" replied Yora followed by a laugh.

The girl took out the object inside the paper bag she was carrying. It contains snacks and biscuits in the form of homemade cartoons that have been neatly packed. Natasha shared it with all her friends Kafka. As for Kafka, the girl gave the cat-shaped biscuits and the funniest among others.

"Why is mine any different?" ask Kafka.

"Because you are special." replied the girl with a sweet smile.

Kafka knows that her upperclassman likes her, but she has no intention of hating her. He just kept his distance from the girl. Like now. Kafka, who had been sitting near Yora, immediately moved to nearby Yohan when Natasha came.

"Eating alone, I'm not hungry" Kafka said, giving Natasha the cookies back.

"Njir, evil Lo Kaf." Azam said, nudging Kafka's arm.

"Eat at least a little bit of it." pinta Natasha while prodding her biscuits again.

Kafka sighed. He took one of the biscuits and bit it. Really, if it wasn't for Natasha saving him from Arzel's question. He really wouldn't touch Natasha's biscuit.

"Nahh, that's dong." said Natasha with a happy smile.

Just then, Azam suddenly said while pointing westward.

"Woi! The sunset! The sunset!" said Azam.

At once all who were there stared in the direction pointed by Azam. They all watched the beautiful sunset from the school rooftop.

"Be it?" ask Natasha to Kafka.

"Hm, beautiful. But only temporarily. After that comes darkness." replied Kafka who immediately made everything speechless. "I'm afraid of being happy, because I know that happiness is only temporary" Kafka said in his heart.

Right after Kafka finished his sentence, the sun completely sunk. And that is exactly what Kafka said. Beauty is only temporary. After the sun completely sunk, darkness came. There was only a reddish tinge in the western sky that resembled the color of blood in Kafka's view.

"Udah right? Go there." said Kafka without looking at Natasha.

"Know this, play throw it out." said Arzel.

"Judah I, who's gone." said Kafka then got out of his seat and left.

Honestly, Natasha was a little disappointed by Kafka's attitude. But he was ready to risk Kafka's chuckle when he expressed his feelings. And besides he felt, Kafka was not intentionally indifferent to him. He was convinced there was a reason Kafka was like that.

"Hopefully, he never dated. So it's kind of stiff" Nathan said.

"Okaya aja dating expert, new people sank that." chirped Hazel in welcome laughter friends.

On the other hand, Kafka sits alone in the back garden of the school. He began to feel confused about his purpose in life. He thought his goal at this moment was to speak carefully with his papa and find his mother's tomb. But once that's done what will he do? So doctor? That was his dream. One that worries him. Where will he get the money for his tuition fees? College to get a doctor's degree requires a lot of funds, while he is not a person who has a lot of money. And now he was even confused by the presence of Natasha who suddenly said she liked him.

"Sucks.." Kafka sizzled.

The guy stayed in the park for a long time. He saw the change in the sky that was reddish orange to a pitch black full of stars. Something is different tonight. Tonight the sky was very clear without any cloudiness. Stars filled the sky, and the moon shone with its light.

"It's not the rainy season? Where's all that cloudy?" kafka looked up at the sky.

Suddenly a beautiful girl came and stood behind him. Yes, it was Natasha. Kafka straightened his body and looked back.

"Why are you here?" ask Kafka.

"Wind it." replied the girl while sitting next to Kafka.

Natasha Kafka's reply looked up at the sky. He chose to ignore Natasha who was beside him.

"You said that twilight was beautiful, but only a little while later came a dark night" Natasha said suddenly.

Kafka stared at the sky. But he listened to every word Natasha said.

"Yes, that's true. But you know what? After the night will come the morning which is no less beautiful than dusk. Then after the morning will come a bright afternoon even though sometimes it comes rain. And after noon comes twilight again, and the night is dark again" Natasha said again.

"What are you trying to say?" ask Kafka.

"I mean it's a life cycle. You said the beauty of twilight was temporary. That's absolutely true. But the dark night was also temporary. In life there will always be happiness and sadness. A happy person is unlikely to be happy constantly, and a sad person is also unlikely to be sad constantly. So it's okay to be happy for a while then feel sadness. But after that you will also have a long bright period" Natasha said.

"Can you still talk like that if darkness is longer than beauty?" kafka asked in a slightly cold tone.

Natasha smile. "But the darkness is not so bad. Look to the sky. In the darkness there is always a light that illuminates." replied Natasha.

"If there were no stars?" ask Kafka again.

"The lights are there, right?" Natasha asked back.

"If the lights go out?"

Natasha chuckled at Kafka's question. "There are still fireflies" replied Natasha with the corner of her lips raised to form a sweet smile.
