William and Zinnia were already at the dinner table, when they were both busy enjoying breakfast, more precisely including lunch because lunch time was only a few minutes away, Asih came to William.

"There's Miss Marinka in front, sir!"

Zinnia knew that her husband was hurt by Marion's behavior, which left William at the wedding, one day.

Zinnia smiled with teary eyes as well. "I will always be with you until the end of this breath."

Marinka smiled shamelessly. "But it is the brother who takes care of all the medical expenses of the mother," said Marinka who still remains at his establishment.

"I bear all the medical expenses of your mother, but the doctor who deals with your mammary disease is, Doctor Tomi! why don't you just come to him," William said, indirectly, to make Marinka not close to him.

Zinnia was only a listener because she did not know the beginning of her husband's business.

"What advice would you like to ask of me, Rin? I'm not the kind of business person I know only about the world of health" William told Marinka.

"I just need alone time with my wife and I happen to be free today there is no scheduled surgery" William told Marinka.

"That's my guess! they both must have gone on their honeymoon yesterday."
