The two couples began to move out of the garden chair. They walked like that position.

Zinnia and her husband were in front, while Sandra and Marquez were behind them.

Zinnia clasped William's hand tightly. The woman swung her second hand.

As she was about to reach the parking lot, Zinnia suddenly stopped her footsteps. The slender-bodied woman held tightly onto William's arm.

"Darling! you why?" william asked his wife.

Zinnia tried to hold back something that suddenly approached her.

Sweat began to fill the temple of the beautiful designer, until the face of William who saw everything was anxious. "Darling! you why? answer me," insisted William that Zinnia would answer his question.

Sandra and Marquez are anxious to see William and Zinnia immediately approached the couple.

"Miss why?" sandra asked with a face no less anxious than William.

Zinnia's body was limp and his pale face made William anxious instead of playing.

Sandra was carrying Zinnia's tote bag that was lying around just like that when her boss passed out.

The four of them were already in the car. Zinnia was already lying limp in her husband's lap.

William unceasingly kissed the back of Zinnia's hand. "Darling! survive huh? we'll be in the hospital soon" William said as he continued to kiss the back of his wife's hand.

"Please check on my wife, Doc!" William looked very anxious because Zinnia's body was completely pale.

"Take it easy, Doctor William! we'll check on Zinnia's mother's condition first" the woman's doctor said.

William picked up the phone in his pants pocket. The man called his mother.

"Hello, Mother!"

"What's up, son?"

"Mother can go to the hospital now? My wife was suddenly unconscious when we came out earlier, I was so scared, Mother! we're now on the IGD."

"You calm down, Will! Mommy and Daddy will be there soon!"

"Mother call my in-laws too?"

"Yes, Son!"

The call was ended by William. The man looked at his wife, who had been examined by a doctor, with an infusion tube attached to her hand.

William immediately approached the female doctor who was handling the wife. "How's my wife doing, Doc?" asked William with an anxious look.

"You take it easy, Doctor William! your wife is just exhausted and I suggest you ask Dr. Salma to check your wife's condition as well" said the woman's doctor tagged Lisa.

"Why do you have to check on her, Doctor Lisa! does my wife have a specific disease?" william asked increasingly worried about the condition of his wife.

Doctor Lisa only smiles because if a man is anxious about the condition of his wife, even though the man is smart even though he will forget his intelligence because what is in his mind is the condition of his wife.

William approached his wife who was lying limp. "Conscious, Honey! I don't want to lose you" William muttered, gently wiping Zinnia's hair.

It didn't take long, Salma, Edward, and Melati walked into the room.

Arnon, Marquez, and Sandra waited outside.

Melati approached Zinnia who was lying unconscious. "What's wrong with you, son?" jasmine asked with teary eyes looking at her son's very pale face.

"He's exhausted, Mom! but said, Doctor Lisa! Mommy should check on him as well," explains William gazing towards Salma.

Edward and Salma looked at each other, instantly the two simultaneously nodded.

Salma is approaching Zinnia. The obstetrician examined her daughter-in-law's pulse and Zinnia's stomach. "We have to do USG when Zinnia is conscious" Salma told William.

William could not think clearly, he always thought if Zinnia suffered from a serious illness because what he had in mind was that he did not want the people he loved to be taken from him again.

William hugged Salma tightly. "I don't want him to leave me, Bun! enough mama and papa to go! I don't want my wife to leave either" William said with a tear slipping over Salma's shirt.

Salma only smiled because William thought Zinnia was having a serious illness. "You take it easy, son! hopefully Zinnia will be okay," Salma explained rubbing William's back gently.

Melati looked towards William and Salma. He knew that his son-in-law loved his daughter very much.

"I'm so grateful that Zinnia has a husband who loves her so much."

Zinnia was moved to the hospital room until he realized, the ultrasound will be done.

William was still faithfully waiting inside with a hand that did not want to escape from the hands of Zinnia.

While others wait outside because Zinnia needs enough rest.

"How's Miss Zinnia doing, Mrs Jasmine?" sandra asked her boss' mother.

"He's okay, son! just exhausted" Melati told her daughter's assistant.

"Why should I be inpatient, Auntie?" asked Marquez to interrupt.

"Say, Salma! Zinnia has to do the USG after he regains consciousness" Melati told Marquez.

"What is the condition of Zinnia that severe? why should I be in USG? or maybe he's already ...."

Zinnia's hands started to move. William who fell asleep with his head beside Zinnia made the beautiful designer turn towards her husband. "You must be exhausted from taking care of me" murmured Zinnia raising her right hand to reach her husband's head.

William felt something rub his hair. The man awoke from his sleep for only a few minutes.

As his eyes opened wide, William saw the precious woman in his life. "You're conscious, honey?" william asked Zinnia and the woman simply nodded.

Unknowingly William's eyes had started to glaze over. "I'm afraid of losing you" said William bowing his head as he felt his tears were about to fall.

Zinnia rubbed her husband's arm gently. "What did you say? I'm not leaving you, baby! I'm Zinnia Princess Marvion Gafin, will always be the wife of, Aiden William Pattinson!"

William stood hugging the body of his wife who was still lying on the hospital bed. "I don't want to lose you, baby! I'm so afraid that I'll have to be alone again in this world."

Zinnia rubbed William's back. "I'm fine, honey! you don't worry because I love you" said Zinnia to calm her husband's anxious heart because of her sudden fainting without cause.

William rewinded his body and sat back in his chair. "Don't be like that anymore! if you're not feeling well, you're telling me" William asked his wife.

"But I was okay, honey! suddenly it was all dark and I don't remember anything else" Zinnia explained.

"The point is next time you feel unwell, you have to tell me" William asked again.

"Ready, Doctor!"

"I love you, baby!"

A brief kiss landed on Zinnia's lips.

The woman smiled as she said, "I love you too, dear!"
