Zinnia is now 9 months pregnant.

"Congratulations on the birth of your twin babies Mother Zinnia!" The nurse congratulated him and Zinnia replied with a smile.

William and Zinnia kiss their son together.

"Welcome to this world, my dear! Mommy and Daddy will take good care of you and your sister" Zinnia and William said, peeping back into Zinnia's forehead.

Now the nurse came back to Zinnia and William brought their second baby girl.

"This is your second child! it's female and the one currently on your chest is male!"

William immediately approached the nurse and took over carrying his child.

The full face of William's face was radiated from the face. The man took his second child towards Zinnia.

William is judging his twin babies.

Zinnia was crying more and more because she was actually getting two babies at once.
