Te Espere and Nicholas did not go straight home to the big city, after a visit to the factory. But Nicholas invites him to stay at his Omnya's house, which is Nicholas' mother's older brother. They were welcomed by Nicholas' aunt.
The next morning they went home. But before returning home Nicholas took her to a jewelry store. He asked Te Espere for his opinion on a necklace.
"For whom?" ask Te Espere so he can choose exactly.
"For someone, it's about your age" said Nicholas.
Te Espere was surprised. It occurred to him that Nicholas bought him a necklace. But then put that thought aside. And try to be ordinary. Then choose a necklace.
After buying a necklace, Nicholas invites Te Espere to watch a romantic movie. Te Espere did not enjoy it at all. Especially when you see the story in the movie it ends happily. Somehow he felt a tightness in his chest.
After watching Nicholas take him to eat. After eating, he took her to an amusement park. But Te Espere didn't enjoy any of it. Especially if he remembers the words of his friends about what the person who was dating did.
"For sure, the date was a romantic movie, a romantic lunch or dinner, a romantic walk. Anyway all romantic things," said his friends at the time.
To make him feel uncomfortable. Afraid that Nicholas would say he liked her. And exactly as he guessed. While they were in the middle of the garden Nicholas expressed his feelings.
"I've liked you for a long time, will you be my girlfriend?" ask her on her knees.
Some of the people who saw the scene paused for a moment. Te Espere did not answer. Making Nicholas repeat his statement.
"If you're willing to be my lover, take this necklace and put it on. But if it's not available, take it and throw it wherever you like" said Nicholas.
Te Espere was nervous, but then he tried to calm himself down. Take the necklace. Then lift it up high and throw it into the garden fountain pool that is near them.
"I've answered it, I want to go home now" Te Espere said in a flat tone.
He tried to hide his feelings, and walked away. All who witnessed his actions, sneered at him while whispering. Te Espere called his driver to pick him up. But a few minutes later, it wasn't the driver. Nicholas stopped his car in front of Te Espere.
"Let's go up" he said calmly.
"I've contacted my driver" Te Espere replied with a face-down.
Nicholas got out of his car and took Te Espere to his car. Te Espere almost shouted that Nicholas did not threaten him.
"Shut up or I kiss!"
Te Espere was silent and fixed his seat, threw away his face and looked out the window. Nicholas locked the door and drove his car. During the journey Nicholas and Te Espere did not speak anything. Nicholas dripped blood from his nose.
At first Nicholas felt astonished, because his nose felt to give off liquid. When he wiped his nose with a tissue, the white color of the tissue turned red. He was not too dizzy, until finally he was forced to stop his car and park it on the road.
Te Espere was silent. But then he looked up and was surprised. Seeing Nicholas keep bleeding from his nose.
"Sir Nicholas!" shouting worried.
Nicholas took Te Espere's hand and placed it on his chest. It felt like his heartbeat was irregular. Over time, he had difficulty breathing and eventually fainted.
Te Espere panicked and hung up for his driver to come, although he had sent a message not to pick him up.
"Sister Nicholas,"
"Sister... Get up, brother,"
Te Espere said repeatedly as he continued to wipe the blood flowing from Nicholas' nose. The driver took too long to arrive. So he took Nicholas's cell phone and called Nicholas' cousin. Which he thinks is closer to them.
He stuck his ear to Nicholas' chest while continuing to try to resuscitate him. Finally he tried something he had never done before. It gives artificial breath. From mouth to mouth, while pressing the chest of Nicholas that he lay in his chair.
But Nicholas was unconscious even until his cousin picked them up. After that, he was taken to the hospital. An oxygen hose was installed in his nose. The heart shock device was lit and affixed to his chest every third count.
He contacted everyone, and in a trembling voice he spoke to them, sobbing. Make everyone who receives his call, surprised and feel anxious. Te Apoyo arrived faster than the others. For he knew more about Nicholas than any other.
Nicholas had been lying in bed for days, but he was not conscious. His nose no longer bleeds. He also received a blood donor. But his face was still very pale.
"Te Espere, go home. From yesterday you haven't rested and eaten properly" Gina told Te Espere, who was visibly tired of standing guard during the night by Nicholas' side.
At first he did not want to move. But after being forced, he finally complied. He also went home with his driver. Nicholas who was still unconscious shed his tears.
After Te Espere arrived home, Nicholas' cleavage moved his fingers. Then open his eyes. His body temperature is normal.
"Te Espere, where are you?" he was weak as soon as he opened his eyes.
Gina greeted him with joy. Then call Te Espere. And said Nicholas was conscious. He wanted Te Espere to know the good news immediately. So that he can rest in peace.
But it made Te Espere feel that he should stay away from Nicholas as far as possible. He went up to his bed and laid down his body. Then he fell asleep with tears on his cheeks.
Outside the fence of his house, someone stared at his room. With a triumphant smile.
"Only I can have you" he murmured and left Dion's residence after being content to look at Te Espere's window.
At Gina's hospital it was revealed that Te Espere had just returned home. And all this time he has always been faithful to accompany Nicholas. Nicholas just kept quiet to hear his mother's story. Then he put away his blanket and tried to get out of his bed. But he felt very dizzy. She almost toppled over if Gina did not support her body.
Although still dizzy, Nicholas said that he wanted to go home and rest at home. So Gina asked her son's condition to the doctor, and asked if his son could be brought home. With the doctor's permission, he brought his son home.
In the next day Nicholas felt better as if he had never been sick. As he glanced at the photo of Te Espere that he had placed on the table he smiled. As if he did not remember that he had been rejected. Then he imagined that he had met Te Espere.
Suddenly his heart again beat faster to throw away his delusion. As soon as he stopped thinking about Te Espere, his heartbeat returned to normal.
Seriate...
