"Bitsy, Angela!" Darko called his two daughters back and searched every room. Starting from his room first then to the room occupied by Angela.
"Kids, where are you?" Nadia shouted out.
Nadia opened a door that called to the basement floor. Inside the room was very dark, Nadia turned on the lights and again there were blood spots on each stair leading down. Nadia gulped, and she slowly began to step down.
There was a fishy smell everywhere, every rung of stairs had a patch of blood. The atmosphere was increasingly tense due to blood spots and the fishy smell of the blood. What really happened when her brother was born? What had they experienced during the time they had been abandoned by their father?
"Bitsy?" Nadia called after she arrived at the basement floor. The place was a mess, items scattered on the floor indicating that Bitys and his two sisters had been in the basement and that they were probably hiding there.
"Angela, this is Aunty. Come out if you're here" Nadia stepped forward, he felt he was facing a serial murder case where he had to find a victim as well as the perpetrator and indeed he was doing it and the unfortunate victim was his three young nephews with different perpetrators than usual.
"Bitsy?" Nadia called back as she stepped forward. Two closet doors were already open, it seemed like the closet was used by children to hide. Things that are messy like thrown, also some broken items.
"Angela, come out if you're here. Bitsy, Aunty came to help you!" Nadia called back but there was no answer. Nadia searched everywhere on the basement floor, she hoped her three nieces were there but all three were not there. Because the search on the basement floor was futile so Nadia went back upstairs. He wanted to know, what made his three older siblings can be scared to make the house fall apart like that?
"Sister, come here!" shouting Nadia.
"What's wrong? Have you found their whereabouts?" Darko ran out of his room.
"No, but answer me well. What happened after you resurrected brother-in-law? Did your kids say anything?" nadia asked in an annoyed tone.
"Bitsy always said that her mother wanted to eat it with her sisters!"
"He said that and you don't believe it?"
"I thought he was a nightmare, Nadia. Mia did not show any suspicious signs. He did not show a scary gig in front of Angela. Only Bitsy always said that her mother was a ghost who wanted to eat them. Because only he showed such gurgles so I thought he was carried away by a nightmare!"
"You're really stupid to ignore what your daughter said, brother. Why don't you trust him? You've been blinded by your wife's fake resurrection without realizing that what's in your wife's body isn't sister-in-law!"
"I really didn't expect it, Nadia. Bitsy told me a few times but I don't trust her."
"You're really stupid, I'm afraid we're too late!" said Nadia.
"What do you mean?"
"You see all that? I'm afraid they've really been eaten by that demon!"
"No way, no way!" Darko staggered backwards. Did the kids really eat like Bitsy said?
"Guys, I found this in the pot!" Erick came out of the kitchen carrying a warm shirt belonging to the children in the pot and it was wet and filled with blood. The water droplets from the shirt were angrily colored.
"What?" Nadia looked surprised to see the children's clothes, while Darko looked shocked because it was the clothes worn by Bitsy before she left her daughter.
"The pot is full of blood, what exactly happened?" ask Erick.
"Give me!" Darko took a quick step and snatched the shirt in the hands of his sister-in-law.
"No way, Bitsy. There's no way you've been eaten!" said it.
"See the consequences you've done?" Nadia approached her sister and beat her to vent her anger.
"I'm sorry Daddy, Bitsy!" darko shouted as he hugged his daughter's clothes that were soaked with blood.
"It's too late to regret your basic useless father!" Nadia beat her sister back. The foolish actions that her brother did had indeed brought misfortune to her three children and her stupid, her brother just ignored what his daughter said.
Darko fell to his knees with great regret. He should have trusted Bitsy. She should have believed what her daughter had told her all along.
"You really failed at being a parent!" Nadia wiped her tears and threw an object at her sister. His brother is the dumbest man, really stupid.
Nadia stepped away, leaving the older sister still crying over her stupidity. All because of him so that his three children become victims of what he has done.
"What else did you find?" nadia asked her husband.
"That's all, I haven't seen anything else!"
"Let's check, I still hope the three of them are okay!"
Nadia went to the kitchen, along with her husband. They're looking for another clue. Erick even showed a pot filled with blood-like red liquid where he found Bitsy's warm clothes.
"Hopefully the children are not eaten by that demon, Erick!" Nadia rubbed her forehead, she looked frustrated with the whereabouts of her three nieces.
"What do you mean say that?" ask Erick who doesn't understand.
"Bitsy told his father they were going to be eaten by their mother but the fool, didn't believe it at all!"
"Damn, if Bitsy's eaten then what about Angela and Rian? Have they been eaten?"
"Come on, let's go find them again. Maybe they're hiding somewhere and don't dare to come out!"
"Well, I hope we can save all three!" They came out of the kitchen to look for the children. Darko moves on, he must find his other two children. She hopes her other two children are okay. After this he will make amends for the mistakes he made. He'll definitely redeem.
They were again busy looking in every corner of the house, every room did not escape but the whereabouts of the children they did not find. Animal cages are not missed but not at all. They regrouped and looked desperate. Nadia came back crying, crying over her three nephews who were somehow her fate.
Darko sat on the porch seat, his mind in disarray. He also looked like a dazed man. Erick hugged his wife to comfort him, they tried but they came too late and could not prevent what had happened.
"If we were faster!" said Nadia.
"We've tried but everything is beyond our means!"
"What happened to them, Erick?"
"I don't know, it looks like we have to ask for help in finding their whereabouts."
"We should have done it from the beginning!" Nadia hugged her husband tightly, she was really sorry. There seemed to be no other way but to call for help but the white light present in the forest made him frown in astonishment.
"Sister-in-law?" Said Nadia who saw the white light.
"What?" her husband did not understand as well as Darko who was looking at her.
"Sister-in-law!" Nadia shouted and ran towards the forest where the white light waved towards her then pointed towards the snow-covered forest. Erick followed along with Darko. They chase after Nadia who is like chasing something and Nadia hopes it is a clue from the spirit of her sister-in-law.
