It was raining, drenching the streets of Manhattan. Bitsy tightened the coat she was wearing and raised her sunglasses. It was late at night, he had just returned because he had to overtime. Bitsy had been in the city for two months, living in an apartment not far from Manhattan.
He thought he was going to be deported to New York City but in fact, his boss changed his mind and sent him to Manhattan. Honestly, he did not like the city because it always rained at night. Cold air and dark night make the atmosphere more scary because of that, Bitsy always uses sunglasses when back.
It is strange, no doubt he became the center of attention because he had to use the object at night even though there are also those who use it but no one uses sunglasses as black as he uses. Bitsy does just that so she doesn't see the terrible figures who always approach her.
Bitsy stopped her steps. Damn, again the ghost of the bride in the bride dress. He was always there, drifting back and forth like he was looking for something while pulling his dangling intestines. His head broke and his face was broken next door. Bitsy who first saw him was of course surprised and after that she did not dare to see him again, therefore she wore sunglasses because not only the ghost of the woman, but also the ghost of the woman, some other ghosts are no less scary.
The terrifying figure of the old grandmother suddenly approached Bitsy. Stare at it long enough and look at it from top to bottom. Bitsy raised her glasses slightly, preferably she immediately left and pretended not to see.
"You can see us, right?" ask the scary old grandma.
Bitsy did not answer, she stepped back. He was used to it and he was sure the ghost was going to leave but in fact no, the old granny ghost followed him and another ghost started flying by his side. Like the old granny's ghost, the ghosts also stared at her for a long time.
"You can see us, can't you, young man?" the old woman's ghost asked again.
"Help me. Help me!" another spirit groan.
Bitsy continued to step while looking down, it felt like she wanted to run but if she did then they would all know if she could see them. It could be terrible if all the ghosts on the road followed him. Bitsy who walked with her head down had to stop her steps because her gaze was fixed on the long dress and intestines dangling before her eyes. Shit, the female ghost began to suspect her.
"Gat!" ******* long and scary female ghost is scary.
"Damn it, I forgot my phone!" Bitsy pretended to forget something and passed the female ghost just like that.
"Help!" the ghost floated following Bitsy.
"Damn, the rain is just getting worse!" now Bitsy ran and lifted her bag to cover her head. He pretended not to hear, the ghost of the bride looked disappointed but several other ghosts followed Bitsy.
Bitsy keeps running towards her apartment, wretched. The ghosts were really chasing after her. His sunglasses were released, Bitsy ran as fast as possible so that she could avoid the ghosts that had unpleasant intentions.
"Miss, I know you can see me!" it turns out that the old granny's ghost is after her.
"Oh my God, somebody help me!" Bitsy kept running until she got inside the apartment with a nearly broken breath. Bitsy stepped quickly, she glanced around. In the apartment of course there is still a scary thing because the scary figure is hiding in a dark place.
"Wait, I'm going in!" bitsy shouted as she ran towards the elevator that was about to close.
A young man held the door for her, Bitsy entered quickly and closed the door while looking down and muttering.
"Please.... Please!" he hoped the elevator doors would close soon so that no one would come in. The young man who was holding the door was of course very surprised to see Bitsy's attitude, only this time he met someone who was so scared like that.
Bitsy simply nodded without raising her face. He forgot that there was a female ghost in a white dress that was always standing on the side of the elevator. He could even see both of the ghost's legs hanging. He's really in a difficult situation. The young man was even more astonished because Bitsy did not raise her face even the girl lowered her head while looking at the left corner of the elevator.
"Hey, are you okay?" the young man touched Bitsy's shoulder so much that Bitsy was startled and raised her face.
"Are you okay?" ask the young man again.
"Sure. Thank you," Bitsy tidied her hair, suddenly she did not see the ghost in the elevator anymore. That's good, at least he doesn't look too silly in the presence of others.
"Are you sure?" ask the young man again.
"Yeah, thank you for holding this elevator door for me."
"No problem, I live upstairs."
"Oh, I'm on the twenty-fifth floor. I'm new here."
"I'm sure I just saw you here. I'm Edward, and you?" Edward looked at Bitsy with an astonished look because he was looking for something in the elevator.
"Bi-Bitsy!" Bitsy mentioned her name and stepped back as the elevator came to a halt and it was like someone was about to enter.
Bitsy did not dare to be on the left side, she was behind Edward. The elevator doors open, Bitsy was surprised to see something stuck behind the person who entered the elevator but she tried not to care about it let alone the terrible figure suddenly disappeared after the person she was patching was in the elevator. Good, safe situation.
"Do you live alone?" ask Edward.
"De-With my mother," lied Bitsy. He should not be too honest because he just knew the man. In addition to being wary of ghosts, she must be wary of people she just met.
"Thank you, I'm ahead!" bitsy said because she had arrived and the elevator had stopped.
"Not to think about it!"
Bitsy smiled faintly as she passed Edward. He got out of the elevator as soon as the door opened. Bitsy stepped quickly towards her room. He looked down again because there was a figure that was always standing at the end of the room. Strangely, the ghost was lost in the elevator and he could not see them. Is that elevator not liked by ghosts? But what about the ghost who is always in the elevator? Ck, forget it. He can run away from those ghosts alone is good.
Bitsy went into her room. All he approached was the window after throwing the bag over the bed. Bitsy looked down, it was impossible for her to see the ghosts on the streets. His life has always been haunted by ghosts. Don't let him can't get a girlfriend because he is always chased by ghosts.
It was a tiring day but he became curious about the ghost in the bride's dress. Why did he ask her for help? It didn't feel like thinking about it but his request sounded pitiful. Did he die in that road accident or something else?
"Forget, Bitsy. Once you're involved then you'll have a hard time escaping until you're done with their problems!" bitsy told herself. That's why he didn't want to get involved because he didn't want to get involved with the ghost problem.
