Different One
Eps. 13 Hundred Percent Copian

Jorell takes his time at night to travel to the past. He seemed excited because he wanted to immediately find the two names he was looking for.

“I want to go to June 10, 2016.” Jorell then typed the date into his watch.

The clock's needle turned back, long time until it stopped.

“Have I moved time?” Jorell who had locked his gaze only on his watch, now moved quickly his pair of eyeballs to sweep around.

The atmosphere around him looked different. Even today what he stepped on was not a floor, but a green grassy ground.

“Where am I now? Was this house not standing yet?” Even around where he was standing right now, there was not a single house standing there.

Jorell moved from where he stood now. He walked down the street until he found the highway. The highway along which there are houses lined there.

“So this is Switzerland 17 years ago.” Jorell stopped by the side of the road, staring around. This city is very different from the city where it is in its present time.

Jorell unceasingly chuckled in admiration and looked at the place he was on his watch.

Oh, I came here for a purpose, not to admire the universe. Jorell, realize.

He soon woke up after reminding himself.

“I have to find Mr. Carl Watson here.” He remembered his original purpose of coming here.

Jorell who had absolutely no clue continued walking towards the center of the crowd, deliberately he headed there to meet many people.

“Excuse me, Sir. Do you know where Mr Carl Watson's house is?” Jorell stopped and asked a man he had just met.

Surprisingly, the man did not respond to his question. Even seeing him is not.

“Master, excuse me.” Jorell tried to get closer, perhaps the man he asked was less clear of hearing.

Again, the man did not respond. Though Jorell spoke from a closer distance, also with a louder voice than before. Just look at the man no, not even as if not see him.

“Any once.” to prove his doubt, Jorell to touch the hand of the man his interlocutor. But it turns out that the man did not respond to his touch. “Does this mean I'm not seen here? No one can see me?”

Jorell walked back. There were a lot of people, and he tried to talk to other people and then he repeated what he had just done. Honey, there's been five people he's met and they've all not responded to his call.

So at this time I am invisible. So I was like a ghost here and could only see the movements of all of them. That means the future cannot be changed, Jorell concluded.

A hint of disappointment reflected on the previously happy face. Of course he was sad, because it meant that he had to try hard to find the name he was looking for alone. In fact, he thought he could ask anyone he met in the past. It doesn't seem that easy.

Jorell walked to the home address he remembered from the Lucerne Central Hospital Rumas address.

“Here address that time. But strangely enough, the house I had seen back then had not stood here. That means Mr. Carl Watson lives somewhere else. Oh ...” Jorell gave a long sigh after a long search, but found no clues.

Jorell kept walking as much as he could. He went back past many people, and tried to listen to their conversation.

“Where are you going?” A man asked another man.

“I have a problem. I'm gonna go see Detective Carl. Maybe he can help me. Where are you going yourself?”

Jorell frowned hearing the name called. Is that really the name he was looking for?

What do they mean is my father now? But they call him Detective Darcy. Was he once a detective?

Jorell just found out. Darcy hasn't opened her detective bureau since her last case with Detective Carl. After five years of being frozen, when he reopened his office, no client believed. And so he closed it completely. Then he turned to restaurant owner.

The two men walked and separated because their goals were different, making Jorell confused. She meets her father's past and Mr. Carl is looking for her.

“I have to go where first?” Jorell looked at the two men further away. Until he decided to follow one person because he could not follow two people at once. “Alright, I'll follow the man who's going to see Detective Carl.” Jorell.

He then ran after the man and ignored the man who was looking for his father, Darcy.

“Is here Mr Carl's office located?” Jorell stopped after the man he was following brought him to an office.

There was a large inscription plastered in front of him, 'Detective Bureau Carl'.

Without waiting for long, Jorell swung his legs following the man into the office.

“Where is Detective Carl?” the man said after sitting inside.

There was a young man in the office, before Jorell thought he was Mr. Carl.

“Mr Carl is still out of business but may be back soon.”

So maybe he's Detective Carl's assistant, Jorell's inner self. So he waited in that place with anxious hope.

30 Minutes passed...

“Master, what brings you here?” There was a sound at the end of the entrance.

Not only did the client turn to the source of the voice, but Jorell also looked at him.

A tall man, with a stern and intelligent look in his eyes entered the room after taking off the hat he was wearing.

“Gosh! This man ... this man looks a lot like me.” Jorell to the point of gasping in shock half-dead, looking at the figure of the man.

If you look at the man it is 100% similar to him. Starting from the shape of the eyebrows, the shape of their nose and eye color are the same. Even their hair is exactly the same.

“Am I dreaming? Or hallucinating?” Jorell could not believe what he saw, so he fell because his legs felt weak.

He who did not believe what he saw again sharpened his ears listening to the conversation of the three people in the office.

After listening to the conversation of the three of them, Jorell tried to stand back up and docked to the table.

He tried to pull the file on the table, but alas, it fell to the floor.

“Sorry, Detective, I accidentally dropped this file. I'll tidy it up.” The man who was the assistant now took the fallen dossier back and put it on the table.

“Can I touch all the items at this time?” Jorell again gasped in surprise.

“Leo, find me information about this.” Detective Carl handed over the file he was carrying.

Jorell is still frozen staring at Detective Carl.
