Chapters 12. There are always wounds

After the wedding yesterday, now the Indira family is on their way to Tidung Island. They will vacation together there, all accompanying the newlyweds. During the trip to Jakarta, Indira just daydreaming in the bus. Sometimes he breathes heavily. Last night Athaya kept asking if Indira was willing to meet with both of Athaya's parents.

Now Indira and her family are in Marina Ancol. They enjoyed the hour-and-a-half ride with joking laughter and talking. Indira enjoys the wind blowing, she closes her eyes and she recalls the figure of someone who became the savior of her life.

Now they have arrived at Tidung Island. Before heading to the inn, they first visit the icon of Tidung Island, the Bridge of Love. Every couple in the Indira family, walking over the bridge of love while holding hands. Because there is a myth circulating if you join together with your partner on this bridge, it can make the relationship more lasting.

Indira, Carel and Aqeela walked behind, because they did not bring a partner.

The man is Dirga Agung Prayoga, who is enjoying his retirement. Yesterday, since the party was over Mirda invited Dirga to vacation together. Dirga gladly accepted the offer, but he refused to go with the Indira family.

With his heart still beating fast, Indira ran past Dirga.

After enjoying the view of the love bridge, now they are in the Cottage of Tidung Island. Each of them already occupied a room, while the unmarried ones they were put together in one room. Cyra, Theresia, Alana, Indira and Aqeela occupy one room. So did Thoriq, Alan, Husain and Carel.

Indira was alone outside, enjoying the twilight that was saying goodbye to change the night. He closed his eyes, enjoying every gust of wind.

"Dec? What's alone here?" tanya Elmira made Indira gasp in shock.

"Sister! Just be surprised!" pissed Indira.

"Why are you trying to be alone here? The others at the gathering on the floor, don't follow?" tanya Elmira and Indira shook their heads.

Elmira approaches Indira and embraces her, they lean on each other.

"Brothers understand you're an introvert, but they're our family. You have to be more open, in order to know the outside world," said Elmira while stroking her head.

"I just want to be alone again, sister," said Indira.

"You got a problem?" asked Elmira and Indira sighed.

As if understanding, Elmira invites Indira to sit together.

While in the room, the newlyweds have not been reluctant to get out of bed.

"Bang, let's take a morning walk on the beach!" whining Elmira to her husband.

Indira and her family will take a walk to the beach. Everyone seemed ready with his beach stellan, Indira was eating bread while feeding Sweta. Mother Gisya was busy putting food into tupperware. Mama Febri and Ummi Ulil are preparing various kinds of needs for a picnic. They want to eat together on the beach on Tidung Island.

Dirga and his friends say goodbye, they plan to go snorkeling.

"Excuse me Bang, everyone. We decided to go snorkeling. Thank you for letting us stay here" Dirga told Mirda.

"Where is Dirga going? Breakfast before snorkeling" said Elmira who had just come out of the kitchen. Mirda smiled hearing his wife's call to his junior.

"Ready! Permit ma'am, we have breakfast outside, "reject Dirga.

"You have breakfast here, after that we go snorkeling together," said Fahri's father with his baritone voice made Dirga can no longer refuse.

"Ready! Do it!" dirga replied respectfully.

After breakfast they have now reached their destination, the mothers have held a large mat on the edge of the beach, under a shade tree. Young people are getting ready to go snorkeling.

"Daddy, you're not snorkeling?" asked Mother Gisya when she saw her youngest child playing with Sweta.

"I'm okay, Bun. After all, Adek can ride jetski alone," replied Indira relaxed.

Mirda, Elmira and the others were already preparing for snorkeling. It's just that they lack one person, they force Indira to come along.

"Please dong, Deck! Come along," Pinta Elmira pleads with Indira.

"Yes Dira, when else do we snorkel together. Please, later come home from here Bang Ain with A Alan buyin whatever you want," said Alana pleaded.

"Hm, didn't you buy anything?" ask Indira.

After persuading, finally Indira agreed to go snorkeling. They also took a boat to go snorkeling, Dirga accidentally photographed Indira who was enjoying the sea breeze.

"Beautiful!" dirga's words made Mirda and Elmira look over.

Now they are enjoying the underwater scenery, many fish are surrounding them. Beautiful coral reefs and many other marine animals.

Indira accidentally stepped on and scratched the coral reef, making his legs torn and injured deep enough to bleed a lot. He immediately swam to the surface and boarded the ship. He saw it, and he followed Indira.

Dirga saw Indira was in pain holding his leg, he went up to the ship.

"Your feet are bleeding, Shafa! Let me see," said Dirga made Indira's heart beat with the nickname. Because Indira did not rub it, Dirga pulled Indira's leg and kept it on his thigh.

"Aw! It hurts!" peekik Indira is in pain.

"We go back to the beach first, your feet must be on medication, Shafa," said Dirga.

"But how are they?" ask Indira.

"They are still snorkeling, we go back first to join the boat there," said Dirga.

"But.." Indira's speech was cut off, because Dirga interrupted him.

Along the way, Dirga's heart ached when he saw the blood that continued to flow from Indira's legs. He recalled, long ago when Indira was injured by falling onto a cliff.
