Dilemma Intersection
Chapters 16. Follows Groove

The star-filled night bears witness to the happiness of two human children who have committed themselves to the destiny of God. After a day spent, the two lovebirds are now more relieved by their respective feelings. Indira looked at her phone, this afternoon they had a photo together. And maybe it will be a memory of one beautiful day, for Indira and also Dirga. After delivering Indira, Dirga met someone to receive a punishment.

Dirga is now in Barak, he is ready with the punishment he will receive.

"Have you delivered him?" ask that someone.

"Ready! Already General!" answer Dirga.

"Good! Now you have to accept the punishment, accompany me to play the game ludo until morning," said the General who turned out to be Fahri's father.

"Ready General!" said Dirga.

The Flashback

Since Indira's injury at the camp, Fahri's father has known who saved Indira. Honestly, Fahri's father had fallen in love when they heard that the one who saved his daughter was Dirga. Because of Dirga's cold demeanor, it reminded him of himself.

While on Tidung Island, Fahri's father heard all the conversations of Dirga and Indira. He also knew, if all this time his daughter had fallen in love with the figure of Dirga. He grew convinced, when Dirga again saved Indira.

"Meet me tonight, on the beach side" Fahri said.

"Ready-done!" answer Dirga.

That night after meeting Indira, Dirga found the General as ordered.

"Do you love my daughter?" asked Father Fahri made Dirga jerked in shock.

"Readily wrong! I really love Indira" said Dirga.

"I'm here as a father, not a general. So I would also like to ask you to keep your distance from my daughter" Fahri's father said.

"Ready! I will keep my distance from my father's daughter" Dirga replied, making Fahri's father smile faintly.

"Do you not want to fight for my daughter?" search for Fahri's father.

Dirga had yet to answer, he just smiled and picked up a handful of sand.

"I'm afraid Syafa is like this sand, the more I hold it, the more it erodes. I don't want Syafa to get hurt, let alone that wound I made. I just want to follow the scenario that God has prepared for Syafa's life and mine. Because I am sure, if indeed we are a match then we will be united in the most beautiful way of God," replied Dirga without any doubt.

"Well, prepare yourself well! And make sure your job is done, your main job is to get home safely! That's an order!" firm Father Fahri.

"Ready! I will remember all of your words" said Dirga.

Before inviting Indira to skip college, of course Dirga had asked permission from the General. Even Fahri's father himself told about his meeting with his wife. Dirga wants to have some free time for him to spend with Indira. Because the time of departure is not long.

"I gave you time to go out with my daughter all day, but remember 7pm make sure she's safe home! And you must be prepared to accept the consequences of punishment from me!" firm Father Fahri.

"Ready-done!" answer Dirga who is no less firm.

"Basic boy in love! Syafa, the call is unique," Fahri's father smiled at Dirga's departure with the princess.

Flashback Off

And this is where Dirga and Fahri's dad are tonight, they really played Ludo all night. Dirga can feel the affection of a father tonight. Dirga saw Fahri's father had begun to fall asleep, Dirga enveloped Fahri's father using his blanket.

"Thank you, Om. Tonight I am happy, I like getting the affection of a father," said Dirga.

"Then be my son, then you will receive more affection from me," said Fahri's father made Dirga jerked in shock.

Fahri's father opened his eyes, he could see the nervous and surprised face of a Grand Dirga Prayoga.

"Are you really not going to bind my daughter before your departure?" fahri's father asked once more and Dirga shook her head.

"I'll be gone for 13 months, and I don't know what's going to happen in the future. I do not want to hurt Syafa, for me it is better if he can be happy with others than to have to wait for an uncertainty that I give" said Dirga.

"You so call me Father, it is a command and a gift! I'm proud of your attitude that reflects so much on an officer!" said Fahri's father hugged Dirga's body tightly.

The morning sun shone brightly, Indira had finished preparing breakfast with the Mother.

"Where's dad, Bun? I haven't noticed yet" asked Indira.

"Dad slept last night in Barak, he said, all giving snacks for officers and soldiers who will leave later" said Mother Gisya.

"Bun, I can get three tupperware! But it won't come back" Pinta Indira.

"What?! Three?! A lot, what do you do?" shocked Mother Gisya.

"Don't go for it, Bun! Mother may cut from my pocket money," Indira pleaded with the Mother and finally Mother Gisya nodded.

Indira began to put the foods she prepared earlier into the tupperware. Today is Dirga's departure to Lebanon, he is determined to provide food for Dirga as a farewell greeting. Before giving it, Indira had written a letter. Hope Dirga will always remember Indira.

The officers who were about to leave for Lebanon were already preparing in the Square. Many of the mothers of Persit were crying, because they would be abandoned by the husband. And to be honest, it is what Indira hates the most. She did not want to experience her pain, but in the end Indira fell on her own words.

By walking a little quickly, Indira approached Dirga who turned out to be hugging a Grandma who looked quite old.

"Eh, yes Brother!" indira was nervous when Dirga called her.

"Mom, this is Syafa. The woman I always told Grandma about" said Dirga.

"MashaAllah is beautiful, pantes aja you always sumringah if telling her," said Grandma Dirga while hugging Indira.

"I am Indira Myesha Kirania Syafa, Nek," said Indira kissing Grandma Dirga's hand.

"Grandmother knows, every time this bad boy comes home will always tell you. You guys just talk first, Grandma wants to seduce aki-aki who again crave," said Grandma Dirga made both of them laugh.

Now they are both sitting together, Indira gives the box to Dirga.

"What's this?" tanya Dirga looked at two boxes of supplies and a bottle of drink.

"Here there is food, I deliberately make it with my own hands. Hope Big Brother will always want to be with me," said Indira while holding back his tears.

"I will always remember you, Shafa. With or without this food, please do not cry! My heart aches, Syafa," Dirga wiped the tears of Indira that escaped just like that.

"Jo Kak Yoga should return safely, let alone bring your beloved three tupperware! If you're welcome, get ready," said Indira trying to melt the atmosphere is quite tense.

"Let us follow the path God has given, let us ask the almighty. Whatever God does, it is certainly the best thing for us. Take good care of yourself, and don't remember me if it makes you cry" said Dirga cupped Indira's cheeks.

Indira hugged Dirga's body very tightly, and vice versa.

"Syafa, I love and love you" said Dirga.

"I love you and love you too, brother! Don't forget to eat and take care of your health, if I may ask you to take care of your heart! Leave a little room for me" said Indira.

"My heart is filled with you, Syafa," said Dirga making Indira smile.

"Come back safely, Mas Yoga. Alright, let's follow the path of life that Allah has determined. I will follow all your words, Mas Yoga. Because the duty of the mother is to obey her priest," said Indira peeked Dirga cheek and then left.

Dirga gasped in surprise, then his head turned to the right and to the left. He was afraid that Fahri's father would see his daughter's behavior.

"Syafa, you can really drive me crazy! That sweet call, how could I forget you, if you behave like this," Dirga muttered while holding his cheek.

One by one, already in the truck, Grandma Dirga cried hugging the grandson.

"Hopefully you will return safely, this old Grandma wants to see you married and give me a lot of great-grandchildren" Grandma Dirga said.

"Of course, I'm going to get married and have a lot of kids. Therefore, I will continue to ask God that God always provide health and long life for Grandma," said Dirga and then kissed the grandmother's forehead.

All slowly go, Indira delivers Dirga's departure in charge with a smile on her face. He promised Dirga he wouldn't cry. Indira has also delivered Grandma Dirga to her car. They have exchanged mobile numbers and even made an appointment to meet on Sunday. In the truck, Dirga opened the provisions given by Indira. He found a letter there, Dirga smiled as she read the letter given by Indira.

After taking Dirga's departure, Indira returned to his home. And apparently, Athaya was already there. To be honest, Indira was worried about her heart. He always had no heart, when he saw the struggle of an Athaya for him.

"Dira, where are you from? From yesterday I couldn't contact you" Athaya said.

"Sorry Athaya, my phone is broken!" indira's lie.

"What time are you coming home from college? I saw you yesterday" asked Athaya.

"I'm not feeling well, so yesterday I asked to go home first. I went to the palace first, yeah. My head is a bit dizzy," forced Indira to lie again to Athaya.

"You rest, yes. Later in the afternoon I come back here again, bring food for you," said Athaya and Indira nodded his head.

Athaya stared at Indira's departure, she really loved the girl.

"Your eyes look at me, your body near me. Your voice is clear but your heart is out of nowhere. Love is empty. Love is empty. Love is not love, if what you love is not me. I can't even explain what kind of feeling I'm feeling right now" Athaya murmured.
