"Good morning, Doctor!" Sapa Alvin, shortly after entering the doctor's office. 

"Good morning," the doctor replied with a friendly smile. 

Doctor Allan who is famous for curses on the dining table was allowing them to sit down. Chatting after a few months of not meeting.

Before doing the ultrasound examination, Alvin had asked a few things about his wife's pregnancy. 

"My wife's been bleeding before, Doc. I've been a little parno since the incident that night" Alvin said as it was. 

Doctor Allan nodded in understanding. He heard all of Alvin's complaints patiently.

"For the pregnancy now, please take good care of it, yes. I'll prescribe a booster for Ms. Daniza. If you can, for the first trimester, do not do strenuous activity first" the doctor advised.

"Okay, Doctor." 

"Is Miss Daniza any other complaints during pregnancy?" ask Dr. Allan again.

"Often nausea and dizziness, Doc. Besides, I've been losing my appetite a little bit lately" Daniza replied.

Doctor Allan appears to be writing notes in the book. "That's normal symptoms for the first trimester due to an unstable hormonal surge. To overcome nausea, can consume foods rich in carbohydrates."

"Then, we'll just USG first, yeah." 

With the help of a female nurse, Daniza headed to the patient's bed. The nurse wears a thin blanket, before applying the gel on the surface of the abdomen. 

When Doctor Allan started moving the device in Daniza's stomach, Alvin was busy with his own thoughts. Feeling unwilling if there are other men who see the body part of the wife other than her.

Dr. Allan then explained the condition of Daniza's womb while watching the monitor screen. While Alvin was standing in place with a bent face. 

Why take Daniza to the male obstetrician?" A bit of regret penetrated Alvin's heart, why didn't you choose a female doctor? 

"Patience, Vin! He's just doing his job. Mostly Doctor Allan knows Daniza's health condition." 

Throughout Daniza undergoing the examination, Alvin unceasingly grumbled inwardly. Maybe next time he will choose to visit a female obstetrician only.

"The foetuses are twins, yes" the doctor said, looking enthusiastic.

Alvin's eyeballs widened at that moment. For a moment the shock made him unable to say a word. A big surprise for him to know his future baby turns out to be twins.

"Seriously, Doc?" He looked at the monitor screen.

And it wasn't just Alvin who was surprised. Daniza was equally surprised. His eyes are now glazed staring at the monitor screen. Previously, he did not know about the twin fetuses in his womb. Because I have never checked myself before.

"Sir Alvin and Ms. Daniza don't know yet, do you?"

"No, Doc. I've never checked before." Daniza answered quickly.

"Which explanation? I think Doctor Allan's explanation was pretty clear."

Alvin nodded in understanding. "Yes, honey. From now on you do not do any work. Later I'll add ART at home, so you can rest a lot."

"What do you want to eat again?" ask Alvin.

"Whatever it is, Mom!" 

Alvin breathed a long breath. The word up is the scariest answer to ask a woman. "Why does the woman always answer whatever whenever asked what to eat?" 

Daniza was silent for a moment. Looks confused. "I don't know what else to eat. It's up to you."  

"Well, I'll vote, but don't protest later, will you?" 

Daniza replied with a nod of her head. 

Not long after, they arrived at a shopping mall. Alvin decided to date first. The two spend time together like lovers who are drunk in love. 

As if he did not want to lose to the other couple, Alvin took Daniza's hand. Very romantic for both. 

A restaurant with a steak main menu was chosen by Alvin this afternoon. Steak is Daniza's favorite food. 

"You like to eat steak, don't you?" tanyakanya. 

"Like." 

"Oh yeah, we'll just eat here." 

Alvin pulled out a chair so Daniza could sit there. Then choose some other menu that he thinks Daniza will like. After a few minutes of waiting, the order arrived. 

Alvin can inhale the smell of hot meat once the waitress puts two servings of steak to the table. Suddenly his head felt pulsating.

"The meat's as stale as it is, huh?" alvin whispered to Daniza, after the waitress left.

"What the hell, Mas?" Daniza looked at her husband a little wonder. Then sniffed the scent of meat in front of him. He did not find any strange smell. Even go straight to devour with pleasure. "Enak, really."

"Don't eat! The smell of meat is strange!" Alvin already felt the turmoil in the stomach. What else when looking at the brownish color of meat.

"It's delicious, Mas. Try me!" She cut off the little flesh and tried to feed it to her husband. But Alvin immediately pursed his lips while shaking his head.
