Why Does He Praise Doctor Mila?

Alvin is flabbergasted. "Are your stomach pains that bad you had to call the hospital?"

"Can you walk alone, can't you?" Alvin's defense to become a cold man is shattered because he is now approaching Daniza and supporting her weak body.

"I can walk alone just to go to the bathroom."

"It's not in the bathroom, is it? Why go out if you just want to go to the bathroom?"
