Dusk For Eagle
Episode 11 (Excuse El mom, dad)

The atmosphere became quiet and tense. For a moment, no one spoke. They just looked at each other while waiting for the Eagle's explanation.

"The name is Dusk, the girl El will marry" said the Eagle.

"El, are you kidding me? Didn't you date Bianca all this time, why did your future wife turn into Dusk? Don't tell me you cheated on Bianca and the girl is pregnant with your child, so you chose to marry her? Well El, mommy and daddy never taught you to do such shameful things" said Anes

"Darling, you calm down. Let El continue speaking" Alex said.

Gavin and Gisell did not comment. They knew this was a serious conversation between brother and their parents.

"I'm sorry El, if you've surprised everyone. But El with Bianca has broken up. Bianca ended our relationship. So here El did not betray or hurt Bianca," the Eagle continued.

"But why suddenly El? How can mommy not think like this? Don't you make the wrong decision, son?" anes was worried.

Of course all that was there no one believed in the Eagle's words considering what his attitude had been like all this time.

"Let's talk again mom, El will rest first" said the Eagle without stopping his steps. Yes, he was tired because all night guarding the sick Dusk.

"Sssstt let him rest first baby" said Alex.

"But the boy must be hiding something from us. He's not good at lying. I'm worried mas" Anes said.

"Mas knows, but you also understand the nature of your son. He couldn't possibly be careless in making a decision. You just calm down. Let me talk to him later. Already continue eating it," Alex tried to calm Anes down.

"I'm not feeling good anymore, you guys just continue eating it. Mommy wants to go upstairs first," Anes left the dining table.

Gavin and Gisell looked at each other and shook their shoulders.

"You guys continue the breakfast. Daddy followed mommy first," Alex finally left the dining table.

Alex approached Anes who was sitting on the edge of the bed and sitting next to his wife.

"Mas knows you're worried. But, you also know what the nature of our one son is? If it's time, he'll tell us himself. Wouldn't you be happy if El didn't get married to Bianca?"

"But do not want to marry a girl person also dong mas.

"This is not true! I have to ask El exactly what happened, or I won't calm down!" exclaiming Anes while standing up and walking towards the door.

Alex finally catches up with Anes to the Eagle's room. As he was about to open the door of the Eagle's room, Alex prevented him.

"El, are you sleeping?" alex said gawking into the Eagle's room.

"El, take a break dad," said the Eagle from the inside.

"Oh well, we'll talk when you're up" Alex said, trying as quietly as possible.

Anes who was impatient immediately charged inside.

"Ck, I said to talk, let me, "Anes squinted his eyes.

"El, don't sleep before the story is what's really going on with mommy and daddy. You're not good at lying to us El. Explain or mommy will tell dad David to investigate?" anes threat.

"Mas can also love, why should David?" alex protest.

"Mom..." The eagle looked at him pleading.

Alex went inside and sat on the edge of the bed next to Anes.

"Before El apologized to mommy and daddy," the Eagle began to tell.

The eagle told both his parents what really happened without anyone being covered up.

Of course Alex and Anes were shocked to hear it. Maybe that's why Anes' feelings haven't been good since yesterday.

"Yes..." Anes turned to her husband after hearing the story of the Eagle.

"Calm down first..." Alex clasped tightly onto Anes' hand which instantly turned cold.

"I'm sorry El mom, dad," said the Eagle solemnly.

"Now where is the girl?" ask Alex.

"The night she fainted, El took her to the apartment" replied the Eagle.

Anes was still in shock, why could his son experience such a thing. Disconnected by her lover and takes away the lives of others. The eagle must have a marriage without love. Anes is still trying to digest everything with positive thoughts.

"Why did you bring it to the apartment? Where's his house? Where are his parents?" Investigate Alex.

Then the Eagle told what he saw with his own eyes how the girl's foster family treated him.

"Poor girl" Alex and Anes murmured together.

"Are you sure you're going to marry that girl El?" ask Anes later.

The eagle nodded.

"Elang has promised mom, and it is a trust from grandfather Dusk. El can not just take hands off," said El firmly.

"Good, that's just daddy's kid. Men need to be gentle and responsible. Can hold his shit. Good job boy!" alex is proud.

"What the hell, this is about our son's future. No worries, no wonder" Anes protested.

"God grew up, he knows what's best for him. Believe me the same mas, El will not arbitrarily marry a girl if the girl is ordinary in the eyes of the Eagle whatever the reason. It's all just a matter of time, isn't it El?" said Alex.

He knew El did all this for sure because his guilt had resulted in his grandfather dying. She is a mother, and she wants the best for her child. Married without love? Wasn't she like that to Alex?

"Why should my son's fate be like mine?" Anes wondered in his heart. But, considering his love for Alex can grow over time, he also hopes that it happens to his son.

"Thank you mom, dad. You guys always support El. Although El always disappoints you,"

"No El, instead we're proud, because you dare to take responsibility" Alex patted the Eagle on the shoulder.

"Now you rest, later bring mommy to the apartment, mommy wants to see a prospective daughter-in-law mommy," said Anes.

"No mom, let El bring her here later,"

"All right, whatever you do, we'll get out first. Rest," said Anes and took Alex out.

"Remember always what daddy taught El, if you've decided something in the beginning, take responsibility until the end. You understand what daddy means?" alex said before following Anes out of the Eagle's room.

The eagle nodded, understanding what Alex meant. Although there were still doubts in him, would he be able to go through everything later. Will he and Dusk be able to live together without any difficulties? He himself knew, Dusk must have hated him because it had caused his grandfather to die. The eagle could only sigh long, thinking about it.
