Lost in the forest

Avan raised his hand and he began to focus himself until a moment later the coldness was rippling around there and Avan's hand began to be seen issuing an ice that spread through his palm until when he touching the suction mud was instantly turned into ice in just a matter of seconds.

I was shocked and amazed to see the enormous power he had.

"Braaassshhh......" The sound of power that Avan let out from his hands until all turned into ice.

Me and Avan did not feel cold even though we were frozen in the ice right now but when looking at Devano he was very worried because his face looked pale and cold.

Moreover, he is the one who drowned the most among me and Avan, he also has no definite elemental strength like me and Avan.

Finally we were able to break free from this first difficulty and I immediately sat leaning on the edge of a tree not far from there, I really feel tired now as well as Avan and Devano, too, I saw Devano was still a little shocked because of the kasian and he looked still shivering too, I immediately made a bonfire because the day was getting dimmer, too, maybe when we got there it was so late that it was nighttime.

I immediately told Avan who still had more power to look for as much firewood as possible.

While Avan and I were about to leave, Devano held my hand and asked to come with me, but I forbade him to leave because I knew his condition was not as good as that of Avan and I.

Although Avan initially asked to split I forbade it because I was afraid we could not be together again if we split up, therefore I decided to go together because firewood can be found anywhere while I look for fruits also around there.

I have been walking through the forest for a long time and Avan has also got enough firewood but since then there is not a single plant that I recognize or that has fruit for me to pick, the day had become even fainter and I decided to return because it was not quiet leaving Devano alone.

"Avan let's just go back, again.there are still supplies from His Majesty before, right?" I said to him,

"Well, let's go ice skating, so we can get there faster" Avan told me,

"No... We just walk and save your energy" I said rejecting it.

I do not like to use arbitrary power especially for things that if it can still be done normally and with physical strength that we have so there is no need to use spiritual power that will drain energy the core within us.

"Diane, Avan. Finally you guys came back too since I was very restless" Devano told me and Avan when we just got back.

Avan immediately arranged the firewood and made two furnaces at once, I also immediately made the fire with just one small spark throw so that the fire could directly destroy the pile of dry twigs there.

But the strange thing this time is, in the forest there is not seen a single animal slithering or the sound of animals such as frogs, crickets, and others who are accustomed to appearing or making sounds at night, there are only mosquitoes that wander around there, for some reason when paying attention and thinking about this strange thing I began to feel a little anxious about the forest that I did not know.

But fortunately my anxiety did not produce anything and we can stay safe until we wake up the next morning.

That morning I woke up the last maybe because last night I was standing guard almost past midnight if if I had a clock or compass to see the time then but unfortunately you do not have both at the moment.

Until when I woke up the two damn boys even surprised me and they immediately prepared the food we had from His Majesty before.

"Emely why do you look so desperate? We're just here one day doesn't mean we're gonna be stuck here forever, let's take a break and gather some more energy, let's be sure maybe tomorrow we'll find a way out of this strange forest" devano said while holding my shoulder,

The touch from him could always make me become calmer and more peaceful until then I could accept this failure a little and decided to go back to rest in the forest, we searched again for firewood and made campfires like before.

The three of us rested in the same tree there and they both slept well because from the beginning they looked very much compared to me.

Whereas I could only stare up at the sky with a gaze that did not know what to do, until unintentionally when the moonlight began to illuminate the night sky it was like I saw a protective wall up there, just not far from the end of the towering trees around the forest.

I tried to rub my eyes a few times and pay attention to the sky again but I was sure I could see it clearly it was like a transparent Ding shield made with someone's magic.

Until finally they also want to wake up even though it looks very lazy and start to rise up to face me.

"So you're saying, is it possible that because of that shield we didn't find a way out and just went around in circles in this forest?" Avan asked me again which I immediately replied with a full nod,

"If that's the case, we have to destroy the shield" Devano said.

I immediately patted her head again quite loudly for being so upset with everything she did, from now on he was the hardest to wake up and he was also the talkative one and the reason when I told him to look up at the sky now he spoke easily when me and Avan knew the cause.
