Chapter 58

The giant bear roared loudly and instantly fixed both of its eyes on Liu Shan. The horses as well as his Ki radiated energy had made the giant bear feel threatened.

“GRAA!!”

His claws that were so large and sharp were swung without hesitation towards Liu Shan.

While Liu Shan who saw the coming swing had locked onto his target. His clenched hands and rotational legs were ready to rotate to strike behind the giant bear's claws.

“(Now!)”

When Liu Shan wanted to swing his fist, suddenly Xiao Lin shouted from behind him.

“Do not!”

That shout made Liu Shan's fist stop in mid-air.  His divided attention from hearing Xiao Lin's shout made him immediately look back.

“Hah?!”

“Don't hurt him!”

He asked with a puzzled face towards Xiao Lin's words just now.

On the other hand, the giant bear did not hold back the swing of its claws. He continued to swing and even attacked Liu Shan from behind who was almost hit hard and managed to put the defensive horses with both arms.

Buaak!!

“Urgh!”

Liu Shan's quite painful groan was followed by his body being pushed to the side until one step almost hit with a tree by his side.

Although his body had just been hit by an attack, Liu Shan did not receive such a fatal wound. His still surprised attention to Xiao Lin's words made him turn his head back towards her.

“Lin’er, what did you mean earlier?!”

Xiao Lin directly approached Liu Shan and led him backwards into the forest. They let the giant bear run wild while trying to chase them from behind.

“As I said, don't hurt him!” replied Xiao Lin.

“If it doesn't hurt him, how can we survive?!” sahut Liu Shan who became a little emotional and raised his tone.

“Run only!” yoho Xiao Lin.

“HAH?!!! You are crazy, we are here to strengthen ourselves. Why are we running away?!” grouse Liu Shan.

Xiao Lin and Liu Shan who were in the middle of the debate immediately came to a halt. Their attention was turned backwards as they saw the giant bear running faster and closer to them.

Brak brak's…!!

The trees were uprooted and shifted as the large body of the bear was trying to break through in order to chase them both. While Liu Shan himself, who saw himself being chased constantly could no longer hold back.

He held back his footsteps and no longer fled. Xiao Lin who had continued running earlier came to a stop and turned towards Liu Shan.

“Shan!” yelled Xiao Lin.

His hands were wide open on both sides. His eyes that looked sharply straight at the giant bear that did not stop chasing him, did not show a feeling of trepidation emanated from Liu Shan.

On the other hand, the increasingly frightened and worried Xiao Lin was confused to see Liu Shan standing still as if waiting for the bear to approach.

“Shan, what are you doing?!”

“You said you can't hurt him right?!”

“GRAA!!”

But that would not happen to him. Because Liu Shan directly fused his palms together as if issuing a clapping sound that was so strong and loud.

The Ki energy that coated both of his arms increased Liu Shan's physical abilities. So, when he put the two sides of his palm together, created a sound that was so loud and able to make the surrounding noise.

Xiao Lin himself had to cover his ears tightly with both palms.

If Xiao Lin was like that, what about the big bear that was right in front of the loud voice?

Of course, the bear immediately whimpered in pain until it fell and lost consciousness. His mouth was foaming and his body was trembling as if a loud clap of the hand was entering into his bones.

Shortly after, the shrill voice of Liu Shan's clapping had subsided. Xiao Lin who was standing far behind him instantly opened his two ears slowly. His gaze looked confused as well as astonished.

Of course it was Liu Shan who always surprised him.

His eyes opened and turned to look at the bear. He was trapped and helpless in his unconscious condition. Xiao Lin slowly walked up to him and stroked his soft brown fur.

When Xiao Lin was stroking the bear's fur, Liu Shan who saw it somehow felt guilty. Though he had just saved the lives of Xiao Lin and himself, but the situation looked like Liu Shan had already hurt the bear without mercy.

“(Why ... is the situation so this way? Why do I feel like a bad person?)”

Shortly after, Xiao Lin withdrew his gaze and turned his head towards Liu Shan. The look in his eyes was gleaming as if filled with tears that he held back with all his might. With a look like a begging puppy, Xiao Lin asked him.

Men in luxurious swordsman clothes as if made of the best quality fabric, showing an increasingly arrogant.

“It turns out a participant also yes,” murmured man in the middle.
