Chapter 116 The War Begins

The sun rises and then sets, signifying the end of a new day. But within the Asura city, a deadly silence, there was no one to be seen on the street nor were there any lights lit inside the building.

On the high wall of the front gate, Qun was seen standing upright, in his hand was a green-colored short sword. This hue was a dense form of his profound Qi, this was the element of wood art that came into play.

Standing beside him was Gojuru. His eyes were closed, appearing to be deep in thought or immersed in meditation. But if one were to pay close attention to it, they would feel that a raging heat was piling up within him. This heat was so hot that it could melt iron but the sad part about it was that he could not completely control or exert this power.

Qun as he rushed towards the many enemy soldiers, he waved in the air. This signature seems to have caused the forest to go wild as many trees began to grow and extend downwards, heading towards the forest floor in panic. Tree branches ran on the ground, wrapping up many warriors and squeezing them tightly.
