Talks between James and David and Ralf Rangnick are still going on at a cafe,

"So, Ralf, what do you think about Manchester United's current situation?" james asked, watching him.

"Well, in the view of normal people the current Manchester United situation is fine. But the situation would be chaotic if they were to be left behind by Mr. Ferguson." Ralf replied with some worry.

Not to mention next season will probably be a spectacular season to announce his retirement. The manager who will be appointed to replace will definitely get a lot of pressure, we have to give time for the new team later to build the foundation. There is no need to put pressure on the new manager and we are trying to build together from the beginning with the target of the next few years."

"That's right" James said as he looked at David who was staring seriously at Ralf. The transfer strategy has to be uniform and the club needs a football ideology, to find a player who fits that. Starting this season we have to shape the philosophy of the game of the junior teams according to the plan that has been set. So next season we are ready with some talented young players to play with our philosophy. For the transfer of players we must not spend too much money, he said, we're looking for really quality players at reasonable prices and also potential U-18 youngsters who fit the needs of the new team later." Ralf told them confidently.

James was happy. Although he knew about Ralf's future achievements, he had no idea what he would achieve in life now. But after listening to him dissect the club's situation and possible solutions, James felt that his choice was absolutely right. Although only a rough plan, but he felt that together they could create a team that would be the best team in the world.

"I have to ask you something James. What are your ambitions for this club?" ralf asked after thinking about something.

"Well, if every transfer we make is a success and we have an outstanding manager the chances of success will be quickly achieved, but everyone can make mistakes. Even with all the data I have, I still cannot predict the future of a player. I don't and you can't find talented players easily either. And even if we find potential players, they will be hunted by other big teams. I can't guarantee that I won't make a mistake." Ralf answered honestly.

"At Manchester United you don't make mistakes" Ralf doesn't understand what James wants to say.

Until then, every transfer will go through me, so that means if there is a mistake, it will also be my fault." James said while giving Ralf an idea of what to expect. Ralf will get his support, but James will remain in charge.

Ralf looked grateful. Although he knew he was capable, he was not arrogant enough to think that he would not make a mistake. Although he had experience in England before but he spent a lot of experience in Germany, so he feels happy that he will have a support system at the club.

"And there will be a lot of successful players in the coming year, starting with you." James said to Ralf.

We're going to create a new Legacy of the Manchester United team, we're going to start a new era and it all starts right now" James said.

James looked at David who looked impressed. He might be a little hesitant but at least he was willing to give the German man a chance.
