List of Talented Young Players
James began planning a long list to recruit potential young players to the academy or reserve team and players for the first team this season at a maximum age of 25. The list starts from the goalkeeper to the attacker. Fortunately, regulations related to the transfer of international players under the age of 18 are still not approved by FIFA, most only constrained by the work permit of non-European players. James will certainly only take a player of maximum age of 15 years for a potential non-European player, because at the age of ripe to get into the first team, the player already has home-grown status (3 years in the academy).
In 2009, FIFA signed international transfer rules, which had ensnared teams like Barcelona and Real Madrid in James's previous life.
FIFA Regulation article 19 point 2 explains, In point A, FIFA explains that, international transfers can be made if the parents move to the country where the club is headed for reasons not related to football, for example; have a job at a local company. At point B, FIFA allows international transfers to take place if they are still within the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA) and are between the ages of 16 and 18.
From point B, clubs must undergo additional obligations imposed by FIFA, such as clubs are required to provide adequate football education and training in accordance with the highest standards.
Furthermore, clubs are obliged to guarantee players to obtain academic or school education and vocational education in addition to football. This is to allow players to pursue careers other than football if they are not active as professional players.
The club will also create the necessary rules to ensure that players get the best, such as an optimal standard of living with family or a place to stay at the club, as well as mentors at the club.
The final step also requires that the player be registered with the association in relation to the evidence that the player is fulfilling his obligations.
The rules are very strict, even clubs can be punished if underage players do not get their rights related to transfers. In fact, article 19 of the 4th item says that state associations can also be sanctioned if negligent related to international transfers.
But James will not be confused with the rule, because it will be applied the following year and still a long time.

The German who is currently in the Bayern Munich team, he has just completed a loan period from VfB Stuttgart club for 2 seasons and with 53 appearances over 2 seasons scored 2 goals. He is a versatile full-back, can be placed at right-back or left-back.
Left Back/Left Back (LB):
Marcelo Vieira da Silva is 17 years old.
The legendary Brazilian left-back after Roberto Carlos is currently still in the Fluminense Junior team. If according to the timeline he should have played for the Real Madrid team and won many trophies there.
The Austrian is a potential left-back for the long term, currently still in the Austrian Wien academy team. The player who will shine with Bayern Munich in the life of James before.
Midfielder/Aight (DMF/CMF):
Luca Modric is 19 years old.
The Croatian, who is currently in Dinamo Zagreb's team, is one of the best midfielders and has even earned the Ballon D'Or in James's life before. He has played an important role this season on loan at Inter Zapersic.
Toni Kroos is 15 years old.
The Griefswald-born German is still in the Hansa Rostock academy. Before next year is hijacked by Bayern Munich, James must quickly get the future midfielder of the German national team.
Kante is 15 years old at the moment.

The Egyptian is one of the stars of the future. He is currently at the Ittihad Academy in Basyoun, Egypt. Suitable for long-term projections.
Left Winger/Left Wing (LW):
Sadio Mane is 13 years old.
The Senegalese player is also one of the stars of the future. He is still in his village of Bambali in the far south of Senegal. As long as James can convince his Uncle and Mother and give good care then James will get one of the best talents of the future with his duet with Moh.Salah.
Gareth Bale is 16 years old.
The Welsh-born player, who is currently at Southampton, is still playing at left-back. He will become a future superstar with his running speed.

Robert Lewandowski is 17 this year.

Harry Kane is 12 years old this year.
The British-born attacker is one of the best attackers in the future. But because he always played with Tottenham Hotspur, he never won a prestigious title. James feels sorry for him, he is still in the Tottenham academy and James will try hard to change his career.
