New Beginning Round

James woke up with his head still a little sore. But James could not give her the slightest attention, as he was most concerned with the new set of memories in his head.

According to memory, he is James Packer son of Kelly Packer, his father a wealthy businessman and one of the richest men in the world. James is 25 years old and a college graduate in Business Administration because of his father. He was an alcoholic, and a game addict.

There are not many memories of his mother who died when he was 2 years old. She has a sister, Grace Packer, 5 years her senior and is the benchmark of success. She is a successful entrepreneur with a business that she runs on her own although with the help of connections from her father, at least according to her memory she is a successful career woman.

The last memory he had was of his father trying to convince him to learn how to run the company. He agrees to help his father manage the company in the new year, but before he meets his father from a business trip, James learns of his death.

James could not understand what was happening. He's James, all right, but James Morrison, not James Packer. And his father was an ordinary man, not a conglomerate. But even after thinking about all this, he still felt that it was his memory rather than the memories of others.

So to be sure, she went to the bathroom to check on her appearance. These memories felt too real to be said to be nightmares.

"WHAT THE FUCK?" james screamed as he looked at his reflection in the mirror. She has short blonde comma-style hair. He had a handsome face and his blue eyes that could make a woman stunned when she saw him. But next to his face, it wasn't so good. He was too thin and his limbs too thin due to his alcoholism...

Before he could think of what was happening, he heard the door of the room open.

She went outside the bathroom to see who it was.

That's his sister with David, his father's lawyer, no-no-no Kelly Packer's lawyer.

'What happened to me? Why do I think of that woman as my sister and Kelly Packer as my father?' He thought of that when he suddenly recalled something.

"Hey David, what date?" She asked.

"It's December 27th. Why are you asking?" Sean replied in surprise.

James was too excited by what happened to ask David questions, instead, he asked another question, "What year is this?"

"It's 2004, are you okay, James?", a sweet voice rife with anxiety. Her sister asked with a worried tone in her voice. James finally met his black eyes that matched his pretty face. She has blond hair similar to hers and with a business suit, she looks like a successful businesswoman.

"Wait a minute.give me a minute." James said to his sister as he sat on the bed. The minutes passed wonderfully as he tried to understand the situation.

'As if I could understand anything this is', thought James, desperate.

A hand on his shoulder took him out of his mind, it was his sister, "Are you okay?"

"Yes" he said, 'Whatever it is, I can do better by being rich.'

Suddenly he was surprised by David's voice.

"Well, I'm here about your father's will." David said as he spoke to James.

James finally calmed down after some time and the conversation turned to Kelly Packer's will. James recognized David from his new memory. He was his father's lawyer and a trustworthy person.

"I've read it to Grace and now I'm going to read it to you." continued David.

Then David went on to read the documents and tell him what he was going to get. Although James would earn a large sum of money, he could not feel excited. Instead, he felt sad. She doesn't know if it's because her life was snatched away or because of the death of her father Kelly, but she's sad. His funeral was held when he was unconscious.

The reading of the will can be summarized in one word: Boring. It lasted until night. The bottom line is he and his sister will inherit a share of the 86% stake in his father's company.

"So that's my job. If you guys need legal help, I'll be happy to help you." David said while looking at James.

James was upset. He was not James the owner of this body, but to be fair, he also did not know what to do with it. So, he was fine, at least he could get away with things he normally wouldn't do.

"How much. I mean 43% shares?" ask James who replied with*******the two of them.

"What's? Did I ask you something wrong?" james asked with a confused look.

"You don't even know how much it's worth. You're..." Grace could not even find the words to finish her sentence.

"Your stock is worth about 1.7 billion pounds, James" David replied in a serious manner.

James was surprised. Even though he knew he was going to earn a large sum of money, obtaining a concrete number still shocked him. He never dreamed of earning 1.7 billion in an instant. He just sat there in a daze for some time in surprise.

“I want to sell my stock”, James said quietly but in a firm tone.

"What?"

"Why?"

James was asked questions from both.

"I don't know how to run a company and I have different goals in mind" James replied in a stern voice.

"What's on your mind?" she asked Grace in annoyance.

He's always been like this. He will get an idea every once in a while, but he never sticks to any idea.

"I'm going to invest in football. I have a plan in mind, but to follow it I need big funds quickly."

Yes, he will buy his favorite football club, the Reds Devil. Football is his passion. That was December 2004, meaning Glazer had yet to acquire the club's overall stake. His takeover caused the club to owe him a lot of money. Despite giving many prestigious trophies but after the death of Sir Alex Ferguson, the club was immediately shocked because it did not have a philosophy of the game. The club relies solely on the genius of Sir Alex Ferguson. He won't let that happen again. This time with money and knowledge of the future, he will turn the club into his own.

So whoever the coach will only be easy in handling the club in the future because it already has a structured system.

"Do you know anything about football. You don't even watch too much football and just play PlayStation while drunk", Grace almost yelled.

James surprised. Then he quickly searched for his newly discovered memory and it was true. But he wouldn't back down, he wouldn't let go of this opportunity just like that.

"My decision is firm. Don't worry, brother, I'll work hard and try my best. I won't always be a kid."

"But..." Grace wanted to say a lot of things but finally sighed.

"OK, if you really want to do it, go ahead." That's all Grace can say.
