At eight o'clock Riko had arrived in Akdemi. Rangga stood in the middle of the hall with three other players in black red uniforms. At the sight of Riko, Rangga smirked in satisfaction and snorted with a scornful expression. Such a face is not very suitable with the good faith that he had just promoted. But Riko did not expect anything to Rangga other than the fact that his enemy had done wrong by underestimating him.
“Ngapain lo my nyamperin? Don't be like a bego. Go to the registration desk there. Continue to show letters of recommendation to take uniforms with his employment contract. Basic make embarrassed,” taunted Rangga as Riko walked towards him, asking for directions.
Of course Rangga would take advantage of that opportunity to spout such hurtful words. Even the other three players also laughed while staring at Riko full of ridicule. All three men, for information.
“Damn,” sigh Riko while grieving.
The young man then left Rangga and walked to the reception desk to do the registration.
“Yes when I was a team hunter. The same time Tera all took care of her. Team members just accept so. His name was a good team leader. Exemplary,” grumbled Riko continuously.
“Good morning. Can anyone help?” The greeting of the female receptionist in light brown uniform disperse Riko's grunts that morning.
The young man handed over his mobile phone which showed an email of recommendation from the Academy. The female employee checked Riko's phone and then fiddled with her computer to open the database. A moment later the woman entered the room behind her and came out carrying a pile of clear plastic underwear.
“Please. This is your uniform. The contract has been sent by email. Salary will be sent to registered account. If You can not return safely, the money will be given to the family closest to You. In this data, your parents will receive it,” the employee explained with a friendly smile. The expression was contrary to the explanation about the possibility of Riko's death.
But Riko didn't ignore it much. The young man whipped a uniform in plastic wrap proffered to him.
“You can change clothes in the toilet over there,” continued the woman while pointing to the toilet at the end of the room.
“Thank you,” said Riko automatically.
Without lingering Riko immediately slid into the toilet. He changed his clothes in a red black polyester uniform which was a disposable one suit. The clothes he had previously put in the locker provided in front of the toilet.
“Red is too flashy for you. Suitable use color ijo anyway emang. Cleaning team uniform. But once upon a time it's okay I give you a chance to wear the hunter's team uniform. Want a photo first, right? Make memories? You may not be able to wear this shirt again,” scorn Rangga as soon as Riko appears in the same black red uniform as him.
Riko did not answer and just stood indifferently as if there was nothing. Rangga seemed annoyed because his provocation had not been cared for by Riko. He nudged his friend, one of the hunting teams who were also there.
“So that famous lo Riko Sanjaya yes. He said he was locked in a dungeon. How's it feel?” ask one of the thick-bodied hunters.
“Ngapain you know everything to him. Maybe he will die also in the dungeon,” said Rangga back throwing sarcasm.
“Well, the dead need to know who is with him before the death picks up. Instead of being a curious spirit,” timpal Eagle while snorting short.
Riko could barely contain herself. Until here he finally knew that Rangga might want to send him dead inside the dungeon. Already so the other three players tend to side with Rangga. I don't know why Riko was feeling so nervous. But his annoyance managed to drive away the anxiety until it faded.
“I'm not as weak as you think, Ngga. I guarantee you won't take me today,” snapped Riko held back the anger.
Rangga snorted amusedly. A sly grin adorned his malice-filled face. “I'm sure I'm not satisfied. Because I myself will send you to nature there,” hisses full of threats.
Riko was about to chimed in, but was stopped because the people in black already told them to leave with the portal like before. The sense of stirring again whack Riko when entering the portal. A few seconds passed and he arrived at the site where the dungeon break was observed to appear.
It is located in a low-sky cave. The shallow lake was under their feet but did not make Riko's uniform wet. Looks like the shirt is equipped with water-repellent technology, and hopefully also anti-fire. The atmosphere of the cave was dim because the light entering was only from a small gap in the stalactites that loomed almost to the top of Riko's head. A small waterfall emerged from behind the cave walls, emitting a constant gurgling sound.
“Live in. How long is the deadline?” rangga asked one of the employees in black.
“The dimensions just met early this morning. It is estimated to have appeared for three hours. More or less you have an hour and a half before the port is wide open,” explained the man's employee.
“OK. Come,” take Rangga to his other teammates, except Riko of course.
One by one they entered a slightly smaller dimensional gap from the dungeon break in Rembang square yesterday. Riko entered last and found himself standing at the bottom of another much drier and quieter cave. The condition of the cave is darker because it is only illuminated by Crystal light that sticks carelessly on the walls and ceiling. It was a little difficult work for the cleaning team to mine the Crystals above their heads.
But Riko did not have time to think about the work of others. He refocused on his surroundings. All four of his teammates had taken out their weapons and put up alert horses while walking slowly down the cave. Riko also took out his red axe which had been strengthened. The simple armor he just bought was also completely stuck to Riko's body.
Rangga blatantly snorted full of ridicule when he saw Riko wearing that cheap set. He himself had worn his battle set of assays in the form of blood red robes wrapped around elaborate ropes. Dual dagger Rangga looks luxurious with its artistic shape and shiny silvery color. To be honest Riko was curious to forge such a weapon. Obviously Rangga's weapon is one of the expensive daggers in the store. If Riko gets the right material, he might be able to make a rare dagger that is much more extraordinary than Rangga's. Plus the dark element of his Token of Apostole, perfect for Assassin jobs.
At a time like this, why did I even think of making this bastard a weapon, Riko thought while hurriedly removing his wild imagination.
The next moment passed in peace. There's no sign of monster attack. Until finally the sound of growling began to be heard, followed by the appearance of a very red eyeball. Riko faces a herd of quite dangerous and nimble monsters: Wild Wolf.
