Chapter 23: The Goodness of Elfarez

The moon walked down the deserted streets, her cries spilling over her cheeks. From that moment he held back the emotional overflow when facing his Papa, he did not want to look weak in front of his family. Let him be accused of the chaos that occurred, as long as his mother is not to blame even though it is Laurel who plays a big role. During this time his mother had suffered because of Papa, the Moon did not want his mother to get in trouble again. Enough Moon alone to bear, he would not involve anyone else.

He raised his head while sighing long hoping to reduce his claustrophobic chest. His face could feel there were drops of water touching his skin, apparently today the sky also cried as if also felt sad. The drizzle that soaked the earth turned into heavy rain, the Moon chose to run towards the stop in front of him to shelter. He was sitting in a long chair alone enjoying the cold air this afternoon that was so piercing his skin.

“Hiks...hiks..hiks.” The moon covered her face with both hands, the heavy rain dampened the sound of the moon soaring in tears. Months repeatedly patted his chest because it still feels pain, honestly he was not as patient as it was facing reality. The moon increasingly drowned her face on both of her hands to cover up the sadness she felt.

Unexpectedly the Moon felt her body warm up covered in something, the woman looked up due to the presence of someone beside her. His eyes were round when he saw a tall man standing tall and looking at him.

“Farez.” As soon as the Moon wiped her tears, she did not want Elfarez to see her in this kind of slump. Why is he here anyway? The moon touching the young man's black suit now wrapped his body. Why is Farez so considerate about wearing a suit?

Farez seemed to display his smile seeing the Moon misbehaving, maybe the woman was embarrassed because she was caught crying by him. When Farez wanted to see Zhafran at home, he saw the Moon coming out of the house in a state of emotion and from the look of his face it was clear that the woman was in a state of sadness.

Farez, who was still in his car, chose to follow the footsteps of the Moon from behind. He actually knew what was going on inside Zhafran's house. The middle-aged man will certainly discuss the cancellation of his engagement to the Stars and Zhafran will announce the marriage of his youngest daughter along with Alvaro. Farez was invited at Zhafran's house to discuss the matter because he felt guilty, Zhafran wanted to apologize and explain the reason behind the cancellation of their engagement.

Farez did not dispute his engagement to the Stars because he did not love the Stars at all. On the contrary the woman he likes is the Moon, although in fact the Moon has been married but there is no mistake if he admires the woman. In the midst of heavy rain, he could see the moon in the shade at the bus stop. Without waiting long Farez stopped his car in front of the stop, he got out of the car still always observing the Moon who was not even aware of his presence, then he opened his suit and attached it to the body of the Moon that seemed shivering.

“Wear my suit so you don't get cold.” His words were well-intentioned because he was anxious about the condition of the Moon. The woman was just silent and reluctant to answer, The moon is still busy wiping the remains of tears that are still imprinting. Her nose was even flushed like a tomato but it did not detract from the beauty of the woman.

“Can I sit next to you?” Farez asked for permission politely in reply to a soft nod by the Moon. The woman suspected that Farez had just returned from his office to see a formal suit still attached to his body.

"Don't be sad for the Moon, you don't deserve to cry for a bastard like him." Farez said to make the Moon fixated, he turned to look closely at the young man sitting next to him. Does Farez know about the problems he's having?

Farez looked to be breathing. "The star has cancelled our engagement. I already know the reason, apparently he has loved another man. I can't believe that the man the Star is fancied is your husband." Moon smiled wryly, it was not only her who felt a broken heart. Farez also felt the same way, surely the young man was also disappointed because Bintang prefers other men even though Elfarez is a very sincere young man.

The moon nodded in truth to Farez's words. He actually does not want to spread his household problems, but because Farez is the fiance of his sister he automatically knows with the ins and outs of the complexity of his family including the problems he faces today.

"You can definitely get a better girl than the Stars." The Moon said he tried to calm Alvaro's feelings, who might have been upset by the Star's rejection.

"W-what's your max?" Ask the stars not to understand.

"Seeing your unfaithful husband, will you still maintain your marriage Moon?" Farez asked the Moon to confuse the woman. But a few seconds later the Moon shook her head, lowering her head.

"Of course." He gently rubbed his lament. "My son still needs his father." Knowing that the Moon was pregnant there was a sense of disappointment in Elfarez's mind, if Alvaro did not love the Moon he should not leave his seeds on the Moon. She was pregnant in a state of household pressure that faltered because her husband cheated on her. Worse, the third person who destroyed his household was his own brother. Farez could not imagine how much pain the Moon was feeling right now.

"Do you still love your husband?" Tanya Farez was curious.

"Yes, I love her so much. But I hated him, too, until sometimes I was sick of seeing him." Reply Moon honestly because she was upset. There's no harm in him confiding a little to Farez because he does need a friend.

Farez stared at the Moon intensely, watching the woman's teary eyes. "By the month of parting with Alvaro, I will help you to take care of your baby when you are born."

"Thank you Farez for your kindness, you don't have to help me that far. If I part with Alvaro, I can still take care of my own son." Reply to the Moon while smiling knot.

"Marry me to the Moon, I promise I'll take responsibility for you and your baby." Hearing Farez's words instead made Moon laugh with his smile wide, Moon knew that Farez felt good to him but there was no need to joke like this.

Farez's oath spoke seriously, if Moon wanted her he would definitely marry her. Farez was attracted to the Moon from the moment they first met, seeing the Moon hurt by her husband making Farez a pity. He doesn't want the woman he admires and cares about to be treated badly by a jerk like Alvaro. Regardless of the Moon currently pregnant, Farez would be heartened to accept the child if Moon received his proposal.

"The moon I really loved--."

"Farez can you shut up." Moon said cutting off the words of the man beside him, for him Farez was currently just talking nonsense. The moon sighed as it stared at the falling water drenching the paved road in front of it. Farez pursed his lips, he felt like he was talking so much that the Moon was disturbed. The young man gasped as the head of the Moon was spread over his shoulder, as the woman closed her eyes, enjoying the cold wind and listening to the rustling sound of the rain slightly calmed her down. Farez's shoulder feels comfortable making the Moon feel at home, he wants to sleep for a while to relieve fatigue.

"Thank you Farez." Mumbles Moon.
