Golden Dragon Swordsman S2
People Wounded In The Forest

The mountain wind was blowing hard. Black clouds rolled about scattering the piercing chill into the bones. Lightning snatched making the night sky as bright as it was. Thunder Gelagar is mutually disdainful.

Not far from the top of the mountain, a flock of birds was seen flying towards the northwest.

“We should take shelter first, it looks like it will soon rain.” exclaimed a man dressed in blue who sat on the neck of a giant eagle. This person was none other than elder Lin Hai.

“Good elder!” sahut several people who each also rode a giant eagle.

Thus, the group of giant eagles that were riding on the members of the Lightning Valley Sect swooped down to the foot of the mountain, entering into the forest.

The atmosphere in the forest was very dark, especially when the moonlight was covered in cloudy clouds. In the dark the group of Lightning Valley members created lightning in each hand for lighting. Step by step they walk while spreading their views around, looking for a place that can be used as shelter.

The rain began to fall as the group was in front of the mouth of the cave.

“Check! Is there a occupant inside.” elder Lin Hai's orders.

Three men immediately flashed into the cave. Not long after from inside the cave sounded the roar of a tiger. A few flashes of light can be seen from the outside. There was a loud bang from inside the cave. It seems there is a fight going on in there.

Elder Liao Fan who was worried for the safety of the three members earlier immediately flashed into the cave. But just as he entered, three men were seen walking towards the mouth of the cave, two of whom seemed to be dragging a tiger as big as a buffalo.

“Hmm... So this tiger demon that was fighting with you guys?” elder Liao Fan asked as he observed the condition of the tiger. Apparently the tiger died with a charred body condition. The elder was able to confirm that the tiger was being charred by the lightning strikes of the three men.

“Iya elder. We have checked every corner of this cave. Only this tiger demon we found.” replied a large tall man named San Seng Zhu.

Elder Liao Fan nodded then said, “Now you are eating the tiger meat for our dinner.”

Large tall man, San Seng Zhu smiled widely as he rubbed his stomach which had been since morning thrashing in the contents.

With a jolt of legs, elder Liao Fan's body then slid out from the mouth of the cave. Just as he was perched on the ground, a question sounded from elder Lin Hai.

“How are things inside?”

“No problem means. Instead we get something to prop our stomachs tonight.” said elder Liao Fan who ended in a smile.

Elder Lin Hai's forehead shriveled, but he did not care. Most importantly, the inside was safe.

Then suddenly elder Liao Fan said, “Gather the branches and the dry woods around to make a bonfire! Some of you look for animals to feed our eagles!”

Without wasting any time, the group of thirty members of the Lightning Valley immediately brought their eagle-like demons into the cave. A moment later they came out again from the mouth of the cave and then immediately scattered looking for branches or hunted animals.

“Hopefully Xian'er did not act rashly.” hissed elder Lin Hai then went inside the cave.

Meanwhile, a girl flashed in the darkness of the forest. This girl ran quickly towards the steep cliffs that stretched in front of her. While running around and jumping, he continued to observe the surroundings just in case there were any animals he could catch.

Counted already three deer that he managed to catch in a dead state, then put it into the space ring. But the girl continued the search. After passing through a hill, the girl stopped her running. In front of him now stretches slippery and steep streets in addition to dark conditions. Inevitably he had to stop the hunt and return to the cave where the members of the Lightning Valley Sect gathered. Suddenly the sound of thunderclaps in the air preceded by flashes that struck made this girl rather surprised. Rain drops started to fall. And soon it rained down hard.

Finally Liu Wei twisted his body to return. This time he had to be more careful in his steps. Rainwater makes the soil surface and rocks slippery.

He continued to run among the bushes growing under the huge trees. Not only did Liu Wei have to be careful in stepping between the loose and slippery ground, but he also had to be careful facing all sorts of beasts or demons. And more so the snake. A beast that was extremely dangerous and could barely be seen how it attacked in the darkness.

Liu Wei suddenly saw something. He saw the bushes growing unnaturally. But then he concluded, that the bushes had just been breached by someone. Not only does one look at broken branches and trampled leaves.

Liu Wei carefully tried to pay attention to the bushes. He watched her for a long time, for the night was dark. Almost he looked at every leaf and twig. Flirted with his hands. Finally this girl concluded, that not an animal found traces, but there are humans who pass through this place.

“Is this my footprint?” hiss Liu Wei in heart. His gaze circulated around, but he remembered never passing through this place.

“Do not have robbers in this place.”

Thinking so, then this girl went back slowly. Several times he stopped observing every broken branch and the leaves were scattered. He looked at the marks step by step.

“They walked in haste,” thought Liu Wei, “So their footsteps became very clear. Hopefully I can find their nest.”

The longer Liu Wei went deeper into the forest. Even though the night is getting deeper and deeper into the center. In that case, this girl became increasingly familiar with the traces she had to follow.

“Should I go back and tell others about this? Tomorrow when the day becomes bright, I will definitely be able to find their nest.” Liu Wei became worried.

It was from the beginning that Liu Wei had already grasped his sword. In addition to hunting animals, the sword is also used to make scratch marks on the tree so that he does not get lost.

But Liu Wei was suddenly stunned.he heard a voice. He watched the voice carefully. That voice is not an animal. But that voice is someone's voice.

This girl is breathing. His sword was still within his grasp, and with the tip of the sword flat as high as his stomach, he walked very carefully.

With full vigilance he observed the situation. Try to catch every sound and see every move. But the situation in the forest was too quiet. And the voice was still, he heard.

Liu Wei then stopped. The longer, the clearer the sound, that voice was the voice of someone's moaning.

“Who?” hiss this girl in his heart.

But Liu Wei did not approach him immediately. He is not sure what happened. Is that the sound of someone getting hurt in a fight? If so then that person's opponent would still be around him in good shape. But what if for some other reason?

Suddenly Liu Wei infiltrated behind the leaves. The groaning was still heard. In addition to that voice there was no other sound alias quiet, so this girl became impatient. Although he did not lose his vigilance, he tried to approach him. Slowly, down the bushes that are quite thick. Liu Wei was still quite aware, that danger would probably pounce on him all of a sudden. Therefore, every movement is always accompanied by the highest alertness.

When Liu Wei had been within a few spears of that voice. Wherever stop. This girl tried to observe the circumstances around her, then suddenly she saw that person. The one who groans with pain.

In the dimness of the night, he saw the man's body lying on the ground, among the shrubs.

For a moment Liu Wei was still upright in place. He was still hesitant whether the person was really moaning because of some kind of suffering, or because of some other cause. Even in such circumstances, he was prejudiced that the person had actually suffered nothing at all, but had deliberately provoked him to come closer. It is dangerous when suddenly the person attacks him as long as he loses his alertness.

But that person's voice always touched his feelings. The groaning sounded so painful. He even tried several times to name a few. But Liu Wei did not quite clearly hear it.

He then tried to exert his technique to detect the presence of people around him. His technique may be realized by his opponent, but he does not care. If you have to fight then fight, there is no need to buy time let alone attack sneaky secretly.

But the man's body remained silent. Only her moaning voice sounded heartbreaking.

When the distance of that person stayed a few more steps away, Liu Wei stopped. He looked at the lying body carefully. In the dimness of the night, he vaguely saw the body of the person injured on the chest, hands and head. The wound is like a sharp incision.

“Holy Swordsman!” his hissing in heart.

In a state of doubt and tension this girl said, “Who are you, and why are you lying there?”

Hearing the girl's voice, The moaning man with a hoarse and restrained voice he said softly, “Who are you?”

“I asked who are you?!” asked Liu Wei suspiciously.

When he saw the man move. Then he jumped backwards, with his sword stretched straight forward. But the man did not get up and his groaning voice came back.

Liu Wei was still gripped by anxiety, as he had not had enough experience to deal with various unfamiliar circumstances. What was heard then was a faint hiss, “I almost died from my wounds. Can you give me medicine?”

At that moment the rain began to subside. And answer this girl, “Yes, I have a stock of drugs. But answer my question first! Who are you And why are you hurt?!”

“I am a traveler, and my situation is due to fighting with the Swordsman of the Bloody Devil.”

Liu Wei's chest rippled. Despite not being able to fully believe the person's words, he immediately took out a pill. And the pill he threw fell on the chest of the man who was lying down.

“Drink that pill, your wound will heal quickly.” finished saying so, Liu Wei immediately turned his body flashing out of the place.

Actually Liu Wei wanted to extract further information from the injured person, but because he felt that the person's information did not mean much to him, he rushed away. He was also actually worried in case the person was just pretending to be injured and was plotting to trap him.

“Aaahh..” The lying man sighed, his ears could hear the prowess of the girl who had just spoken to him. Actually he was curious about the girl's face, but because of the dimness of the night and her weak body, the view became blurry.

Then the man remembered that before the girl left, he had thrown something on her body. His weak and aching hand seemed lifted, with the shaking of the hand finally getting a round object smaller than the size of a marble above his chest.

“The girl's cup did give me medicine.” her hiss in heart.

But that man had doubts. In fact, he was prejudiced that what was given by the girl was not medicine but poison. A moment later he dismissed the assumption. ‘If the girl wants to kill me why doesn't she do it right now?’

Thinking so, his worries disappeared. So even without wasting any more time, immediately swallow the pill in his hand.

Not long ago suddenly the man was gawking in pain. The wounds all over his body felt like they were in the punctures of thousands of needles. Afterwards the wound felt as hot as a fire roast. Nevertheless the man knew that his severed veins were being reconnected.

For some time the man continued to roar. And the roar grew slower and slower until it stopped altogether.

A moment later the man slowly sat up. He deftly poke some parts from the side of his wound, regulate his breathing and try to divert his energy to the injured part of his body. He heard the man hissing, then jumped to his feet.

“Indeed a bit poignant,” said the man, his right hand moving palpating the part of his body where he was injured earlier. He was surprised to find that his wounds had healed and that there were no scars at all. “Excellent!... The girl was an alchemist. But how is it possible in this empire there are such great Alchemists.”

Out of curiosity, this person immediately flashed following where the footsteps of the girl had gone. But not past ten spears he just remembered the important news he had to convey to his superiors. He immediately stopped, then whirled rapidly infiltrate into the thickets and disappear in the dark of the night.

After passing through several hills finally this person became closer to his camp. A few more spears he threw away the last thicket and a few more steps, he had reached the filthy courtyard of a very simple camp.

A guard deftly jumped up, and his sword instantly lifted him to chest height while snapping, “Stop! Who are you?!”

Hearing the sound that broke the silence of the night, some people who were standing guard at some point immediately flashed towards the source of the sound.

In an instant in that place had stood dozens of guards who each raised their weapons.

The man replied, “I Tie Mole, special forces scout.”

An atmosphere of silence for a moment, the guards looked at the bush as if they were looking for something. Their sharp eyes seemed to be able to pierce through the darkness of that night, not seeing anyone other than the person who claimed to be named Tie Mole.

Then one of the guards said suspiciously. “Where are your friends?!”

All of a sudden the chest of the person named Tie Mole was crawled by disappointment and anger that was very much hearing the guard's question. “The story is long.. and I'll just tell Prince.”

The guards could understand Tie Mole's words, because after all as spies they were required to silence anyone.

“Then show your identification!” Orders of one of the guards.

Without speaking any more, Tie Mole quickly took out an identifier that was in the shape of a horn-carved triangular slab circled in a conical line. The identification was then thrown towards the guard.

For a while the soldier carefully observed the identification. After confirming that the identification was genuine, the guard then handed the identification back and allowed Tie Mole to pass.

With wide strides Tie Mole walked down the side of the campground. He wanted to get to the camp center immediately and relay the important information he brought to his leader. Once he turned and walked down the narrow path leading to Prince Tong Shun's camp, he hoped that the leaders of the army were in that place.

Now his steps became closer to the door of Prince Tong Shun's camp. Once again he met with a few guards. When the guards saw him immediately one of them greeted him, “Who?”

“I, Tie Mole.”

“O, where are your friends?”

“Do not ask too many questions! Is the prince inside?”

“Yes... In that camp. The prince and the higher-ups of the Poison Centipede Sect are having an important meeting.”

Tie Mole nodded. “I also brought something important.”

The guards said nothing more. They shifted the body a few steps to the side to make way for Tie Mole to enter.

While lowering his head Tie Mole walked on. When he got to the door, he was stunned for a moment. The light of the torch radiating through the door that was still open slightly fell on the damp dirty ground.

With hesitation he approached. The door was touched with his right hand. And suddenly he heard footsteps from inside the door. A moment later someone opened the door of the camp.
