Helper Pervishes
Chapter 7. The Year of the Full Lika.

Utari was still curled up behind the blanket while crying. It had been an hour since they had arrived in Utari's room, and she was still reluctant to speak with her two best friends.

Seeing the situation Utari, Rayhan and Jessie did not dare to ask about her pregnancy. They just sat moping beside Utari's bed.

Moments later, Jessie started talking.

“Tari... You will cry constantly like this? You don't want to talk to us? We are always by your side if you need,” Jessie said.

“Tar, it's four o'clock. You haven't eaten since lunch. Crying continues like that will only drain energy. Eat just a little, you also need energy,” added Rayhan.

Hearing the voices of his two best friends Utari again cried bitterly. Rayhan and Jessie are confused again, they don't know how to persuade Utari. Utari's roar made Jessie cry along with her.

“Hiks hiks.”

Rayhan became more and more confused, he clenched his hands and then hit the wall beside him standing.

“Who did that to you, I will beat him up,” Rayhan murmured.

Jessie was silent as she wiped her tears. And at that time also the cries of Utari subsided.

“Who did that to you?” ask Rayhan.

“Tar, if you keep quiet like this, how can we help you. We can find a way out together,” added Jessie while rubbing the back of Utari.

“You can't do anything, there's no way out for me.”

“Every problem there must be a way out,” said Rayhan.

“No, no way out!”

“You can give the child to someone else once he is born, no one will know if you have a child,” ideas that are considered brilliant from Jessie's brain even got a sharp gaze from Rayhan.

“You're crazy, you think that kid's an item that people can just give away?” sergeant Rayhan.

“I will give birth and raise this child alone. I'll be a mother and also a father to her.”

“Do not let your child be the child of your master?” ask Jessie from the beginning.

Rayhan yelled at Jessie's forehead because of that question. And a sharp glare by Jessie.

Utari thought for a moment, believing that his two best friends were best friends who would never let him down. Utari turned around and looked at Jessie and Rayhan alternately. “Yes. But. Let's just say his father is dead. You must promise never to unlock this secret to anyone.”

“We promise. If that's your best, we'll definitely support you.” Reyhan grabbed the plate and glass from the nightstand and gave it to Jessie who was sitting on the bed.

“Then Tar, you eat first. You have to take care of your health. You must be healthier in order to keep her,” Jessie continues to try to persuade Utari.

Hearing that remark, Utari got up from her bed. He looked at his two friends who were by his side. He wiped away the remaining tears on both cheeks.

“Thank you for always being by my side,” Utari said and hugged Jessie.

Rayhan stepped forward and held the two women together.

From that day on, Utari had to rearrange the future that he had neatly arranged in his mind. He had to continue his studies while working. Of course he needs some extra work. His living expenses would be more expensive. His savings money will not last until the next year if he is not more active in working.

Utari accepted another job that did not interfere with her college hours. A small photo studio down the road accepts free lance employees who can work from home. His job is only to edit photos, and it can be done Utari anywhere in his spare time.

In the first trimester of Utari's gestational age, she had to endure through her difficult time as a pregnant woman. Sometimes the feeling of mules and want to vomit hit during college hours. Also the smell of ammonia in hair care in the salon that always makes her dizzy when there are customers who are doing hair coloring. Everything has to go through hard.

In the second trimester of the womb, Utari must pass through life in an interior in the Pamekasan area. He underwent KKN for about two months there. He must adapt to the new environment and must be active in every activity outside the home.

Entering the third trimester, Utari's stomach began to appear enlarged. Bad rumors about her pregnancy began to hit every student on campus. She can no longer hide her pregnancy from anyone. He had to run the final exam of college with a very big stomach. Kemuidan must do graduation at 9 months of his gestational age.

In an auditorium of the University of MT behind the black toga Utari looks difficult, sweaty circles wet all his clothes. He walked through the hundreds of students who were gathered in the spacious hall. The graduation ceremony was over, he had to get some fresh air outside. Tired and uncomfortable feeling in his stomach, making him have to walk quickly through the crowd.

“Day,” blistering Jessie who arrived on time at the time.

“Jess, get me out of here. Very sultry, my stomach also feels a bit crampy. I want to find fresh air outside,” Utari said.

Jessie immediately pulled Utari's arm and took her out of the building.

“Where have you done it?” jessie asked as she thrust a piece of eucalyptus oil from her bag.

“My stomach. It hurts a bit Jess,” Utari said.

“Maybe you'll be a lahiran? I'm calling Rayhan now?” jessie asked with a panicked tone.

Utari. Because the longer the pain in his stomach the more felt.

Jessie immediately contacted Rayhan.

“Ray, where?”

“This is still looking for parking, where are you?”

“Buruan here, we are near the side door of the Hall. We have to take Tari to the hospital!” exclamation Jessie.

Utari's face was filled with sweat. He tried to endure the pain in his stomach. Some of the people around were huddled watching, some were sneering, some were feeling pity, and some were laughing mockingly.

That day was Utari's last day as a student at the college. He did not care about people's insults, which he hoped at that time was to go to the hospital immediately. Looks like the baby jabang can't wait to be born into the world.

A few minutes later, the sound of Rayhan's car horn rang not far from the side door of the Hall. Jessie leads Utari to the car. At that time they went straight to a maternity hospital where obstetricians subscribed to Utari practice.
