HIDDEN WIFE

HIDDEN WIFE
He's Not Who I Am

After checking and making sure Lula's condition had improved, the doctor finally allowed her to go home today. Inside the room, the woman was folding some clothes and stuffing them into a small suitcase. Before long the door of the room opened. Dirga's figure on the doorstep.

"Are you ready?"

Lula turned a glance, without answering her husband's question, she lowered the suitcase to the floor and pulled the handle.

"I'm the one holding it." Dirga pulled the handle of Lula's suitcase. "I'll take you home."

"No need, Mom." Lula recaptured the handle of her suitcase from Dirga's hands. "I can go home by myself. You take care of your legitimate wife. Anyway he'll be pissed if he finds out you're taking me home."

Dirga. He came to Lula to drive her home. "But I won't let you go home alone. At least if you don't want me to drop off, there's a driver in front. I'll ask him to drive you."

"No, I'll take a taxi online. Excuse me, Mas."

Lula pulls her suitcase out leaving Dirga. While Dirga who does not want his wife to go home alone, trying to catch up. However, Lula had already gotten into the elevator first.

Arriving downstairs, Lula sped up her pace until she accidentally bumped into someone.

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean it" said Lula. Help pick up the belongings of a man he just hit.

"It's okay-ap-" the man's words hang when he realizes who has hit him. He stared at Lula's face intensely.

"Lula's? You're Lula, right?" tanyakanya.

Lula looked back at the man. He showed the same reaction of surprise.

"You ... Hito's?"

"Yes. Do you remember me?" A wide smile rose on the handsome man's face. It was as if it was so happy that Lula still remembered her.

Yes, he is Hito Alexander, a man of Dirga's age who used to be Lula's old neighbor while living in an old house, before Lula's mother died. But since moving in, Lula never met his neighbor again.

Lula stood up, followed by Hito. The woman glanced at Hito's cell phone which had fallen to the floor after colliding with him.

"Ec ... Hito, sorry to have you cracked." he hesitated as he returned the phone to the man. "I accidentally hit you. I'll pay for the repair.

Hito chuckled. "You're still the same as you used to be. Panicked."

Lula remained silent.

"It's okay, Lula," he said with a friendly smile. "I'm glad to see you after all this time. What are you doing in the hospital?"

"I'm just coming home. I've been treated this week."

Hito's forehead wrinkled, staring around. He did not see anyone accompanying Lula.

"What pain did you get treated for? And who accompanied you for these few days?"

"I'm alone."

"Oh, yes ... Where do you live? Can I take you home?"

Lula shook her head slowly. "No need, Hito. I'll be home by taxi online. I don't want to interrupt your time anyway."

"It's okay, I'm just here to see my sick friend." He pulled the handle of Lula's suitcase. "Come, I'll take you."

"But Hito, I-I"

"Lula wait!" Lula had not yet finished his sentence, there was a call from the elevator that had just opened.

Dirga immediately approached Lula. His brows furrowed as he looked at a man who was chatting with his wife.

"Hito?" dirga was surprised.

Hito stared questioningly at Dirga and Lula. What's more, the flat reaction that Lula showed after Dirga's arrival.

"Come, Lula. I'll take you home" said Dirga.

Hito was increasingly made to wonder. What else with the attitude of Dirga who immediately snatched Lula's suitcase from his hands. As if he is not happy if he is close to the woman.

"Lula, who are you?" ask Hito curious.

Dirga stared intently at Hito who was his rival in the business world. He looked at Lula afterwards.

"You didn't explain to him who I am?" dirga asked as if demanding it with an answer.

Lula then looked at Hito who was standing next to her. He could see the tension between Hito and Dirga.

"You know him?" ask Lula to Hito.

"Lumayan. We have worked together on toll road construction projects. Oh, yeah .. You haven't answered. She whoareyou?"

Lula was silent for a moment, then without looking at Dirga he replied, "Nobody am I."

Dirga looked very surprised and angry to hear Lula's answer that did not recognize Dirga's status as her husband.

"What the fuck are you, Lula? How can you say I'm nobody to you?" annoyed Dirga stabbed Lula with a look. He held onto Lula's wrist tightly.

Lula looked at Dirga. Just like always, flat without expression.

"Don't embarrass yourself, Mom. You asked for our status to be kept secret from everyone. Today ... If I say you're not who I am, why should you mind? Isn't that what you asked of me?"

Dirga fell silent. The stern answer Lula gave him seemed to give him a loud slap.
