HIDDEN WIFE

HIDDEN WIFE
Again I Did Not Expect It

Alika rubbed her face that suddenly turned pale, she then looked down and no longer dared to look at her in-laws. As if her body was split into two pieces, Mama Diana's gaze was so sharp.

Mama Diana stepped up and stopped right in front of him. Staring at his antique pot that broke after being kicked by Alika.

“Sorry, Mom. I accidentally broke an antique flower pot Mama.”

Not heeding her daughter-in-law's apology, Mama Diana's gaze was still so intimidating. Making Alika die lice made.

“Today is just a flower pot that you broke. Maybe tomorrow you will break the integrity of the Mahendra family as well,” he said in a satirical tone. “But mom won't let that happen.”

Alika ventured to look at the in-law, challenging the hostile gaze. “What does Mama mean? Mama wants to accuse me of planning to screw up the family, is that it?”

“It is your intention to marry Dirga from the beginning?”

Alika threw her gaze in the other direction. The pent-up anger was clearly visible in his eyes that were suddenly flooded by the clear liquid. “Mama why the hell, I know Mama has never liked me since the beginning of marriage with Dirga and tonight Mama deliberately insinuated me because it has not been able to give a successor to the Mahendra family. What exactly does Mama want?”

“Only one that mom wants from you ..” Mama Diana paused her words with a breath. “Release Dirga!”

Alika could not believe her mother-in-law's words. His hands clenched until he trembled. “What? Mama asked me to leave my husband?”

Mama Diana nodded. “Because you don't sincerely love Dirga. You tied him up with a promise he couldn't break. You made Dirga pay for a mistake he never made. besides that—”

“Mama, stop! Please don't go on.” Dirga suddenly appeared and made the debate stop. Alika looked at Dirga who was approaching her.

“I want to go home, Dirga! You saw for yourself a mother who could never accept me in your family. Mama could even ask me to leave you.” Alika looked at Mama Diana with tears. “While you all know, I am only a victim of your depraved brother!”

Alika wiped her tears, then left Dirga and Mama Diana. Go to the car and get in first waiting for Dirga. Dirga looked at Mama Diana.

“Mah ... I beg you not to press Alika like that.  I know Alika made a lot of mistakes, but she was the victim of the depraved act of Kak Azka.”

“And you're willing to pay for it for a lifetime until you close your eyes and ears, right? While Alika uses the sin of Azka to suppress you!”

“Mah ... Let's just say it's compensation for Alika. He's been destroyed because of the actions of Brother Azka.”

Mama Diana rubbed the end of her watery eyes, not wanting to argue any further with her son. “Already, Dirga ... You better take your wife. Free also mom talk.”

Dirga nodded slowly, despite the guilt implied on her face. “I'm sorry, Mah.”

All the way home, Alika continued to cry sobbing. Dirga occasionally looked at him and tried to calm down, but Alika grew sobbing.

“Already, Al. Don't cry anymore.”

“How do I not cry, you see for yourself how mama treats me.”

“You and mom just don't know each other any closer. I'm sure mama didn't mean as you thought.”

"You're defending mama?" alika was upset.

"No, Al. I'm not defending anyone. I just don't want to misunderstand between you and mama prolonged."

Alika grabbed a piece of tissue and wiped her tears. "I'm just afraid you're gonna leave me. You heard what Mom said to you, right? He wants me to leave you. If you knew about Lula, she would ask you to divorce me and choose Lula. What's more now Lula is pregnant."

Dirga fell silent and focused on the road ahead.

"You're not leaving me for Lula, are you?" alika said expectantly. "Azka destroyed me and you promised to make amends for Azka."

Alika.

Passing a fairly solid road, Dirga noticed the surrounding situation. Drive the car slowly. Suddenly the figure standing on the side of the road made him fixated.

“Lula?” muttered Dirga making Alika look over. The woman followed the direction her husband was looking at. Sure enough, on the side of the road looks Lula is standing in front of a supermarket with a paper bag in her hand. It looks like he just went shopping for kitchen necessities.

Dirga pulled over the car, silent for a moment staring at Lula through the rearview mirror. Realizing that, Alika also looked very upset.

“Al ... It's okay, if Lula one car with us.”

Alika looked reluctant, visible from the look on her face. “He can take a taxi, Dirga.”

“It's late and it's not good if he comes home alone. C'mon Al ... Don't be so hard-hearted.”

“Alright, you promised to divorce him after his son was born, right?”

Dirga did not reply. He opened the car door and got down.

Lula was just about to order a taxi online via mobile phone when Dirga suddenly appeared in front of her. She was quite surprised to see her husband there, so for a while they kept quiet and looked at each other. Lula then lowered her gaze, feeling that Dirga's gaze this time was different from usual. His hand that was grasping the mobile phone slowly moved down.

“You finished shopping huh?” dirga asked after seeing the contents of the paper bag that was on Lula's side.

Lula nodded slowly, still with a gaze fixed on the road and that cold response was able to make Dirga feel goosebumps. Lula never showed excessive attitude in front of him, nor impressed to hope to be loved. Cold and indifferent as always.

“After this you want to go where else?”

“Rome.” A short answer that makes Dirga's body feel bristled.

“I'll take you home. It's not good if you go home alone on a night like this.”

Lula took her eyes off the street and now looked at Dirga. “You understand that going home alone is dangerous for me. All this time I was living alone without anyone. So what should I be afraid of?”

“Lula, please!” said Dirga. “Let me drive home.” He grabbed the paper bag by Lula's side and walked towards the car parked on the side of the road.

While Lula followed behind him, looking at Dirga who was opening the rear car door.

“Come on.”

Lula's gaze focused on the figure of the woman sitting in front. Although he did not see his face, he could believe that the woman was his honey. Lula got into the car and put the bag on her side.

The car slowly drove through heavy traffic. Lula must be the audience of Alika's spoiled behavior that continues to seduce the heat to Dirga, as if deliberately showing that he is the owner of the body.

"Lula, sorry ... Because Dirga spends his time just for me, but you're also his wife."

Lula casts a glance at the right side as Alika is about to kiss Dirga's left cheek, though Dirga appears to be avoiding the kiss.

"It's okay. Anyway I didn't expect it," Lula replied coldly.

Dirga immediately glanced at Lula through the reflection of the rearview mirror hanging from the ceiling of the car. The frontal speech felt chest tightening.
