HIDDEN WIFE

HIDDEN WIFE
When Can You Pick a Grandchild?

“Dirga!” Mama Diana shook her son's arm slowly, after a few minutes of silence staring at the closed door of the house. Dirga regained consciousness from her brief daydream, looked at Mama Dian and smiled.

“Eh, Mom ... Why earlier?”

The woman seemed to shake her head, inexhaustible with the behavior of her son. “What is it you are doing, son? From daydreaming.” He looked at the minimalist house. “Actually where are we going?”

“Ma-sorry, Mah. I also don't know why I got here.”

Dirga started the car engine to leave immediately. However, it stopped immediately when his eyes caught the figure of Hito coming out of a car not far from its location. Dirga and quiet and observing.

That's Hito. Where the hell is he going? dirga asked.

The glare of his eyes lit up emitting flames of anger as he realized Hito was moving towards Lula's house. The man pressed the bell and waited for a while. Dirga's anger peaked when she saw a bouquet of red roses in Hito's hand hidden behind her back.

Ill-mannered. So he's going to get close to Lula? She knew Lula was my wife.

Jemari Dirga gripped the car steering force until the veins in his hands look prominent, his eyebrows are interlocked with sharp bulging eyes. Mama Diana who sat by her side looked astonished, but did not pay much attention to her son and chose to focus with a mobile phone in his hand. He was texting relatives in the family's WhatsApp group.

The door opened, making Dirga stare intensely at the woman who had appeared from behind the door. Unfortunately, he could not hear the chatter of the two people because of the distance. So that Dirga can only guess.

“Hito?” Lula looked astonished as she opened the door and found Hito there.

“Hai Lula's. How are you?” greet Hito with a friendly smile. He thrust a bouquet of red roses in his hand, making Dirga feel hot as if burning fire and venting by hitting the steering wheel with annoyance.

“Job!” maki Dirga so Mama Diana looked at him.

“Why you? Who's the jerk?”

“Ti-dak nothing, Mah. This Jeff does not reply to messages,” he said as he pointed at the phone on his lap.

Dirga looked back at Lula who was still standing in the doorway. Lula just stared silently at the flowers given by Hito, but did not accept, nor let Hito into the house.

“What is this? Why do you give me flowers?” tanya Lula looked at the flower in Hito's hand.

“I think you must love flowers, so I brought them for you.”

“But you know where my house is?” Lula was astonished, as he felt he had never told Hito where his address was.

“That time you wouldn't let me drive you home, but I was very curious to know where you live. So I quietly followed.” Hito looked at Lula fixedly. “So I can't come in? You also do not accept my gift.” flowers

Lula lowered her head as if unwillingly looking at the man before her. “Sorry, Hito. I think it was clear at that time, I couldn't accept the male guests in my house. My husband is not home anymore. And sorry, I can't accept your flowers either.”

Disappointment was seen on Hito's face because of the rejection, but tried to cover it with a smile.

“Sorry, if I'm sassy.” His hands slowly moved down. “But instead of that time Dirga's first wife said—”

Not done yet Hito said something, Lula already cut it off. “About anything my husband's first wife says, it's our business. Please don't cross your line. I'm married and it's not appropriate for you to meet someone's wife. So please go home.” Without looking at Hito, Lula closed the door.

Hito seemed quite disappointed by the rejection. He had not even moved and was still standing in front of the door with a flower in his hand. Seeing that, Dirga cheered inwardly. Although unable to hear the conversation between Lula and Hito, but he had guessed if Hito had just received a rejection from Lula.

“Dirga ... What are we doing here anyway? This dizzy mama head.” Mama Diana massaged her temples that felt throbbing. Twelve hours on the plane made him quite tired.

“Sgratiramin you!” dirga said with a smile full of pride.

“What did you say?” mama Diana's strangulation made Dirga jump. With reflexes, he silenced his lips with a finger.

“Bu-not Mama. I'm .. I'm just thinking about something."

Not Alika, Mama. But Lula!

“Sorry, mah. I can't concentrate. Many problems in the office.” She smiled and looked at Mama Diana.

“Ya is home soon, mom wants a break.”

“Iya, Mah.” He glanced at Hito who had moved away from Lula's house and got into his car. Dirga smiled happily, then drove away from Lula's house.

While Mama Diana who was quite surprised to see the strange gelagat her son just clucked in wonder, while occasionally staring at the house not far from where Dirga stopped earlier.

Upon arrival at Mama Diana's house, Dirga helped to unload the suitcases. A man was also seen welcoming and carrying a suitcase into the house.

Mama Diana grabbed a small suitcase in the back passenger seat, then dragged her into the house.

Dirga took out his cell phone from his jacket pocket and contacted someone.

“Halo Jeff's. May I ask for help?” dirga said shortly after the call was connected.

“Iya, Sir. What can I help you with?”

“Please contact the foundation, have them send a housekeeper to Lula's house. One more thing, send someone to keep an eye on Lula. I want to report where he is and who has met him.”

“Good, Sir.”

The connection was cut off, Dirga smiled happily. Elsewhere, Jeff seemed astonished after receiving a call from the boss.

"It's strange, Miss Lula who is not kind of supervised, while Ms. Alika whose behavior is not right is released freely."

Tonight, Diana is having dinner at home with close relatives. Dirga and Alika have also arrived, although Dirga had to be forced several times, because Alika was reluctant to meet with her mother-in-law. Even at the dinner table, Alika was more silent as if avoiding talking to Mama Diana.

Alika's face bent occasionally glanced at Mama Diana who was holding a baby boy from one of her relatives. He glanced at Dirga who was not far from him, was chatting jokingly with other relatives.

“It's funny your son, Giany. How many months is he?” mama Diana asked pinched the baby's cheek.

“Four months, Aunt,” replied the woman kindly.

“Uh, funny. Allan must be very happy, yes. Now have two cute kids.” Mama Diana glanced at Dirga. “Dirga, when can mom hold a grandchild? Look, Aby is funny,” said Mama Diana expect— made Dirga choked on food.

Alika's hand was clenched under the table. Since then he felt his mother-in-law was flying the war flag. He even deliberately asked for grandchildren from Dirga in front of the whole family.

“Sorry, I'm ahead a minute.” Unable to bear with her in-laws attitude, Alika walked out leaving everyone behind. Grunting furiously, kicking Mama Diana's antique pot to shatter.

The woman tried to catch her hunting breath. Pulling hair and throwing his hands into the air as an impingement of vexation.

“Arrghh! You old woman. He thinks I'm happy to be invited here. He used allusions about the child of all. See what I'll do to him!”

“Indeed what do you want to do to Mama, Alika?”

Alika's eyelids widened to hear Mama Diana's voice suddenly appear from behind.

“Ma-Mama?”
