59. The New Atmosphere

It was a long night for Eric and Anna. The feeling of fatigue after a long trip is not felt anymore because both of them really enjoy such a beautiful first night.

This morning Eric woke up earlier than usual and excitedly headed to the kitchen. There his wife has struggled with work as a mother, preparing breakfast for her husband and children.

Anna was shocked when she opened the refrigerator and saw that it was full. But she thought that maybe her mother-in-law had purposely prepared all of that and maybe this was still part of their welcome to her as a special guest.

"Good morning, honey!" greet Eric with a smile. He was like a man dreaming that his wife had returned.

"Good morning, too, Mom!" anna blushed in shame.

Eric felt a new mood. During this time he was busy preparing breakfast for his son even if he did not have time then the mother of Lastri who came to deliver fast food but now still early in the morning blind, and, the breakfast meal was served at the table in full. The aroma was appetizing and without waiting for a longer time, Eric sat down and savored the food voraciously.

"Ma, today Felyn wants to bring supplies to school!"

"Come on, son, Mama's gonna make some good stuff, for a second,"

After breakfast, Anna seemed busy again making fried rice for her children. Sometimes she glanced at her husband who was still relaxing.

"Not going to the office?"

"In the meantime, take Felyn to school because Mas wants to take you all to work together,"

Anna was confused by the words that were at once a solicitation for her. What am I doing at the office?

"Come Pa, Flynn's late!" felyn exclaimed after storing provisions into her school bag.

"We go first, don't forget to get ready soon because Mas will come back to pick you up!" eric said when he left to take Felyn to school.

Anna obeyed her husband's orders. He rushed to take a shower and dressed neatly and then polished his face with thin makeup. Simple but looks beautiful and charming. After that he sat on the terrace waiting for Eric who would pick him up.

Not a minute later, her husband's cell phone rang. He went back into the house and looked for the object, the source of the sound.

The phone was apparently near the TV. Anna took it and checked. There's a new number calling. She put her husband's cell phone back in place with the thought that it would be rude to answer someone's phone without the owner's permission. The phone rings with the same number again, finally he answered with consideration who knew the caller wanted to convey important information or maybe not from the office because today Eric was late to enter.

"Hello, who is this with? Can I help you?" greet Anna kindly.

"I'm sorry before, is this really Eric's phone number?" the voice of a woman from across the street.

Anna frowned because she seemed to recognize the voice of the caller.

"Yes, right, his phone missed at home. If you can tell, who is this?"

The woman did not immediately answer because she was surprised why there were women who lived with Eric.

"Eh, uh, I'm a friend of Eric's, sir,"

Anna twisted her brain and tried to remember who the woman was talking to her on her cell phone.

"Call from whom?" asked Eric who had gone home to take Felyn from school.

"Now, someone's looking for you!" sahut Anna's. She handed the phone to her husband.

Eric was also curious to see the new number on his phone screen.

"Yes, hello, who's this with and what's needed?"

"I'm Susi,"

Susi used to record Eric's cell phone number and keep it in a hidden and safe place from the sight of Johan, his lover who has a jealous nature.

"Duhh, kirain who, where are you now?"

"In the village. Who picked up the phone who was it? new wife?"

Eric chuckles at Susi's question.

"Ask the person in question!"

Eric gave Anna his phone. Susi and Anna use the opportunity to tell a long story until Eric's phone runs out of battery. Last night he forgot to charge because he was too busy spending a long night with his wife.

Susi has not been able to convey the main problems that are being faced when the call is interrupted.

"Sad as well, well, the journey of life experienced by Susi," said Anna commenting on the story just delivered by her best friend.

"Well, that's how it is, each person has a different life struggle" said Eric.

Anna confirmed her husband's words. For a moment he pondered his fate that was no less painful than what was experienced by Susi.

"Yeah, we're leaving now!" bring Eric who is ready. A black levis jacket attached to her body combined with shorts that had many pockets made Anna even more astonished.

"Aren't we going to the office?"

"Come on, you'll know where the office is!"

Eric grabs his wife's hand and walks towards the parking lot.

"Where are you going?" ask Lastri's mother who suddenly appeared from the side of the house.

"It's customary, to be happy with your wife first" Eric replied with a smile.

"Suitable, newlyweds do take a lot of time to always be alone" said Lastri's mother while chuckling.

Anna just smiled hearing the conversation between her husband and Lastri's mother.

"Okay, we go first, ma'am. If there is a need to enter the house, I put the key in a normal place!"

"Oh, yes, it just so happens that in the afternoon we will move the contents of the refrigerator later to the restaurant because last night your father had ordered another refrigerator and according to the seller that this afternoon will be delivered,"

"Please, Mom!"

Eric immediately drove his motorcycle to the location, where his business. He has built another building on empty land right next to the building where employees work. The new building is used as a place to hold ready-made goods and ready for sale.

"Why are we going to this place, Mom?" asked Anna in surprise.

"Wash your eyes, or who knows if there are things that captivate the heart, we can buy" said Eric with a distinctive smile.

"Good morning, sir!" greet one of the employees with respect.

"Good morning too!" eric answered kindly.

Shortly afterwards Jasmin walked out of the building to welcome them. He was very happy to see his Master coming with his wife.

"Welcome, Mom!" jasmin said as he extended his hand to shake Anna. Anna welcomes him to Jasmin's hand with a smile.

"Congratulations, Den!" said Mr. Jasmin with a slightly soft tone.

Eric laughed happily.
