Hogo No Yujin (Protective Friend)
Episode 55– Oni in School

"Thanks!" Dylan shouted and helped Takana who was in trouble due to the sudden attack from Bell. He picked up 1 book, then hit Bell on the head and released it from Takana.

Once successful, Bell goes after others. Dylan and Takana were surprised to see the girl's appearance change drastically. So it is more similar to the creatures that are in front of the class. But now four similar creatures have appeared in the class.

All the panicked students had to leave the classroom in a hurry. They were all so scared, they didn't even care about the circumstances. Want to run anywhere also do not know, as long as he can survive the creatures.

All the students who turned into Oni also left the class to pursue the others. Except Bell is seen on the road crashing into the back door of the closed classroom. Either he could not open the door, or he was lazy to open it.

"It turns out there's a creature more stupid than Takana." Dylan muttered in his heart. He also stood back up. And Takana too. They will both be alert and go out of class as well to find a safe place.

"Dylan-san's chat. Thanks." Thanks." Takana said with a sweet smile. Dylan just nodded, then Takana invited him to run away from the classroom and the school because he felt the great power that had ruled the school.

But before leaving, Dylan still saw Irvan who was working on his exam. All the chairs and tables were messy, except for where he was. With his leisure, the man still had time to count to get his answer.

Dylan who was annoyed and still cared about him began to rebuke. It starts by crashing Irvan's desk and snapping at him. "Oi! No place, what?!"

"What?" The man retorted briefly after staring at Dylan with his trademark blank look.

Dylan growled, then asked, "What are you doing?! Get out of here!"

"Ngerjain. I'm not done yet."

"Watch your place, woy! Now that is, don't do this again!" As Dylan wanted to snatch Irvan's paper, Irvan suddenly lowered her head until her forehead touched the table. Then a chair flew towards Dylan.

Quickly, Takana caught the chair with one hand, then threw it into the corner of the room. The Takana and Irvan refleks were so quick that they realized the presence of the chair. Irvan looked down to avoid it earlier.

"Dylan-san! You okay?" takana asked as she looked around Dylan's body. But the man was silent. He was looking for the culprit who threw the chair. His eyes glanced back at the Bell-like creature standing before the door. But now it had been facing towards him from the same position.

It must be Bell who attacked with a chair. After Dylan's eyes met with a blank look from Bell, the creature gaped and from its mouth took out three writhing black tentacles. Then after a small roar, the creature ran up to Irvan and intended to grab his head.

"Hogball." Quickly, Irvan immediately took out her water protector which was shaped like a bubble that locked her entire body. After the creature touched the bubble, Irvan let out a small explosion that sent the creature flung back.

Then after that, Irvan began to move from his chair. Then the bubble again let out a small explosion and released water droplets. Irvan's hands began to look up, then from the grains of water that came out of the bubble into one in front of Irvan's palm.

Medium-sized water balls are formed. Irvan then launched the water ball towards Bell. Again the creature was pushed until his body hit the wall because of the attack. His whole body was soaked and something came out of Bell's mouth.

Dylan and Takana were surprised to see him. A small black creature like a fat squid came out from within Bell's mouth. As soon as it came out, Irvan stomped one foot on the spot. Then a blue glowing hole came out beneath the creature. Then from within, came a torrential and powerful water shower. Its powerful rank was until it could pierce through the classroom ceiling and crush the creature's body into ashes.

After a few seconds the power disappeared, Irvan ran over to Bell who was unconscious. It seems the girl has returned to her normal state. He was possessed by a black creature. So did all the students who were acting strangely. Maybe the creature emerged from the explosion of mochi earlier and immediately took place in the human body to be used as his new body that he can control easily.

"Bell-chan!" Feeling safe, Takana ran over to her friend. Irvan said Bell was fine. The man would carry her until she regained consciousness.

"What the fuck was that?" dylan muttered while paying attention to the state of his class that was extremely chaotic. "Our school has a squid virus outbreak, has it?"

"When Bell attacked me earlier, I felt that it wanted to take away all my energy." Takana touches his neck, which Bell bites. It hurt there at first. But now it's not.

"But .. the other kids are already on the hit. Then ... will this one school attack each other? Is it able to spread to other humans who are still normal?" dylan asked Takana. He must know something about this. But in fact, Takana doesn't know anything.

"The explosion was similar to the one before" Irvan said. He carried Bell on his back, then walked towards the window. He wants to check something. Takana and the curious Dylan followed him. From that window, they could see the state of one school was completely chaotic.

Like being attacked by a flock of zombies, but this time different species. Everyone ran away avoiding the chasing monsters. Then there were many people from the park that were close to the school gate. Dylan was surprised to see everyone panicking there. They wanted to get out of the school, but something had stopped them so they got stuck.

Like there was a wall 5 meters from the school exit gate. But not visible. The transparent wall had prevented all of those people from being able to get out. For the most part, those who were there were normal school citizens. The screams are everywhere.

Then before long, three smoky explosions appeared there. Just like the previous explosion. Dylan and Takana were surprised to see him. Except for Irvan who was still staring at the usual crowd there. But he also felt the horror that would appear as soon as the smoke disappeared.

His guess and anxiety turned out to be true. As soon as the smoke disappeared, everyone who was hit by the explosion immediately turned into Oni who attacked each other until finally, normal humans there had all turned into Oni.

"There's a barrier that has covered the entire school." Irvan realized one thing. To be sure, he wanted to inspect it directly outside the building. "Let's go."

Takana and Dylan nodded in understanding. "Let's jump from here!" takana.

Dylan nodded to agree. But suddenly he immediately snapped at Takana. "No! You insane? We're on the third floor, woy! How could we land safely?"

"Your legs are different from mine!"

"Then we go up the stairs." Irvan turned around and immediately ran towards the exit of the classroom. Dylan and Takana followed him. It is safer to go on the regular road. But the thing is, there are some Oni up ahead as well.

Before leaving class, the three of them checked things out first. Takana suggested to attack them without using any more force so as not to result in fatal injuries. But if according to Irvan, the creatures are weak against water. Just like he did when he healed Bell.

"Okay, how's our plan?" ask Takana.

"We're gonna break through them." Irvan lowered Bell's body, then gave it to Dylan. "Please take care of him for a moment. Bring him in, can't you?"

"Hmm .. okay." Dylan nodded, then stood up again, holding Bell. Takana and Irvan will figure out how to get out.

But just as Dylan wanted to join in listening as well, his eyes accidentally saw a red-colored light emerging from the shattered window close to his seat. Before long, the light grew bigger and began to take shape.

Dylan patted Takana on the shoulder to tell him about the light. But suddenly a strong wind blew into the classroom, then a huge physical attack aimed at the three of them. Takana and Irvan will take out their protectors, but not completely.

Finally, due to the attack, the front door to two windows and walls were destroyed. Takana and Irvan's bodies bounced out of the classroom. Dylan and Bell, too.

"Oh .. I fell out of bed again, didn't I?" Bell finally woke up after his body hit Dylan. He got up and looked around. Everything was a mess, including his friends lying on the floor.

"Haha .. is easy." Someone appeared from the window. In his hand he held the body of a long snake and could move like a real snake. It's real, anyway. It turned out that the snake was what he used as a weapon in the form of a whip with earth elements. "If this is the case, I will be able to complete my task."

"G ..." Takana got up again while touching his head. He glanced sharply at the one demon-shaped creature that was in the classroom. "Who else are you?!"

"Oh? Therehewas. You must be Takana, right?" The devil pointed.

"You know my name? But I don't know who you are! Get to know first, then!"

"I'm Lucid. The one that our master loves the most! And there's my sister–"

"So you're two?" Takana.

"I–"

"No matter how much. You guys are shitty creatures!" Takana's body was filled with a blue light that blazed like fire. Then with one hand, he began to gather strength. Then when the time came, Takana ran over to the Oni and started attacking him with fireballs. Two fireballs were given, then the last one he gathered energy and took out one medium sized fireball formed. With both hands, Takana pushed the fireball towards his opponent along with his body as well. There was an explosion after the attack.

Irvan immediately stood up to help Takana and looked for the man whose figure had disappeared after the explosion. But soon, Takana's body reappears from the smoke. It turned out that he jumped backwards until he stood beside Irvan.

Takana wiped away the sweat that was flowing down his chin. Then with a gasping breath, he muttered, "Well, I haven't let out much power in a long time. Did my attack work?"

"Takana! You okay?" ask Bell who's worried. Takana just nodded. Then he remembered Dylan's situation and immediately turned around. It turned out that Dylan was propping up his body on the table while holding his waist.

"It hurts so much." Dylan complained and grumbled. Takana breathed a sigh of relief because Dylan was doing well. But when they thought everything was safe, they were suddenly startled by the sound of a terrible laugh.

Dylan stood up again despite the growing pains. Takana and Irvan started to expend their energies to be on guard. Bell hid behind Irvan out of fear.

"Khu khu khu khu .. is that all you're capable of? I'm not even scratched at all, loh~"

Everyone was surprised to see the different appearance of the Oni. Takana's previous attack managed to catch him easily. And now, his entire arm was seen to be coated by a skin made of strong stone. His weapon had also been upgraded quickly and now the snake had turned into a long iron whip with an ax-like tip.

"Khu khu .. now here sweet kids~ Play same sister~"
