Eric sat in front of the doctor who treated Heera with a very anxious feeling.
"What about Heera, Doc? Why is he a nosebleed? I even saw him groaning in pain" Eric told the doctor what he had seen.
The doctor seemed to breathe. "You're ready, Mother Heera, huh? I was the doctor who handled Heera's mother all this time" the doctor asked.
"S-I am her ex-husband Heera, Doctor. Tell me what happened to my ex-wife! Why is he like that?" asked Eric impatiently.
The doctor looked at Eric seriously. "Mother Heera has long suffered from leukemia, several months his condition has been seen to improve. "Hospital costs just divert to me, Doc. If necessary I will take Heera abroad," said Eric firmly.
"That's not my domain, sir. You better talk to Miss Rania and her family because I can't make a decision about who will pay for Heera's mother's medical expenses" the doctor said firmly.
"Okay, thank you! Then excuse me, Doc!"

Finally Eric came out of the doctor's room feeling empty. He must immediately return to Heera's room to look after his ex-wife even phone his wife he just ignored.
"God Heera... Where you going? Let's take a break" Eric said frantically as Heera removed the infusion tube in her hand and walked out of the room.
"I can't stay here for long. Ferdians and Rania need me" Heera said slowly.
"But your condition is still weak, Heera. Just take a break for a while, yeah," said Eric gently.
Heera shook her head. "I don't want to worry my two kids. You don't hold me back" Heera said firmly.
"Heeera..."
"Eric, stop! We don't have any relationship anymore. Don't be pretentious to worry about me" Heera said firmly.
Eric took a slow breath. "Alright I won't hold you back anymore. But let me come with you, I'm worried about you and the Ferdians" Eric said.
Heera closed her eyes slowly. Arguing with Eric will make her stay here longer and for sure Rania will worry about her.
"But let me also meet with Ferry. I miss Ferry. All this time I held back longing, even I hoped Ferry would come home to me. I know if Ferry's life would be assured if it lived with you and Gista, I tried sincerely but until now when I remember it all my heart still hurts. I always look forward to meeting with Ferry and being able to get together with Ferry. Me, Ferdians and Ferry will be together again" Heera said softly.
"Well, you can very well meet Ferry. But after your condition improves, yes, we will be together to meet him," Eric said with a grievous smile.
Heera looked at Eric not believing even his eyes until they were glazed over happily because soon he would meet his first child.
"Yes God... I can't take that smile off again. I'm sorry, Heera. If we can still be together, then I will do anything so that we can be together again to erase all my guilt to you" Eric murmured inwardly.
"Heera, but you allowed me to tell the Ferdians the truth if I was his real father, right?" ask Eric carefully.
Heera's smile just vanished. The fear of Eric taking his son makes Heera worried but everything is revealed. Only the Ferdians don't know if Eric is his real father. So, why would he keep all this a secret again?
"Let me just say it with the Ferdians" replied Heera who made Eric smile.
"Thank you, Heera. Then let's go to the Ferdians' room" Eric said with a smile.
Heera nodded, preferring the way first to leave Eric behind. His feelings are still very happy because soon he will meet with Ferry. Heera did not know if the happiness she felt would be replaced with a sense of great sadness when she learned the fact that her first child had died. And when that comes, Heera's heart will again feel the pain that was extraordinary as before after Eric took Ferry in his life. Heera did not know, if repeatedly Eric muttered the apology that was conveyed to him.

Ferdians and Rania looked towards the open door, both smiling as they saw Heera coming with food for Rania, because before Heera returned to the room Ferdians Eric had gone to the canteen first.
"You're sober, son? Oh my... Thank you," Heera said with teary eyes.
"Already, Mom! Here, Mom. Ferdians miss, Mother!" ferdians said softly.
Heera approached her son and hugged him tightly.
"Why is mom taking so long? Mom's okay, right?" asked Rania worriedly.
Heera smiled looking at Rania. "It's okay, son. I was looking for some fresh air outside for a while, I don't know if the Ferdians are conscious. Forgive me, yes" Heera said softly.
"Mother is not wrong. Most importantly, I'm fine" Rania said with a smile.
Ferdians stared at someone not far from his mother. Someone very similar to him.
"Mom, why is Eric here?" asked Ferdians in confusion.
Eric approached the Ferdians, Heera and Rania. He looked at his son's face with longing.
Heera looked at Eric and the Ferdians in turn, it was about time the Ferdians knew that Eric was her real father.
"D-he's your real father, son. I-I'm sorry I kept all this a secret to you" Heera said softly.
"A-the biological father?"
