This is how everyday Ferdians and also Rania who always work together to take care of their two children even though there are baby sisters for Faiz and Frisa. When they are not in the office then the affairs of their twins are all those who take care.

Once Faiz and Frisa are ready. Now live Ferdians and Rania who bathe together to save time, after finishing they change clothes. Before deciding to go to the Ferdians hospital, Rania needs to speak together.

"Let's go to the hospital, Mas!" rania said with a soft look.

Rania's heart was completely broken at this moment but what they did for Heera's good was not to be tormented as she kept him from living in this world any longer. But Rania knows that there is more hurt and broken than her husband because the mother is a very valuable family in Ferdians life even though there is a real father but Ferdians do not want to meet at all with Eric until now.
Both of them heavily went to the hospital because today was the last day they would meet the mother.

Faiz and Frisa are carried by their two sisters outside while Ferdians and Rania are already inside along with the doctor and the sisters in Heera's room.
"Are you sure you're taking off Heera's mother's life support, sir?" ask the doctor to be sure.
Ferdians looked silent then after that he nodded slowly. "I'm sincere, Doc! It's for mom's sake!" ferdians said with a soft look.
"Good, Sir. This is the right decision, sir. Because after all Heera's mother must be tormented by this situation," said the doctor.
"Sus, please help remove the device attached to the mother's body Heera," the doctor ordered the nurse.
"Okay, Doc!" nurse the nurse slowly.
Rania hugged her husband by looking at Heera's body which was already very thin and looked very pale. Rania's tears have returned to flow when one by one the medical devices in Heera's body are released until all the tools have been released and that means Heera has been declared dead.
"Don't close it!" prevent the Ferdians who made the sisters stop their movement to cover Heera's face with a white cloth.
Ferdians approached his mother and kissed her forehead very gently. "Thank you for being the greatest mother to the Ferdians, ma'am. Goodbye, Ma. The Ferdians are sincere to release the mother" whispered the Ferdians softly and held back her tears from falling on her mother's face.
Now it turns out Rania kissed her in-laws. "Thank you for giving my mother's affection for Rania. Rania has a mother again. However, now that mother has left but Rania is sincere if all this is for the good of mother. Goodbye ma'am until you meet in heaven again" whispered Rania with trembling lips.
After that the nurse covered Heera's face with a white cloth that made the cries of Ferdians and Rania sound again. This time they really have lost Heera, two years caring for Heera and no development at all makes both of them finally sincerely let go of Heera for eternity.

Heera's body was taken home in an ambulance. At Rania's house there are Ben, Ana, and also Doni as well as all relatives and neighbors Rania enlivened Rania's house, all mourning the death of Heera who was unconscious for two years.
Rania's eyes had swollen, she immediately hugged Ana tightly which made Ana alert and pity. "This patience is best for Heera's mother," Ana murmured quietly.

"Yes, Rania. Let's say mom!" said Ana by stroking Rania's back.
Ben hugged his son tightly. Ben knew Rania must have been hurt over Heera's departure, but this was also the best for Heera.
"Papa knows it's heavy for you. But this is all for your mother's sake!" murmured Ben with a wiry.
"Yes, Pa!"
The rain began to fall with specks as if to feel the health experienced by Rania and Ferdians. Now, Heera has been gone forever leaving behind her adorable son and two grandchildren. Nothing can describe the sadness felt by Rania and the Ferdians maybe if Eric also heard the news of Heera's death, Eric's heart will be destroyed as well.
