Clara did not listen to Rio's words, she tried to rebel in Rio's arms because she considered Rio very dangerous until the doctor who handled Clara came along. The doctor immediately gave a sedative injection for Clara until Clara's body squeezed in Rio's embrace.
Rio stared softly at his sister and directly carried Clara's body for her to sleep in the gurney.
