Chapters 11.

It had been almost 3 days that Nida was lying weakly in a hotel bed. Her appetite decreased and her stomach felt bad. The honeymoon was only 1 week, but because Nida was sick, Rendi delayed their return. Both of them stayed in Bali for 3 weeks. Waiting for Nida to be fit enough to be able to fly back to Yogya.

Melisa faithfully helps Rendi take care of Nida. This morning the two plan to take Nida to the hospital. Rendi wants to know for sure the disease is being suffered by his wife.

Melisa escorts Rendi and Nida to the examination room. Previously they had made an appointment, so just wait for the doctor to call to check it.

"Mrs Rendi, please go inside. Budi's doctor is waiting" said the nurse as she helped Nida into the examination room.

The doctor examines Nida being accompanied by the nurse and Rendi beside her. Before long, he called the labor officer to bring the results of urine and blood checks. Once the results were in hand, the doctor explained to Rendi and Nida about the disease.

"Sorry sir and Miss Rendi. You seem to have come wrong to me. Because according to the results of the examination, there is no disease of any kind in the body of Miss Rendi" said the doctor carefully.

"Then, where else do we go, doctor?. It has been 3 weeks my wife does not want to eat and her body is weak" said Rendi worried.

"I suggest you see a doctor obsgyn to consult about the pregnancy of your wife Mr. Rendi. It would be better if your wife is treated by the right doctor" said the doctor added.

"You mean, my wife is pregnant doc?", asked Rendi.

"Yes, sir, and he's about 2 weeks old. To be sure, I've called the gynecologist. The nurse will take you there", close the doctor while shaking Rendi's hand and congratulating her.

Nida smiled weakly. At once he did not know what to do.On the one hand he was still not ready if it should contain the baby Rendi, while not yet growing love in his heart. But, on the other hand, the fetus had already grown inside her womb. And he's completely innocent.

Nida's view was blank as the nurse pushed the wheelchair into the obsgyn examination room. Rendi walked beside Nida and held her wife's hand tightly. A smile never lifted his lips. He is very happy, soon to be a father.

Nida went into the examination room to perform the USG. She was positively pregnant. The age of the fetus is still about 10 days. The doctor explained that the symptoms experienced by Nida are very reasonable in feeling by pregnant women in the first trimester. He also asked Rendi to take good care of his wife, so that the pregnancy went smoothly. The two came out, after doctors gave Nida vitamins.

"Darling, you see, I'm glad to see our future son. I'm finally going to be a father. Thank you dear, I love you so much" said Rendi while not releasing her embrace from Nida.

He himself was just pretending to smile. His mind was still confused as to what to do. In front of the waiting room, Melisa was anxiously waiting for the results of the examination. He looked pale, but Rendi looked to be smiling widely from within.

"You have to congratulate Mel, soon I will be a father" said Rendi

hugging Melisa. He looked astonished at Rendi's words. His eyes tried to signal Nida who was responded with a nod.

"Ah...funny I want a nephew. You are really macho. It's not in vain you guys make love day and night. Finally Rendi junior will be launching as well", cried Melisa.

He had attracted the attention of RS visitors with his words. Nida was forced to cover her face in shame. In a hurry, he invited Rendi to come home.

"That means you guys will stay a long time in Bali right?.

"We will go back on the trip. I still have a lot to do. I consulted the doctor earlier. He has also given permission", replied Rendi.

Rendi saw the look on Nida's face that still looked pale and powerless. Maybe he's uncomfortable, too long in a city of people. Hopefully, after returning, things will change.

Melisa drops Rendi and Nida at the hotel. He didn't come inside. After all they also had to pack for his return to Yogya.

"I'll be back soon. Don't come home until I get there. And Nida, congratulations on your pregnancy. Take care of yourself" said Melisa while kissing both cheeks with anxiety.

"Thank you for everything Mel. You are so good" replied weak Nida.

Rendi held Nida's body up to her room. He told his wife to lie down while he packed.

"Darling, you relax, let me sort things out. Melisa has chosen a good trip for our trip later. All according to your body condition. When you want to rest, you can ask the driver to stop", said Rendi enthusiastically.

"I'm sorry, mas. Because of me, you're so bothered. We should have come back. But, the condition of my body is very, very unwilling to cooperate", said Nida lirih.

"You're innocent, baby. It is precisely I am happy that you have given me such a priceless gift" replied Rendi again.

He tried to comfort Nida while putting the clothes in the suitcase. His wife's emotions were very unstable. Her mood also changes due to the influence of her pregnancy hormones.

Nida checked her phone. There were several messages and calls from Eri. He had been back to Yogya for a week. He may be on campus for college.
