CHAPTER 10

~On Crown Prince Residence~

I walked limped towards the residence of the Crown Prince who is now mine. Fortunately, there were no servants or bodyguards I met. Maybe they are preparing food for dinner.

The day is already late and soon the night will come. I try to walk step by step.

I finally arrived too. I saw the worried and anxious face of Uncle Hong Li as well as General Yong. Uncle Hong Li was pacing around like a gansing that made me dizzy even just by looking at him. His mouth spoke the same words over and over again.

"Your Majesty.. You where?. Why not come back from earlier?. Your Grace.."

And General Yong just bent his face miserably while looking down. I don't know what's interesting there.

The two of them were unaware of my arrival, the two people were busy with their own thoughts. I shook my head to see their unique behavior. And a little smile.

I walked up to both of them. He said, "Thinking about me?."

"The Chief Servant. You better get your clothes changed for His Majesty. I'll bring him in." General Hong said, maybe he also did not like to hear uncle Hong Li again raving with his question.

By having uncle Hong Li leave me and General Yong. And the two of us went inside with General Hong Li who took me in. And put myself in bed.

"Are you okay, Your Majesty?." General Yong asked in a worried tone.

"I'm fine." My lie, how could I possibly tell the truth. Well, after living here I became like to lie when I used to be this way.

Uncle Hong Li came with a change of clothes for me. But I can't move just to walk and change clothes.

I tried to get up and grab the clothes that Uncle Hong Li gave me. Just a few steps I walked suddenly everything became dark and I don't remember what happened anymore.

~At Prime Minister's residence~

Lien Hua returned home after being examined by the royal physician. Her father and brother immediately welcomed her when they found out what Lien Hua had just experienced.

He is currently resting in his room. After getting a lot of questions from his father, his mother was also his brother. With a conditional tone will be anxious and worried.

But Lien Hua said she was fine. And a sense of relief finally approached the three.

"You should be more careful with my daughter." The Prime Minister advised his son.

Lien Hua simply smiled and nodded in response. And the three of them left Lien Hua alone in the room.

After the departure of her father, mother and sister Lien Hua did not close her eyes immediately, she still remembered the incident that had happened to her. He remembered his life-saver while lying on his bed. Lien Hua was worried about her situation.

~Outside residence Lien Hua~

"Dad.. Is that possible?." Ask the Prime Minister's son.

Finally the son and father just fell silent with the mind, while looking at the beautiful sky tonight.

"So why did you fail?." Said a woman hissing trying to hold back her anger.

"Pardon Your Majesty Consort Jiang's servant. But I've done the command as you say. But I didn't think that the Crown Prince could go against the subordinates I sent to kill him." Said the man who was prostrating in front of the woman.

The woman clutched the glass with warm tea on her desk. He was very angry to hear from his subordinates.

"I thought it would be easy to remove him from the throne. But it turns out that beyond my estimation, he's getting stronger now." Concubine Jiang said seriously.

"I'm sorry for Your Majesty." Once again the man asked for forgiveness from the woman who was the concubine.

"So the rumor about the Crown Prince is true?. Well if this way can't eliminate him, I'll use another way." With a cruel grin he made a sound.

"Your Majesty, I heard that the King and Queen have also known about this. So I beg you to be careful." The man's message was still prostrating in front of the woman sitting.

Without them realizing it, outside the room there was a young man standing by after hearing the conversation of the two people from inside. He heard the conversation from start to finish and made him leave just like that.

~ In residence Crown Prince~

Liliana A.k.a Xiao Hui POV

I feel my body in better shape than it was. Even though I haven't opened my eyes. I overheard a conversation between two people.

'Is Your Majesty okay?. Is he hurt bad?. Do I need to call the palace physician?. My God, Your Majesty what really happened to you?.'

And I'm sure the person in the middle of the scene is Uncle Hong Li. I know he's very attentive to me. But it doesn't have to be like that either.

'Your Majesty has only exhausted himself deeply and his energy has drained so much. He just needs to rest. I was channeling my energy in to him anyway. So you don't have to worry. Just get him some stamina medicine. It will help him recover quickly.'
