I'm Yours, Not His

I'm Yours, Not His
Chapter 12

When Nadira and Reva finished cleaning the front garden, they went back inside through the back door. Then they entered the kitchen, where Nadira saw bi Hanum was cleaning up on his own.

"Bi Hanum" the two called out at the same time.

"You're done?" he saw that the two of them looked so very tired that their eyebrows were covered in sweat. "Sit down, I'll make you some fresh drinks".

"Thank you bi" they sat together waiting for a fresh drink that Hanum would bring. Then Nadira looked around them, he saw no one else there except bi Hanum who was making drinks. "Reva, where did the guy go this morning I saw here?".

"They must have gone home".

"Going home? Wh why? Isn't Miss Keysa's house providing all the facilities to every waiter?".

"Mmmm, but they're just part-time workers cleaning the whole house. If the kitchen and the garden will stay in this house".

"Oh so. I think they'll stay here too".

"Miss Keysa doesn't like crowds, so Miss Keysa doesn't give her a residence permit".

"Keep, what about me and you? You live in this house, right?".

Reva looked at her annoyedly, "And I told you that the kitchen section like bi Hanum will stay in this house and also the cleanliness of the garden. How the hell are you?".

Nadira then laughs guiltily not meaning what Reva said to her.

"Hehehehe.. It seems I'm so tired of Reva that I don't understand what you're saying".

Not long after that bi Hanum brought two glasses of fresh drinks in front of them. After that he also brought their breakfast and told them to eat it immediately.

"How Dira, do you like this job?".

"Yes bi Hanum, I really like this job" Nadira then devoured her morning breakfast so very greedy while praising her that bi Hanum cuisine is so very delicious.

Laughing, "You could've been Dira. Oh yes Reva, Miss Keysa told me that breakfast was delivered to her room in the morning".

Reva saw it, "Why bi? Tumben is not as usual Miss Keysa want breakfast in the room".

"Auntie doesn't know Reva either".

"But sorry bi".

"What's wrong?".

"It's better that Dira took him there bi. You see, at 9 I have to go to campus, I'm afraid it's too late if I go again to take Miss Keysa breakfast into her room".

Hanum looked at Nadira, "Dira, are you willing to do it? Last night I told you where Miss Keysa's room is".

Nadira nodded, "Alright bi, let me just bring Miss Keysa's breakfast into her room. Aunt get ready first".

"Mmmmm" Hanum immediately provided her, and afterwards she gave in front of Nadira. "Don't fall down, Dira".

"Auntie take it easy, I'll go first".

"Yes".

Nadira leaves them for Keysa's room, which is upstairs, but just as he is about to climb the stairs. He saw his mother Keysa looking at him with a questioning look on his face.

"Madam" Nadira lowered her head.

Mela said, "Who are you? I've never seen you in this house".

"Yes, ma'am, I'm new to this house. Miss Keysa brought me here".

"My daughter?".

"Yes, ma'am, and here I will take Miss Keysa's breakfast into her room. And the madam could call me Nadira" she smiled kindly, and that smile even made Mela very dislike.

While following Mela's footsteps, Nadira hopes in her heart that she will not make mistakes that will make her regret for life.

Geck... Geck...

"Key, this is my dear mama. Can mama come in?".

There's no answer.

Geck... Geck...

"Can you baby mama come in? Mama wants to talk to you".

Still no answer.

Then Mela turned her body looking at Nadira who was standing behind her. "You, try knocking on this door. Who knows if my son will open it".

"Good mistress".

Nadira came forward, and he knocked on the door three times, saying.

"Miss, this is my Miss Nadira. I brought my lady breakfast".

Again there is no answer. Nadira then saw Mela who was even upset with him.

"Sorry madam, Miss Keysa didn't hear me either".

Then Mela pushed Nadira's body from before her and knocked on the door again several times. But the result was still the same, Keysa did not listen to the two at all and it made Mela more worried about what her daughter was doing in there.

"Key, let's answer, dear mama. Please don't make mama like this, mama loves you Key, mama is very dear to you. Come on, baby dong open the door, mama please Keysa".

While Nadira who heard and saw the sadness on Mela's face, he felt a little pity what was with the mother and child.

"Madam, should I just bring this back" asked Nadira.

But Mela again looked at herself sharply while wiping away the tears that had just dripped.

"Now you open this door any way. I don't want anything to happen with my daughter...

Chequek!

"Miss" Nadira smiled happily as Keysa opened the door staring at the two of them with a flat face. "Thank God, Miss Keysa finally opened the door as well. This is Miss, I'm bringing you breakfast for miss".

"You just bring it back. I don't want to eat it anymore".

Nadira was confused, "But miss, didn't the lady herself say...

"Didn't you hear me?" keysa's voice suddenly sounded rude and it scared Nadira. "Now go bring it back".

"Fine miss".

Not long after Nadira left them. Keysa looked at his mother again with a sad, upset face, mixed with the others.

"What else is mah? I told you that I would never accept that match. So stop persuading me mah".

Mela clasped her daughter's hands, "Why baby? Why don't you accept this match? Mama told you, he's a good boy. You will never regret if you marry her".

"Enough! Enough mah! I don't want to hear mama anymore, and I'd better just go. I want to rest and please don't bother me mah".

Mela silently looked at her daughter with a sad look.

"Well if you really don't want to accept this match. Mama's leaving right now" not long after that Mela also left her room. With tears in her eyes, Keysa dropped her body on the floor in a fit of rage. But he did not know who to be angry with, he had to be angry with himself or his parents.
