1. Fallen Angel

There was nothing I could do as a prisoner in a narrow dungeon.

Inside was a small bed and toilet. But who would want to use that toilet when my own door is made of bars?!

"Good morning, Miss Serethy," said a black-haired man who was my guardian.

I don't smile back. This is natural because I am a prisoner. I should be angry about being a prisoner, not mating with the people of Asher who in fact took Matria down.

After remembering, this man did participate in the novel. Quite a lot and quite important.

He was a knight assigned to take care of me personally. It was strange to give the former Princess, who was a prisoner, one knight for her. But given the explanation in the novel of how we met in the throne hall, that crazy bastard was attracted to my beauty, I mean the beauty of Serethy.

Hence, he wanted to keep an eye on my movements by sending one knight.

My title to that knight man is Fallen Angel. He was the only one willing to treat the wounds of Serethy's torment from the two lunatics, he was also the one who accompanied Serethy when Serethy was bored and chatted a lot of things, he was also the one who made Serethy not feel lonely in the bars as a prisoner.

Then, they fell in love.

The blind love.

"I'll take Miss on the run" the Fallen Angel told Serethy in one of the novel's dialogues.

"Don't! What if you get punished? I don't want to!" serethy said with tears breaking.

"I don't care, Serethy. I love you so much. Seeing you behind bars really hurts me. I'll take you running. Then we will go as far away from the Asher Kingdom as possible, even from this continent! I promise!"

The Fallen Angel who said sweet things touched Serethy in the novel and shed more tears. "Sir Derick, you're so good. I want to run away with you. I want to live with Sir Derick."

Sir Derick, the Fallen Angel, smiled happily before grasping Serethy's hand even tighter. "I will prepare everything. Please wait for me tomorrow night."

"Yes, Sir Derick. I'll wait."

Unfortunately, the night that awaited will never come.

It was because the plan of carrying Serethy's run failed miserably because someone eavesdropped on their conversation and reported this directly to the crazy bastard.

The crazy bastard beheaded Sir Derick with his sword, which is why I gave Sir Derick the title of Fallen Angel. He was very kind like an angel, but had to die for his kindness.

Then, the storyline tells about how the crazy bastard's mind was too foggy with jealousy that he tortured Serethy blindly.

Thanks for that scene, Serethy was critical and comatose. And unfortunately again, after waking up from a coma two months later, he was tortured again by a crazy bastard for misunderstanding how Serethy would leave a crazy bastard.

Thanks again to the torture of the crazy bastard, Serethy finally died.

Then the story ends.

Remembering this made me emotional and wanted to smack through the worn-out walls of bars.

"Miss Serethy, are you okay?" sir Derick asked because I was just staring blankly.

Her cream-colored eyes were very soothing, but it was still better to keep her distance. Moreover, I should also avoid the feeling of falling in love with each other. He's so nice, I don't want him beheaded by a crazy bastard and I tortured a crazy bastard.

"What makes you think I'm okay?"

Sir Derick floated a smile, sympathetic. "I'm sorry, Miss Serethy. My question is stupid."

I snorted, then turned my eyes.

"Is Miss Serethy hungry?"

Fallen Angels are very considerate, aren't they?

I even cried because of the beheading scene that was told directly in the viewpoint of the crazy bastard.

"Miss must be hungry" broke up Sir Derick. "I'm sure the waiter will come to bring Miss some food but .. might be a little late."

The subtle words. 'A little late' What until a few hours from morning has passed and I still have not given breakfast?

"I'll ask the waiter to bring Miss some food."

"No, no, no" I said, preventing Sir Derick from leaving. "Leave it. I don't care."

"But Miss is hungry, isn't she? Wouldn't it be better to fill Miss's stomach?"

"I don't care."

"You have to fill your stomach so you can recover faster from your injuries."

Huhuhoo. Fallen Angel, you are so good. But it's better to stop being nice to me because you could be in danger in the future.

"Let me die" I said calmly.

"Miss Serethy. Don't talk about death like it's a trivial thing."

I grunt. "Death is the best way after being thrown into the bars."

I have to pretend to be evil to her and will continue to talk about death.

Sir Derick hates death. Many of his family and friends left Sir Derick as a result of his death. From then on, Sir Derick began to hate that fate.

He would definitely hate me if I were to constantly bring 'death' before him. Then, she didn't have to fall in love with me let alone plan a run.

Anyway, I'll save the Fallen Angel.

"I'm sure you're just desperate" Sir Derick said unequivocally. "You are only desperate after accepting the fact that you are a prisoner of war. Then, you feel that death is the only answer when it is not."

I was almost moved to tears because the Fallen Angel was so kind. And why doesn't he hate me for carrying around the name of death, anyway?

Come hate me.

That's the only thing I can do to save you!

"Leave me."

Sir Derick scrunched his forehead. "You really want to live, don't you?"

"Sir Derick, please leave me!"

Sir Derick sighed. "I'll leave you and come back with food."

Sir Derick then left the bars.

I then hit the pillow with anxiety because the Fallen Angel was so good. I'm moved. Be honest. Why is he so nice, anyway?

"People here are grouped into two. First, well. Second, crazy. And the Fallen Angel, you enter the first group," I muttered with pleasure and joy.

"And just imagine, the Fallen Angel is more handsome than what the crazy novel describes!"

Is correct. Sir Derick is so handsome! Why is there such a beautiful creation? Being a prisoner of war is not bad either.

In the novel, Sir Derick is said to have intoxicating mahogany black hair, his eye color sweet cream, his body tall and muscular as a knight captain, he also always had a soothing jasmin fragrance on his body.

Sir Derick returned a few moments later with a tray full of food.

Why is he the one who brought the food tray?! He's a knight, you know! He should have sent a waiter.

"Miss, please eat your food," Sir Derick said after opening the gate with the key he carried.

Oh, he also holds my lock? I didn't know that.

In the novel, Sir Derick doesn't get the key. Only the crazy bastard's subordinates have it.

He then approached the small bed I had never left since I came here.

I pretend I don't care about Sir Derick.

Sir Derick put food on my thigh. Damn, he really forced me to eat.

"Miss Serethy."

I snort, then grunt amusedly. "I don't need your help! I don't need any help from the Asher Asher Kingdom! Leave me!"

It was a relief after putting the middle name 'bastard' in the name of the Asher Kingdom. I was also angry about being thrown into this crazy novel.

I expected Sir Derick's clash because the man's sense of nationalism was so high.

"Eat, Miss Serethy."

Huh huh? What the fuck is this guy?

I stared in wonder with a clear twitch on the forehead because of Sir Derick's mouthful. Yes, this strong and gallant knight feeds the former Princess of the fallen Kingdom with a spoonful of tempting food. Really, the food was normal and ordinary, but it was very tempting.

I hungry.

I haven't eaten since I realized I'm a prisoner. And that was a day and a half ago.

I heard my stomach ring. Ahhhh! Goddamn bum. Die me.

I stared at Sir Derick's face with a hue on my cheek. It's shameful!

Sir Derick just gave a gentle smile on his handsome face. His hand was still in the air, expecting me to eat his mouthful.

"I can eat by myself." I took over the spoon in his hand.

Sir Derick smiled brighter. "Then, please finish your food."

Sir Derick went out and locked the door again.

I finished my food quickly.

It doesn't feel too bad, even though it feels pretty bland. It was only natural that feeding a prisoner of war did not need a magnificent and delicious meal, which was important to give food to let them survive.

I rolled around on the bed doing nothing. Boring once. At least write a book or novel. And these bars have nothing. It was even quite dark despite being lit by candlelight on the table and outside the bars.

This prison is also underground which makes me unable to realize if it is morning or night. I'd be completely time-blind if I continued to live here.

I subconsciously fell asleep and woke up when someone slapped my shoulder.

"Now, Mother," I murmured softly, but loud enough to be heard in the silent little bars.

"Miss Serethy, please wake up."

I opened my eyes wide after hearing Sir Derick's soft voice.

I brushed his hand on my shoulder violently. "What do you want?"

Then I realized there was someone other than the two of us in the bars.

"Hey, little bitch. His Majesty the King calls out to you," said the man with a luxurious grooming to me.

I cringe. I don't know who this guy is but is it time for that crazy bastard to call me?

In the novel, the second day after staying inside the bars was the first time the crazy bastard had summoned Serethy to his room, certainly to seek the pleasure of Serethy. And if this fits into the plot of the novel, this will be terrible!

That's because he's going to torture me aka molest me like a plot in a novel.
