Morning crept towards noon, when Lusi felt his body crumble dimly. The woman opened her eyes slowly which felt heavy. The unusual padded mattress he slept in, made him comfortable and slept for nearly nine hours.
Time showed ten o'clock in the morning, and Lusi felt his head feel dizzy instead of playing. his whole body felt heavy, and difficult to move. Not only that, his eyes also felt sticky, as if reluctant to compromise and intended to want to sleep again.
Her memories go back to when the last time she was in consciousness.scene after scene last night when she drank Renata's drink, and also herself who attacked Marcel and ended herself ....
"No. No!" Lusi shouted suddenly. Although his consciousness did not fully return, however, Lusi tried to remember the whole.
Unknowingly, Luci attacked Marcel with shameful aggressiveness. Slowly his head turned to the side, looking at Marcel who was still slumbering with a smooth snoring. The man seemed to be quite tired after so many times, Lusi demanded him to hook Lusi.
Limply. I don't think Lusi is powered anymore. The woman wanted to get up and run away. Unfortunately, all of his clothes had escaped his body. Only a thick blanket wrapped his body, also wrapped Marcel's lower body.
Luci tilted his body which was shaken by the deep cry. Until it was enough to keep Marcel distracted, the man woke up and dazed for a moment, and remembered what had happened to him.
"Gosh, Lusi. Are you awake?" Marcel spoke for the first time. The man was really surprised, finding Lusi crying in silence.
"Lus, are you okay?"
'After everything that happened, and you ask me it's okay? Damn it, you're Marcel! God damn it your fucking idea was trying to frame Renata. You hurt me, marcel. You sacrificed my purity.'
Lusi's heart was screaming hysterically.
"Lusi, shut up and don't cry, let's talk. Stop your crying, it won't solve the problem, okay? Give me an explanation as to why you're the one who threw yourself in Renata's place." Marcel again. The man was uncomfortable when there was a crying girl nearby.
"Let me calm down, Marcel. I don't want to talk much. Let my heart calm down. I, I can't think now." Lusi replied in a raucous voice. The girl was really tortured and ruined everything. Saving Renata, and pretentious to be a hero for his best friend, in fact not as easy as he thought.
"alright. I'll clean up, don't run and wait for me, okay? I won't be long." Marcel said slowly.
To be honest, Marcel was not a rude man and liked to yell at women. Both his mother, and the mentor in his foundation first, always taught about adab, manners and krama, especially in women and anyone older.
But faced with this kind of situation, it was enough to make Marcel experience discomfort as well. Slowly, Marcel got up, picked up the towel on the table and put it on to go to the bathroom. The man needs to cleanse himself, calm his mind and recover after an exhausting night of activity.
After taking a shower, Marcel was wearing the clothes he wore last night. Although a bit tangled, inevitably marcel also had to use it. And so is Lusi. Oh no, marcel hastily ordered a full outfit for Lusi, at one of his best friends via a short message.
"Lusi, don't you want to clean up? Is ... has your mind not calmed down yet?" Marcel asked slowly. He was worried, also scared at this moment. Afraid of what exactly, Marcel doesn't know.
Luci got back up, leaning his shoulders on the shoulder of the bed. His eyes are swollen with a red nose. Wet traces were also clearly visible on her eyelashes and cheeks.
"I'm still limp, Marcel. I'll clean myself up." Luci replied with a loud voice. Every now and then, the woman pulls her snot into her nose, not letting herself be ashamed of Marcel.
Luci replied with a nod of his head, receiving a half-living bottle of mineral water. Marcel's friend drank it a little.
"How are you feeling? Is it better than it was?" Marcel asked slowly.
"Little." Lusi.
"You're calmer?" ask Marcel again.
"Yes." Yeah." Answer Lusi briefly.
"Can we talk?" Marcel again raised a question, which was answered by a nod by Luci.
Silent moment. Marcel was stringing a question for him to throw at Luci. Last night's history, enough to make Marcel want to know, what was the reason Luci took over Renata's drink.
"Why did you do it last night? You know it's for Renata, why did you drink it to the toilet?" Ask Marcel then. His voice was soft and smooth, impressed patient and understanding.
Marcel's attitude is like that, which makes Lusi reluctant. He doesn't think out. Marcel should be angry or scold him, if necessary slap him. It's just that Marcel's attitude is different. Lusi was made even more afraid.
"You mad at me, Marcel?" Ask Lusi back.
"Not if that reason makes sense. Tell me, why did you replace Renata? Know it? You were very last night .... I can't reveal it." Answer Marcel lirih.
"I will never mortgage my long-standing friendship with Renata, just for the money. Don't worry, I'll make money by working, to replace the money you used me, Marcel. You know, Renata would cry if she failed to marry her lover. Better, I've been crying my whole life." Lusi.
"You're willing to lose everything, and cry for Renata?" marcel asked not to understand. He was not out of thought, with this extraordinary friendship.
"Yes. You don't know, Marcel. Renata even helped you and your family when my father and mother were still around. Until they left on the call of the Lord, Renata stood still and defended me desperately. Say, Marcel. Am I wrong if I protect her for her happiness?" Lusi asked slowly. He only felt that right now, Marcel would be furious to hear the reason.
"You're not wrong, Lusi." Marcel paused his sentence. "I was wrong and didn't hear what you said a few days ago. Me, I'm sorry. I'm sorry I couldn't marry you after this. You know my love is only for Renata. I am too young too. I'm sure, before you take a sip of Renata's drink, you've been thinking about the consequences and the risks." Strictly Marcel then.
Lucia looked at Marcel deeply. What Marcel said is true. Marcel doesn't love him. He himself was willing to surrender himself to Marcel.
"I already know, Marcel. I'm not gonna sue you to marry me." Stupidly, Lusi absolves Marcel of responsibility for this scandal. He just does not know that the real storm of life, starting from now.
